We stayed in 207 and the room was largely in disrepair: rusty shower head, the piping was loose when I attempted to adjust the shower head sprayer, A/C unit was extremely loud that cycled on with a bang (woke us out of sound sleep; it scared us, we jumped). The exhaust fan was also incredibly loud. It was very disappointing and were told that we could not cancel and receive a refund, nor could we move to another Homewood Suites property.

Rooms are dirty, found ants and cockroaches. Had to be moved 3 times in 2 days. Walls had blood on them, and things were not clean and dirty. The staff were rude and not accommodating. I took lots of pictures.

I love they Hilton chain of hotels however this one just isn't up to the normal standards of a Hilton property. My room fridge didnt work. The bathroom has a self closing door that is so annoying and the bathroom bent was inoperable making the bathroom very uncomfortable. I have stayed at this location before and the lobby is very nice but this is the last time for me. I will drive a few miles further and stay at a different Hilton property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again. I only say make sure your come in at night early enough to get a parking space.
DO NOT PARK IN THE MALL PARKING LOT...or you risk your vehicle being ticketed.

The staff is really friendly. Our room was clean and sanitized and they really took precautions to keep everyone as safe as possible. They even had some amenities still open for use so you still get that hotel/vacation experience

O quarto tinha um adesivo de segurança na entrada da porta que indicava que ninguém havia entrado desde que o quarto foi limpo. Havia mangas nos controles remotos indicando o mesmo. O quarto era bonito e espaçoso e a área de dormir era separada da área de estar / jantar. Foi tranquilo, tranquilo e repousante. A cozinha completa com fogão / forno, geladeira e lava-louças facilitou a economia de dinheiro ao jantar dentro em vez de fora. Os dormitórios eram quartos com closet e banheiro e banheira separados. Fiquei realmente satisfeito com o decoro e os esquemas de cores que eram calorosos e convidativos. O único problema eram os móveis, as cadeiras estavam muito gastas no centro e não havia apoio ao sentar, então era como se sentar em um buraco, o mesmo acontecia com a namoradeira e as cadeiras de jantar. A cadeira do escritório estava bem. Além disso, a cama tinha buracos de pia de cada lado. Então basicamente tentei deitar no meio da cama, parte do meu corpo estava no buraco da pia e a outra estava inclinada. Havia reformas em andamento quando eu estava lá, mas felizmente era no fim de semana e, portanto, não havia barulho. Talvez com as reformas eles substituam os móveis usados.Estou ansioso para meu próximo empreendimento e espero que todos os buracos sejam preenchidos.

The room had a safety sticker on the door entrance which indicated no one had entered since the room was cleaned. There were sleeves on the remote controls indicating the same.
The room was nice and spacious and the sleeping area was separated from the living/dining area. It was peaceful, quite and restful. The full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator and dishwasher made it easy to save money by dining in rather than out.
The sleeping quarters were room with a dressing area and separate toilet and tub area. I was really please with the decorum and the color schemes which was warm and inviting.
The only problem was the furniture, the chairs were badly worn in the center and there was no support when sitting down, so it was like sitting in a hole, the same was with the loveseat and the dining chairs. The office chair was fine. Also the bed had sink holes on either side. So basically tried to lie in the middle of the bed, part of my body was in the sink hole and the other was on the incline.
There were renovations under way when I was there but fortunately it was on the weekend and therefore there was no noise. Maybe with the renovations they will replaced the well worn furniture.
I look forward to my next venture and hopefully all the sinkholes will be filled.
