Fiquei na estrutura gratuitamente como convidado da associação de hoteleiros Loano após a pandemia Sara Cov2 que afetou minha cidade (sou enfermeira de Milão).Estou escrevendo esta revisão em parte para corrigir a revisão escrita por meu parceiro, em parte para corrigir e esclarecer algumas imprecisões escritas pelo proprietário da estrutura.Em primeiro lugar, pessoalmente, agradeço à cidade de Loano e ao proprietário e diretor da instalação pelo presente esplêndido que me ofereceram. Foi revigorante e gratificante poder desligar após 4 meses do meu trabalho como enfermeira de terapia intensiva na área de Covid. Só posso elogiar a área familiar que me fez respirar e a gentileza que ele dirigiu ao meu parceiro e a mim .. mas isso não significa que não existiam "toupeiras": tudo o que meu jovem escreveu ( idade) companheiro é absolutamente verdadeiro; ela não mentiu sobre nada nem exacerbou as situações .. ela apenas se deixou dominar pela ênfase de sua própria juventude e julgou tudo do seu próprio ponto de vista (exatamente como você, caro diretor, fez em sua resposta também parcialmente correspondente o que aconteceu).Para a história da chaleira .. mas me perdoe, esqueça .. que importância pode ter? Eu mica tenho apontado que para usá-lo eles tiveram que desligar a televisão porque não havia tomadas elétricas.Pela temperatura ... ela escreve que era suportável, como uma milanesa acostumada ao calor de Milão, argumento que não: era a primeira semana de grande calor na Itália e ela engasgava em todos os lugares. Recordo-vos que à nossa chegada o senhor mesmo referiu que foram os primeiros dias realmente muito quentes durante muito tempo .. mas mesmo neste caso .. porque falar de um problema que não era tal? .. Lamento, então, ver que o seu sistema de ar condicionado não funcionou da melhor forma (no corredor eram numerosos os vazamentos de gotas de água .. mas nada disso reclamava)Bancada de serviço? Confirmo o cabelo no prato e a "lentidão" .. mas achei seu serviço extremamente requintado e cortês .. mas sou muitos anos mais velha que meu jovem companheiro (o mercúrio que corre em suas veias a torna intolerante às expectativas ) Tenho certeza de que você está bem ciente dos perigos das alergias alimentares (na verdade, os avisos e sinais de advertência em suas instalações são bem visíveis), e lembro-lhe que por ocasião do meu episódio de emese alimentar após o jantar eu mesmo me dirigi a ela dizer que não considerei a situação grave e que culpo o ocorrido como consequência da mudança de temperatura entre o ambiente externo (extremamente quente) e o interno (com ar condicionado) de suas instalações: minha velhice então, provavelmente, fez o resto. Peço que esqueçam as palavras do meu parceiro que, na ocasião, ficou muito assustado e me manteve tendo uma reação à minha alergia a tomate.Quanto à limpeza ... Só posso confirmar as tuas palavras: os quartos são limpos TODOS OS DIAS e por uma rapariga muito diligente (e muito simpática) (só vi uma .. mas a estrutura só reabriu depois a cessação do bloqueio, por isso pode ser que o pessoal ainda não tenha regressado ao trabalho). As toalhas são sempre macias, limpas, frescas e numerosas .. mas, justamente porque o hotel esteve fechado, não posso negar que algumas Havia "falhas": em algumas áreas da sala o pó estava presente (e era muito .. mas mesmo assim, porque criar problema onde não tem? .. passa-se uma toalha molhada, limpa e mude o pano. Não tem problema! O cano quebrado? Perdoe-me .. é verdade, você chamou o encanador que rapidamente reparou o estrago (enquanto estávamos visitando as cavernas de Toirano) .. mas foi o segundo relato.

