Eu sempre visito NYC todos os meses para negócios. I catalãs iam de DESAGRADÁVEL Best Western descendo a estrada para fedido morte cheirando quarto para deficientes físicos. Causada por BW. Não ter Wi-Fi. Tentei ligar para a recepção para despertar (não está acontecendo) os telefones não funcionaram. O hotel aprendido é de propriedade independente. acho que o quarto para deficientes foi deixado para pessoas desesperadas como eu. Não desperdice seu dinheiro. Goto o Hampton Inn até a rua NASTY NASTY NASTY!! O café da manhã é horrível também.

I always visit NYC every months for business. I went from NASTY Best Western down the road to stinky death smelling handicap room. Caused by BW. Not having Wifi. Tried calling front desk for wake up call (not happening) phones didn’t work. Learned hotel is Independently owned AVOID THIS NASTY DEATH STINKY UNKEPT HOTEL. think the handicapped room was left for desperate people like me. Don’t waste your money. Goto the Hampton Inn up the street NASTY NASTY NASTY!! Breakfast is horrible as well.

Reservado duas noites. Hotel razoavelmente bom, mas caro. A oficina de automóveis ao lado estava tocando música na primeira noite. O concierge os fez parar, mas isso informa sobre a localização. À esquerda após a primeira noite porque encontramos 2 baratas no banheiro na manhã seguinte.

Booked two nights. Reasonably nice hotel but overpriced. Auto body shop next door was blasting music the first night. The concierge got them to stop but that tells you about the location. Left after the first night because we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom the next morning.

Excelente hospitalidade e acomodações. Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas os funcionários foram simpáticos, os jardins eram bem cuidados, e o quarto era perfeito. Limpo, espaçoso e tudo estava em condição de novo. O banheiro, chuveiro e lençóis eram imaculados. Café-da-manhã foi continental, mas tudo estava fresco e delicioso. Eu absolutamente ficaria aqui novamente!

Excellent hospitality and accommodations. Stayed only one night but the staff were friendly, the grounds were well taken care of, and the room was perfect. Clean, spacious, and everything was in like new condition. The bathroom, shower and linens were immaculate. Breakfast was continental but everything was fresh and delicious. I would absolutely stay here again!

Eles fazem quartos após as 5 do dia ou, se solicitado, meu quarto foi feito após cerca de uma semana. Você pede toalhas e, conforme necessário, eu fui à recepção e pedi toalhas limpas e papel higiênico, me deram toalhas, mas elas ficaram sem papel higiênico, e me disseram do outro lado da rua para um posto de gasolina e comprar algumas. foi. Sim, eles fornecem café da manhã. Mas estava sempre frio. . Em seguida foi a máquina de lavar, uma senhora tinha acabado de lavar. Eu vou e coloco minha roupa, e eu não ia trabalhar vou na recepção, aviso e a pessoa começa a gritar que não é mecânico, que não sabe consertar. .Eu estava tentando dizer a ele que estava cheio de moedas .que ele precisava removê-las. Ele responde que não sabia nada sobre a experiência da máquina muito ruim, eles tentaram resolver o problema. Foi aí que surgiu a 2 estrelas. Eu fui deles por 20 dias

They do rooms after the 5 the day or if requested my room was done after about a week. You ask for towels and as needed, I went to front desk and asked for clean towels and toilet paper, I was given towels but they ran out of toilet paper, and I was told across the street to a gasoline station and buy some.next was. Yes they provide breakfast.
But it was always cold. . Next was the washing machine, a lady had just finished washing. I go and put my clothes in , and I wouldn't work I go to the front desk, let them know and the person starts screaming that he's not a mechanic, that he doesn't know how to fix it. .I was trying to tell him that it was full of coins .that he needed to remove them . He responds was that he new nothing about the machine very bad experience, they tried to fix the problem. That's where the 2 star came in place. I was their for 20 days

We were in town on business and the staff was exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate us. The free breakfast was adequate and a staff fixed us fresh scrambled eggs n bacon in addition to the other continental items on the bar.The hotel is an older building, and there were signs of wear and the furnishings were older, but it was very clean. The pillows could be replaced, and our mattress was a little lumpy. If this hotel would do some upgrades, it would be a super place. But we can't speak more favorably about the staff; they were outstanding.
