O atendimento e atendimento da recepcionista e do administrador foi muito ruim, um tanto rude. Os quartos não são os melhores. Reservamos dois e um desses era muito ruim, pequeno, sem água quente, não entrava luz boa, o chuveiro não era dividido do restante do banheiro e por esse motivo o banheiro ficava todo molhado durante o banho. O hotel fecha as portas por volta das onze da noite para que as pessoas que estão hospedadas não possam sair para festas ou qualquer outra coisa depois desse horário.

El servicio y atención al cliente por parte de la recepcionista y el administrador fue muy malo, un tanto groseros. Las habitaciones no son las mejores. Reservamos dos y una de esas estaba muy mala, pequeña, sin agua caliente, no entraba buena luz, la ducha no tenía división del resto del baño y por esto el baño quedaba todo mojado al bañarse. El hotel cierra las puertas a eso de las once de la noche así que las personas que se ospeden no pueden salir a fiestas ni a nada más después de esa hora.

É um hotel econômico (há outros de valor igual ou menor e são melhores), porém as instalações são um pouco antigas. Não gostei que se deve avisar (tocar como em uma casa) para entrar ou sair do local. Os quartos são pequenos, tem uma cama que não é de casal (éramos 2 pessoas magras e nossos pés podiam ficar um pouco para fora e um pouco para um lado), o cobertor adicional que nos deram estava cheio de cabelo, o banheiro tem um elétrico chuveiro, mas não há pressão da água. Eles só entregaram 1 sabonete pequeno. Não oferecem comida ou bebida.

Es un hotel económico (hay otros por un valor igual o menor y son mejores), sin embargo las instalaciones son un poco viejas. No me gustó que uno debe avisar (timbrar como en una casa) para ingresar o salir del lugar. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, cuenta con una cama que no es doble (éramos 2 personas delgadas y se alcanzaban a salir los pies y un tanto de un costado), la cobija adicional que entregan estaba llena de cabellos, el baño cuenta con regadera eléctrica, pero no hay presión de agua. Solo entregaron 1 jaboncito pequeño. No ofrecen comidas ni bebidas.

It is a budget hotel (there are others for the same or lesser value and they are better), however the facilities are a bit old. I did not like that one must warn (ring as in a house) to enter or leave the place. The rooms are small, it has a bed that is not a double (we were 2 skinny people and our feet could stick out and a bit on one side), the additional blanket they gave us was full of hair, the bathroom has an electric shower, but there is no water pressure. They only delivered 1 small soap. They do not offer food or drinks.

Me encantó. Por la mañana me dieron un tinto delicioso, la cama muy buena. El lugar silencioso y bien acondicionado para olvidar el frío de Tunja.
