A equipe é amistosa e atenciosa. Mas, infelizmente, o nosso quarto estava sujo e o sofá-cama tinha lençol do hóspede anterior, escondido com o sofá Também uma das camas tinha apenas a folha de encaixe nela. Nada mais. Nós pensamos que nós tivemos uma visão mas infelizmente nós tivemos a visão lateral que enfrenta uma igreja e outros quartos. O estacionamento está do outro lado da rua e parece que é feito para carros compactos. Isto não foi problema até que vimos o nosso quarto. O bar do último andar estava deserto com apenas alguns hóspedes ea selecção de bebidas era limitado. Eles só aceitam dinheiro no bar do terraço.Nenhuma música ou sem tv. Estava extremamente quieto. Pode ser uma vantagem para algumas pessoas.
Este é o pior hotel em que já me hospedei. O pessoal do hotel foi rude e completamente inútil. A banheira de hidromassagem era mais funda do que a piscina e era verde. As coisas estavam sujas, os corredores cheiravam constantemente a maconha e as pessoas faziam barulho constantemente. Definitivamente, não é adequado para crianças. Uma fechadura com defeito causou a quebra de nossa porta de correr e tivemos que deixar nosso quarto, eles não forneceram outro quarto ou nos reembolsaram por nossas outras duas noites. Compreensivelmente, perdemos nosso depósito de 300 dólares, mas eles também disseram que estavam cobrando 200 dólares extras e mantendo os 600 dólares restantes para as duas noites restantes. A mulher da recepção foi rude e inútil e nos deu 30 minutos para sair e tivemos que implorar para ter uma hora para permitir que 6 pessoas fizessem as malas, que estavam prontas para uma semana. Éramos inquilinos respeitosos e não tínhamos reclamações ou problemas até a porta quebrar. Além de tudo isso, não há serviço de limpeza. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel staff was rude and completely unhelpful. The hot tub was deeper than the pool and green. Things were dirty the hall ways constantly reeked like marijuana and people were noisy constantly. Definitely not child friendly. A faulty lock caused our sliding door to break and we had to leave our room, they didn’t provide another room or refund us for our other two nights. We understandably lost our 300 dollar deposit, but they also said they were charging 200 extra dollars and keeping the 600 dollars remaining for our remaining two nights. The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful and gave us 30 minutes to leave and we had to beg to have an hour to allow 6 people to pack their suitcases which were packed for a week. We were respectful tenants and had no complaints or problems until the door broke. On top of all that there is no cleaning service at all. You have to take your own trash out and they don’t provide bags, there’s no cleaning in the room until you leave and you are also not provided with anything to clean yourself. Overall the worst hotel, with the worst amenities and costumer service in probably all of ocean city Maryland.
O pior hotel em que já me hospedei em toda a minha vida! Assim que chegamos lá, não era nada parecido com as fotos que foram anunciadas online. Eu reservei uma banheira de hidromassagem com cama king-size, “quarto de hotel recém-reformado” e recebi exatamente o oposto. O quarto do hotel era velho, extremamente sujo a ponto de haver cabelo por toda a banheira de hidromassagem, SANGUE na parede, a cama não estava limpa e o quarto inteiro simplesmente não estava limpo em geral. Acabamos chegando lá na quinta-feira às 15h e check-out no mesmo dia às 23h, uma vez que terminamos o jantar e dirigimos todo o caminho para casa e não chegamos em casa até as 4 da manhã porque todos os outros hotéis da região foram vendidos. Desci até a recepcionista, onde expliquei toda a situação e eles me aconselharam a ligar na manhã seguinte para falar com a gerência. Expliquei tudo ao gerente e ela me disse que só poderia me reembolsar pela segunda noite porque os lençóis estavam amarrotados e tínhamos toalhas sujas no quarto. Expliquei a ela que tomávamos banho, mas era só para jantar, e os lençóis estavam amassados porque meu marido procurou percevejos assim que entramos no quarto. Os lençóis / edredom, não pareciam limpos, portanto nem sequer nos sentamos na cama. Ela disse que se recusou a me reembolsar pelas duas noites. Estou extremamente insatisfeito não apenas com a propaganda falsa, a sujeira e a atmosfera extremamente terrível, mas também com o fato de não ter recebido um reembolso total. Mesmo naquela noite, quando fui fazer o check-out mais cedo, houve uma briga entre cerca de 10 adolescentes no saguão (gritando e xingando) e até a recepcionista me disse que não me culpava por querer sair de lá mais cedo. Economize seu dinheiro e nunca vá para este hotel é melhor gastar um pouco mais para realmente obter o que você pagou.
