O lugar é maravilhoso, os funcionários muito atenciosos, tudo muito limpo e agradável, o único detalhe é a comida, não é tão boa quanto o esperado, o custo é muito alto para a quantidade que servem. Nas fotos coloquei um prato que só tem 6 camarões, salada e batatas (ruínas) na foto seguinte a comida é mais aceitável e para os dois pratos foi pago 435,00, o que me parece muito pela quantidade servida

El lugar es maravilloso, el personal muy atento, todo muy limpio y agradable, el único detalle es la comida, no es tan buena como lo esperaba, el costo es muy alto para la cantidad que sirven. En las fotos coloco un platillo que solo tiene 6 camarones ensalada y papas (ruinas) en la siguiente foto la comida es más aceptable y por ambos platillos se pagó 435.00 lo cual me parece mucho para la cantidad servida

Boa atenção e comida deliciosa. Leve em consideração que você tem que se esforçar para andar e conhecer as facilidades ... Não recomendo levar gente com 70 anos ou mais, ou seja, gente que tem dificuldade para andar.

Beautiful hotel, nice amenities, sorrounded with flowers and trees. The Suite is big with a beautiful view. They were short on staff. On friday no service at the pool bar and slow service at the restaurant. On saturaday the hotel was more packed so no hot water during night and the next morning (they changed the gas cylinder and took an hour to have hot water). Also there was no one serving at the pool bar on saturday and sunday.

This place exceeded our expectations. The room was amazing, the grounds were beautiful and the staff was one of the best I have ever experienced. I will definitely be staying here again when in the area and my fiancé and I are considering our wedding here because of the amazing experience we had. Dont wait just book it.

It's really a lovely place, so well tended and located and also great service. It's a shame though that you can't shake the feeling that it's just a bit overpriced for where it is. If they lowered their rate by 20/30% (and included the breakfast in the rate), they'd have many more guests and make much more money in the end.