Me quedé gratis en la estructura como huésped de la asociación de hoteleros de Loano tras la pandemia de Sara Cov2 que afectó a mi ciudad (soy enfermera de Milán).Estoy escribiendo esta reseña en parte para corregir la reseña escrita por mi socio, en parte para corregir y aclarar algunas inexactitudes escritas por el propietario de la estructura.En primer lugar, personalmente, agradezco a la ciudad de Loano y al propietario y director de la instalación por el espléndido regalo que me brindaron ... fue refrescante y gratificante poder desconectar después de 4 meses de mi trabajo como enfermera de cuidados intensivos en el área de Covid. Solo puedo elogiar el área familiar que me hizo respirar y la amabilidad que le dirigió a mi pareja y a mí .. pero esto no quiere decir que no hubo "lunares": todo lo que escribió mi joven ( mayor de edad) compañero es absolutamente cierto; ella no mintió sobre nada ni exacerbó situaciones .. simplemente se dejó abrumar por el énfasis de su propia corta edad y juzgó todo desde su propio punto de vista (exactamente como usted, querido director, hizo en su respuesta también parcialmente correspondiendo que pasó).Por la historia de la tetera .. pero perdóname, olvídalo .. ¿Qué importancia puede tener? Me han quedado mica para señalar que para usarlo tuvieron que desenchufar el televisor ya que no había tomas de corriente ..Por la temperatura ... escribe que era soportable, como milanesa acostumbrada al calor de Milán yo sostengo que no: era la primera semana de mucho calor en Italia y jadeaba por todas partes. Les recuerdo que a nuestra llegada ustedes mismos señalaron que eran los primeros días realmente muy calurosos en mucho tiempo ... pero incluso en este caso ... ¿por qué hablar de un problema que no era así? .. Lamenté, entonces, ver que su sistema de aire acondicionado no funcionaba en su mejor momento (en el pasillo las fugas de gotas de agua eran numerosas .. pero nada de esto se quejó)¿Servicio de mesa? Confirmo el pelo en el plato y la "lentitud" .. pero encontré su servicio sumamente exquisito y cortés .. pero soy muchos años mayor que mi joven pareja (el azogue que corre por sus venas la hace intolerante a las expectativas ). Estoy seguro de que eres muy consciente de los peligros de las alergias alimentarias (de hecho las advertencias y carteles de precaución en tu local son claramente visibles), y te recuerdo que con motivo de mi episodio de emesis alimentaria después de la cena yo mismo me dirigí a ella para decirle que no consideraba grave la situación y que le echaba la culpa de lo sucedido como consecuencia del cambio de temperatura entre el ambiente externo (extremadamente caliente) y los internos (con aire acondicionado) de su local: mi vejez entonces, probablemente, hizo el resto. Les pido que olviden las palabras de mi pareja que, en la ocasión, se asustó mucho y siguió teniendo una reacción a mi alergia a los tomates.En cuanto a la limpieza ... solo puedo confirmar tus palabras: las habitaciones se limpian TODOS LOS DÍAS y por una chica muy atenta (y muy agradable) (solo vi una ... pero la estructura acababa de reabrir después al final del encierro, por lo que puede ser que el personal aún no hubiera regresado al trabajo). Excelente cozinha. Terraço espetacular
Quando eu era pequeno (1 ano) eu ia lá então parei mas quando voltei é sempre uma emoção extraordinária aquela sala de jogos que mesmo que não me pareça nada vale muito uma vez que jogamos e fizemos bagunça todos juntos sem olhar para a idade. Dona e estrela disponível e simpática, a garçonete limpa Acho que a melhor garçonete do mundo no trabalho dá a alma e coloca toda a energia, mas acima de tudo amor que é o que é necessário para este trabalho, agora que estou de volta em casa Sentia saudades quando ia comer e ela sabia que eu comia muito e mesmo que meu pai dissesse não ela ficava colocando no prato ele estava sempre disponível você podia brincar e falar de tudo mas ela sempre permanecerá no meu coração como a mais garçonete bom no mundo. O chef é um grande chef, pratos simples mas muito bons em que tudo se valoriza também nunca me esquecerei, aliás o meu sonho é trabalhar ao lado dele. Enfim espero voltar no ano que vem porque é um lugar especial que me faz lembrar o momento mais bonito da minha infância e já sinto saudades 🥺❤️

Cuando era pequeño (1 año) fui allí y luego paré pero cuando volví siempre es una emoción extraordinaria ese arcade que aunque me parezca que nada vale mucho una vez jugamos y hicimos un lío todos juntos sin mirar la edad. Dueña y estrella disponible y simpática, la camarera clara Creo que la mejor camarera del mundo en su trabajo da alma y pone toda la energía pero sobre todo amor que es lo que se necesita para este trabajo, ahora que estoy de regreso en casa Lo extraño cuando fui a comer y ella sabía que comía mucho y aunque mi padre decía que no seguía poniendo en el plato él siempre estaba disponible se podía bromear y hablar de todo pero ella siempre se quedará en mi corazón como la más mesera bueno en el mundo. El chef es un gran cocinero, platos sencillos pero muy buenos en los que todo se valora también. Nunca lo olvidaré, de hecho mi sueño es trabajar junto a él. Finalmente espero volver el año que viene porque es un lugar especial que me recuerda la parte más linda de mi infancia y ya lo extraño 🥺❤️

Encontrado x caso, não esperava muito, dadas as experiências anteriores na Ligúria! Em vez disso ... encontrei tanta cordialidade, excelente gastronomia e um hotel digno das suas 3 estrelas (na minha opinião mais altas do que as 4 estrelas de muitos lugares) uma empregada de mesa que cumpria o seu trabalho com amor (que não é para todos) e muito gentileza em todo o hotel, muito bom !!! Altamente recomendado !!
