Sempre que viajo a Salvador fico neste hotel, recomendo porque a atenção é 5 * tem serviço de bar e restaurante em que os empregados são muito atentos e simpáticos. Recomendo passar mínimo 2 noites para se poder disfrutar da tranquilidade do hotel.

There's no hot water, no cable, the pool was dirty, the breakfast looked very dry, they charged me $15 for supposedly staining 2 towels. The staff Is very friendly

Got doble bed room for a customer. Got so many complains, there is no cable ,nor hot water, rooms are very dirty, pool dirty.. last time I take customers into that hotel. I don't recommend it,there are other hotels close by for almost the same price.

I'm pleased with the place. One of the concerns that a traveler has when in the distance he looks for a place to stay is if in reality the selected place will be as it is presented on the Internet.
I chose it using an application and my expectations were met. I also understand that there is a new administration and that as such they are making adjustments even in the physical facilities.

I booked this hotel after seeing the ratings, location within walking distance of a conference my dad was traveling to El Salvador for, and the low price. That was a mistake. My dad showed up to check into the hotel, saw that it was not in a good part of town, and thought the hotel itself looked sketchy. He did not feel safe even going in. When we requested a refund the same day that he was supposed to check in after he saw the place, the hotel said that they had to abide by their strict policy of no refunds for the 1st day of the stay if you let them know the day of, whether you see the place and are concerned for your safety (among a plethora of likely alternatives for not staying there that many hotels would see as exceptions to the rule and give a full refund for) or wanted to switch to another hotel just for kicks and giggles. That's not right.
