I would like to thank the lady who made my cappuccino today before 6 am and the front desk man who gave me a pistachio croissant from yesterday because the new ones didn't come this early, and I had an early flight and had to miss breakfast. You made my day and leaving Rome beautiful, I couldn't leave without having another croissant and cappuccino! The croissant was still amazing and you must not miss it when having breakfast, and cappuccino is the best in the world!
The staff is friendly, obviously, the location is good because it is close to the Termini train station, and the rooms are pretty. The toilet was very loud and generally the rooms are not that sound proof BUT people tune down around 10-11 pm and are quiet until breakfast starts, around 7 am so it is quite possible to get a good night sleep. Overall a good experience!

Good hotel near Termini. Good sized rooms. Great buffet breakfast and excellent staff. Only downside was that mattress on bed was very sunken.

My colleague and I stay for 3 nights during our business trip by chance as many business hotels were sold out near the Termini train station. From the moment we stepped into the entrance, we both started to surprise high standard of staff service, interior, facilities and delicious breakfast and lunch.
Mostly, the staff in reception, bar and breakfast room were very friendly and helpful with the polite maner and the smile. We could see the every corner of hotel has been maintained meticulously. It really felt staying in the Ialian family home. We will defienlty go back, when we are in Rome next time.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência neste hotel. Está em uma localização conveniente (ao lado da estação de metrô) e foi recentemente reformado. Tivemos muitas comodidades no quarto e o café da manhã foi delicioso. Eles também têm um cozu dentro do quintal muito bem decorado, onde você pode relaxar à noite.

Hotel Canada foi uma verdadeira jóia de um achado. É bonito com atenção aos detalhes que você raramente encontra em hotéis de médio porte. A equipe foi muito útil, sempre pronta para acomodar seus pedidos. No final da minha estadia, esqueci alguns itens pessoais importantes em uma gaveta do quarto e eles o trataram tão rapidamente que recebi o envio dos itens em apenas alguns dias. Eu absolutamente ficaria com eles novamente.

Nenhuma nota falsa para a nossa estadia de grupo (5 quartos) e para 3 noites. Belo estabelecimento, quartos muito agradáveis com pouca atenção. Funcionários multilingues e muito atenciosos. Sala de bar agradável. Buffet de pequeno-almoço mais variado, abundante e excelente.

Hotel Canada was a true gem of a find. It's beautiful with attention to detail you rarely find in mid-range hotels. The staff was very helpful, always ready to accommodate your requests. At the conclusion of my stay, I forgot some important personal items in a drawer of the room and they handled it so quickly I received the shipment of the items within just a few days. I would absolutely stay with them again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is in a convenient location (next to the metro station) and it is newly renovated. We had many amenities in the room and the breakfast was delicious. They also have a cozu inside yard very nicely decorated where you can relax in the evening.

A poucos passos do metrô para chegar ao Coliseu Bondade e simpatia acontecem neste hotel Quarto limpo e banheiro com todo o conforto, com uma pequena área de estar. Café da manhã continental. I will stay here from now on. This is my 3rd visit to Italy and this by far has been the BEST hotel experience i've ever had. The staff was so accommodating, the hotel is beautiful and very clean. The price is reasonable. They include breakfast which was delicious and we enjoyed a lot of our evenings in the hotel lobby bar resting area. Will be back and I recommend anyone who is visiting to try these guys out.

Beautiful hotel in an old, but very well-kept building, replete with spacious bathrooms and frescos on the high ceilings in every room. Friendly staff and super clean. Very reasonable price - we booked a special offer via email (4 nights for the price of 3). Just a 7 minute walk from Roma Termini Station. We really enjoyed our stay and we will certainly be back!
