One star for the location, which is not too bad.
Very noisy, mould in the bathroom all over the place, old air con.
It must have been a cool and hip location 30-40 years ago, but nothing has been upgraded ever since.

Fantastic location in wonderful Lisbon. Unfortunately the hotel is quite old (especially the bathrooms and the windows)so there are many things that are below 4 star standard.
Breakfast was well organized with great choice of all kinds of food. This hotel deserves a good investment as the staff is helpfull and kind and it would be a shame to let it deteriorate even more.

One of the worst hotels I stayed in service and cleanliness wise . Was incredibly dirty stayed for 9 nights and had to ask for a refund after 4 even though we changed rooms within the second night . Towels dirty bathroom full of mould . Rude staff it was really bad my partner is quite and doesn’t complain but even she had something bad to stay avoid . They also have a marketing scam on booking.com Reduced from 1500€ to 600 etc . After receiving refund for the remaining nights I was sent to get change as they had none… really unprofessional avoid this hotel

We reserved the room with one large bed king size what we got was two separate twin beds. We asked for another room but the common response all the rooms are booked.
Secondly, the AC in the room was useless it was not working we told the staff they tried to fix it i guess but again after 30 mins of usage it didn't work. We were mostly out of the room and when in the evening we came bk to the room the AC usually didn't work.
Thirdly, the service lady knocked at the door at 9 Am to clean up the room.
Fourthly, We had a view of office and building
Fifthly, i dont know who gave them the 4 stars rating 🤣 its a joke. The quality of room, bathroom and the personnels everything was way below.
The personnels were not very friendly and the service was equally bad. I would recommend to avoid this hotel if you are a tourist exploring the city because the price and the service is not in equilibrium at all.

1) Private Parking of the hotel

3) The room was spacious and clean

Not quite the 4 stars Hotel I am used to, it doesn't feel like 4 stars and probably it's not... its well located though... room had 3 bulbs not working, rust in toiled panel, hair in the lavatory (not clean) ... room needs a face-lift and paint

Disappointed! Definitely not worth a 4 star hotel. I had to redo my bed as there was a plastic sheet making noise. The restroom was in precarious conditions. Leaking from the roof, the water was getting to the sinkand the floor was all wet (dangerous as someone could fall) water from the leak on the toilet as well. Door handlers in bad condition, magic eye on the door with toilet paper because it was damaged. Breakfast terrible, not even a hot food. For the price and the stars was expecting more! Called the reception to inform but was advised that I could be moved but it would be single bed (and I was with my boyfriend). Nothing especial!

Aspeto do hotel e dos quartos impecável. Serviço de atendimento excelente, muito simpáticos! Álcool gel em todos os cantos e recantos. O quarto em si tinha um tamanho bastante bom, o unico senão eram as camas, eram 2 camas individuais em vez de uma de casal. A casa de banho tambem bastante agradável e bem higienizada. Quanto ao serviço de pequeno almoço não sei dizer pois a minha estadia era sem pequeno almoço. Em geral foi uma experiência bastante agradável e com preços bem em conta!

Quality of the room was very cosy but the facilities and staff are not very helpful. The restaurant for the hotel is not worth the price. My kids ordered pizza and got this.. For €7.50🤔

Great location and the rooms were quirky and cute. It was very close to the metro station and this made it really easy to get about. The bar wasn't open when we were there but they were still able to get us some ice for our late night whisky.

Buen hotel. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Los baños son con bañera, lo cual a mí personalmente no me gusta demasiado, pero muy limpios. En el desayuno no esperéis un súper buffet, es pequeñito pero tiene de todo, varios panes, muy buena fruta, huevos, cereales, embutidos, zumos naturales (al menos el de naranja)... de todo! Un salón muy tranquilo y acogedor, y las vistas, espectaculares! El personal de recepción muy agradable. Sin duda un buen hotel 4 estrellas, a solo 15 minutos caminando del centro.

I really liked my stay at the hotel, most of the staff are friendly and understanding for any problems. The hotel is Hollywood themed and looks fantastic in some parts. With all the rooms being themed.Me and my brother got the Marlon Brando room which was brilliant as it had the rooms with the beds in and another relaxing area with a sofa.Breakfast is definitely worth the extra price, especially the hot chocolate (Nestle Quente) which tastes amazing. The city is also known for it's custard tarts which are also a highlight.There is also a gallery to the left of the hotel which includes; shop, barbers, money converstions and an american diner.