¡El peor hotel en el que me he alojado en toda mi vida! Tan pronto como llegamos allí, no se parecía en nada a las fotos que se anunciaban en línea. Reservé una bañera de hidromasaje con jacuzzi con cama king, "habitación de hotel recientemente renovada" y recibí todo lo contrario. La habitación del hotel era vieja, extremadamente sucia hasta el punto en que había pelos por todo el jacuzzi, SANGRE en la pared, la cama no estaba limpia y toda la habitación no estaba limpia en general. Terminamos llegando el jueves a las 3:00 p.m. y salimos el mismo día a las 11 p.m. una vez que terminamos con la cena y manejamos todo el camino a casa y no llegamos a casa hasta las 4 de la mañana porque todos los demás hoteles de la zona se agotaron. Bajé a la recepcionista, donde le expliqué toda la situación y me instaron a llamar a la mañana siguiente para hablar con la gerencia. Le expliqué todo al gerente y ella me dijo que solo podía reembolsarme la segunda noche porque las sábanas estaban arrugadas y teníamos toallas sucias en la habitación. Las sábanas / edredón, no parecían limpias, por lo que ni siquiera nos sentamos en la cama. Dijo que se negó a reembolsarme las dos noches. Estoy increíblemente insatisfecho no solo con la publicidad falsa, la suciedad y la atmósfera extremadamente terrible, sino también con el hecho de que no obtuve un reembolso completo. Incluso esa noche, cuando fui a la salida temprano, hubo un altercado entre unos 10 adolescentes en el vestíbulo (gritando y maldiciendo) e incluso la recepcionista me dijo que no me culpaba por querer irme temprano. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my whole entire life! As soon as we got there it was completely not like the photos that was advertised online. I booked a king bed Jacuzzi hot tub, “newly renovated hotel room” and received just the opposite. The hotel room was old, extremely dirty to the point where there was hair all through the hot tub, BLOOD on the wall, the bed was not clean, and the whole room was just not clean in general. We ended up getting there on Thursday at 3:00pm and checked out the same day at 11 PM once we were finished with dinner and drove the whole way home and didn’t get home until 4 in the morning because all other hotels in the area were sold out. I went down to the receptionist, where I explained the whole situation and they urged me to call the next morning to talk to management. I explained everything to the manager and she told me she could only refund me for the second night because the bedsheets were ruffled and we had dirty towels in the room. I explained to her, that we did shower but that was only to go to dinner, and the bedsheets were ruffled because my husband checked for bedbugs as soon as we entered the room. The sheets/comforter, did not appear clean, therefore we did not even sit on the bed. She said she refused to refund me for both nights. I am incredibly dissatisfied with not only the false advertisement, uncleanliness and extremely terrible atmosphere, but at the fact that I did not get a full refund. Even that night, when I went to check out early, there was an altercation between about 10 teenagers in the lobby (screaming and swearing) and even the receptionist told me she did not blame me for wanting to leave there early. Save your money and never go to this hotel you are better off spending just a little more to actually get what you paid for.
I stayed at the Hotel Monte Carlo and it was an awesome location, close to the boardwalk and restaurants. The rooms are clean, the beds are new (& very comfortable), and they even have lavender mint body wash in the shower! Anna at the front desk is GREAT, very friendly, and helpful. I most definitely recommend this place for family and friends.
Os pais dos meus melhores amigos ficaram aqui e passamos muito tempo aqui com eles! É super fofo e legal! Nós amamos a varanda e a piscina do último andar era onde estava! O piso “novo antiderrapante” estava um pouco escorregadio mas como sempre tenha cuidado ao redor da piscina com água! Banheira de água quente era bom, mas a cevada de jatos funcionou. O elevador estava muito lento. Os toques de remodelação são definitivamente fofos!
My best friends parents stayed here and we spent a good amount of time here with them! It is super cute and nice! We loved the balcony and the roof top pool was where it was at! The “new non slip” flooring was a little slippery but as always use caution around the pool with water! Hot tub was nice but the jets barley worked. Elevator was very slow. The remodeling touches are definitely cute!
From the start to finish we had nothing but great things to say about Hotel Monte Carlo! I asked about the pool water temperature and immediately the manager AND maintenance checked on it and made sure it was comfortable. Then there was Anna—she was amazing and accommodating! She truly was a bright spot in our stay; friendly. The renovations were nice and the room came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave in a small kitchenette area. We would most definitely stay at the Hotel Monte Carlo again and again! Last thing- The restaurant attached had the best Mexican food ever!!!

The location was great, very convenient to everything we needed the entire trip. Clean and comfortable, nice staff. I couldnt really have asked for too much more from a hotel for a 4 day vacation.

si eres latino no vengas a este hotel el servicio es malo, las personas son racistas en especial si eres latino, una de las personas que trabaja trato de pegarme solo porque salí tarde de mi cuarto enfrente de mi bebé de 8 meses! Traten de no venir a este hotel nadie merece que una persona nos falte el respeto porque somos latino!
The staff is friendly and helpful. But unfortunately our room was dirty and the sofa bed had sheet from previous guest in it tucked away with the sofa Also one of the beds had only the fitting sheet on it. Nothing else. We thought we had a view but unfortunately we had the side view facing a church and others rooms. The parking is across the street and looks like is made for compact cars. This was no problem until we saw our room. The roof top bar was deserted with only few guests and the drink selection was limited. They only accept cash at the rooftop bar.No music or no tv . Was extremely quiet. It can be a plus to some people.