👍🏻 Pessoal muito atencioso e prestativo, toalhas limpas sempre arrumadas, estacionamento no interior da estrutura, possibilidade de utilizar a piscina privada da estrutura associada, sala sem varanda / sala de secagem onde pode colocar coisas do mar para secar mas com possibilidade de espalhar no terraço no último andar. 👎🏻 Infelizmente, o quarto estava sujo e empoeirado, no primeiro dia não havia ar condicionado e um cano do banheiro quebrou durante a nossa estadia (banheiro inundado, não mudamos o quarto, mas tínhamos encanamento após a segunda solicitação com o resultado de cacos para todo o banheiro, limpo no final do dia). Quanto às refeições, o atendimento é confuso, desrespeita regras lentas e higiênicas (polegar no prato, cozinheira sem máscara que se avista da janela da cozinha, cabelo na salada) e não se dá a devida atenção às alergias ( sem intolerâncias alimentares, ALERGIAS). Acreditamos que tínhamos apenas azar, no entanto, dada a nossa experiência, não recomendamos esta propriedade.
Eu vou para este hotel desde os 6 anos e sempre gostei. Uma equipe treinada e consequentemente também o atendimento.
Encontrado x oportunidad, no esperaba mucho dadas las experiencias pasadas en Liguria! En cambio ... encontré mucha cordialidad, excelente cocina y un hotel digno de sus 3 estrellas (en mi opinión superior a las 4 estrellas de muchos lugares) una mesera que realizaba su trabajo con cariño (que no es para todos) y mucho amabilidad en todo el hotel, realmente bueno !!! Muy recomendable !!
👍🏻 Personal muy cortés y servicial, toallas limpias siempre en orden, estacionamiento dentro de la estructura, posibilidad de usar la piscina privada de la estructura asociada, habitación sin balcón / cuarto de secado donde se pueden secar las cosas del mar pero la posibilidad de esparcir en la terraza del último piso. 👎🏻 Desafortunadamente, la habitación estaba sucia y polvorienta, el primer día no había aire acondicionado y una tubería del baño se rompió durante nuestra estadía (el baño se inundó, no cambiamos la habitación pero teníamos tuberías después de nuestro segundo aviso con el resultado de fragmentos para todo el baño, se limpia al final del día). En cuanto a las comidas, el servicio es confuso, no se respetan las normas lentas e higiénicas (pulgar en el plato, cocinar sin máscara que se vea desde la ventana de la cocina, pelos en la ensalada) y no se presta la debida atención a las alergias ( sin intolerancias alimentarias, ALERGIAS). Confiamos en que tuvimos mala suerte, sin embargo, dada nuestra experiencia, no recomendaríamos esta propiedad.
He estado yendo a este hotel desde que tenía 6 años y siempre lo he disfrutado. Un personal capacitado y en consecuencia también el servicio.
👍🏻 Very courteous and helpful staff, clean towels always tidy, parking inside the structure, possibility to use the private swimming pool of the associated structure, room without balcony / drying room where you can put sea things to dry but the possibility of spread out on the terrace on the top floor. 👎🏻 Unfortunately the room was dirty and dusty, the first day there was no air conditioning and a bathroom pipe broke during our stay (bathroom flooded, we didn't change the room but we had plumbing after our second prompt with the result of shards for the whole bathroom, cleaned in a good way at the end of the day). As for the meals, the service is confusing, slow and hygienic rules are not respected (thumb in the plate, cook without a mask that could be seen from the kitchen window, hair in the salad) and due attention is not paid to allergies (no food intolerances, ALLERGIES). We trust we were just unlucky however given our experience we would not recommend this property.
