A basic hotel with a really good location. It's in front of the metro station (line to the airport) and 2 minutes to the town hall and in walking distance to downtown.
Room is ok, staff is ok and breakfast is served in a nearby cafeteria which I don't recommend.
Good relation quality-price.

I had a great stay with a great view. The shower, bed and accommodations were excellent, the breakfast which wasn't on site but at a cafe adjacent was delicious, and the view from my balcony on the 9th floor was awesome (I'm not very good with cameras but I tried). The location is great, near the highest elevation in the area and very close to the metro and almost equidistant from the city center and the river. I would give a 9.5/10 and if I come to porto again I would definitely stay here. I was very impressed. It could have been slightly better, but difficult to keep the same low price, so overall 5 stars

We stayed in this hotel for 1 day. Everything was great - the location of this hotel is amazing. It's located right besides Trindade Metro station and you can easily reach the city center on foot. It's approximately a 10 minute walk to the center. The check-in was at 4pm but we could check-in at 11am which was amazing. The rooms were clean and modern. We had a balcony with a nice view. We could also have free coffee on the ground floor!! We payed 27€ for 1 person for 1 night which is totally acceptable in my opinion for the service and room you get. The receptionists were also really kind.
I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately I can't because there was a fan (or something) in our room above the door which was really loud and we couldn't turn it off.
Maybe if we would've asked, it could've been turned off but we didn't have time, as we had very little time in Porto.
The fan was really really loud and we absolutely couldn't sleep and we slept horribly.
One more negative side - the bathroom shower didn't have a door on one side so the floor got very wet when we showered.
But other than that I think this is a great hotel and I would absolutely recommend it.

the hotel is very centrally located, opposite the train station and bus stop. i like that it is clean, new and male receptionist was very kind! it is located in a quiet area but still walking distance to attractions and shopping, would book again.

I really liked this hotel, it’s 2 stars but very clean, modern and genuinely has everything you need, AC, good wifi, toiletries, hairdryer, full body mirror and hangers. I stayed in a double room with balcony for a very reasonable price and it had a nice view too. Reception has a complimentary coffee machine and friendly staff. On the first night the pillows in my room were too firm for me, and upon asking on reception they kindly provided me with a nice soft pillow. All in all five stars.
