Excelente hotel, cerca a todo, limpio, agradable, desayuno excelente, atención esmerada, salvo el día q salí q la recepcionista un poco mandona y grosera, pero se lleva las 5 estrellas porque todos los demás súper queridos y las instalaciones hermosas, amplias, frescas, aire acondicionado, baño impecable y grande, habitación muy cómoda!!No pude usar la piscina por jornada laboral, pero siempre se veía limpia y todo muy ordenado.Cuando vayan a #Cúcuta por trabajo o turismo, a ojo cerrado @hotelzarayaVuelvo pronto 😉😊

Excellent hotel, close to everything, clean, pleasant, excellent breakfast, careful attention, except the day I left that the receptionist was a bit bossy and rude, but she takes the 5 stars because all the others are super loved and the beautiful, spacious facilities, fresh, air conditioning, immaculate and large bathroom, very comfortable room !!I was not able to use the pool for business hours, but it always looked clean and everything was very neat.When they go to # Cúcuta for work or tourism, with a closed eye @hotelzarayaI'll be back soon 😉😊

• Os quartos são bons, são voltados para a rua, o barulho entra por se tratar de uma estrada bastante movimentada com veículos e pessoas durante o dia. • A localização é boa em 50/50, a área diurna é bastante movimentada e próxima ao shopping Ventura, portanto, você pode caminhar, mas à noite deve pedir táxi ou carro próprio, pois a área é tranquila sozinho, com moradores de rua e recicladores. • O nível de serviço ruim, não é devido ao pessoal que atende, eu faço a reserva correta, caso contrário, devido às políticas do hotel ou gerente, o serviço do restaurante não pode ser cobrado no quarto, eles cobram pior que uma queda por gota, sendo a empresa a que faz regularmente as transferências, se estiverem pendentes 1 ou 2 noites visto que é domingo ou feriado em que a empresa não trabalha administrativamente e tendo tido uma estada de mais de 20 dias previamente paga , eles apresentam um problema para entregar a chave do quarto por ordem da gerência, mesmo que os pertences do hóspede estejam dentro do quarto, o que parece desrespeitoso, e alguém reclame ou faça uma observação, a resposta do hotel é que se eles não gostam que façam vá para outro hotel e é compreensível que todos fiquem no comando em casa, mande bem ou mande mal, mas depois não ofereça serviço ao público se não souber como lidar.

• The rooms are good, those facing the street, noise gets in since it is on a road that is quite busy with vehicles and people during the day. • The location is good at 50/50, the daytime area is quite busy and close to the Ventura shopping center, therefore, you can walk, but at night you must ask for a taxi or have your own car, because the area is quite alone, with street people and recyclers. • The level of bad service, not due to the staff that attends, I make the correct reservation, if not, due to the policies of the hotel or manager, the restaurant service cannot be charged to the room, they charge worse than a drop by drop, being a company the one that makes the transfers regularly, if they are 1 or 2 nights pending since it is a Sunday or a holiday in which the company does not work administratively and having had a stay of more than 20 days previously paid, they pose a problem to deliver the Room key by order of management, even though the guest's belongings are inside the room, which seems disrespectful, and one complains or makes an observation, the hotel's response is that if they don't like them to go to another hotel and it is understandable that everyone is in charge at home, send well or send badly, but then do not offer service to the public if they do not know how to handle it.

• Las habitaciones son buenas, las que dan para la calle, se mete el ruido dado que esta sobre una vía bastante transitada por vehículos y personas durante el día. • La ubicación es buena en 50/50, la zona de día es bastante transitada y cerca del centro comercial ventura, por lo tanto, se puede caminar, pero de noche se debe salir pidiendo taxi o tener carro propio, porque la zona es bastante sola, con personas de calle y recicladores. • El nivel del servicio malo, no por el personal que atiende, hago la correcta salvedad, si no, por las políticas del hotel o gerente, no se puede cargar el servicio de restaurante a la habitación, cobran peor que un gota a gota, siendo una empresa la que realiza las transferencia con regularidad, si están 1 o 2 noches pendientes dado que sea domingo o festivo en la cual la empresa no labora administrativamente y habiendo tenido una estadía de más de 20 días pagados anteriormente, colocan problema para entregar la llave de la habitación por orden de gerencia aun estando las pertenencias del huésped dentro del cuarto, lo cual parece una falta de respeto, y se una se queja o realiza alguna observación, la respuesta del hotel es que si no les gusta que se vayan a otro hotel y es comprensible cada quien manda en su casa mande bien o mande mal, pero entonces no ofrezca servicio al público si no lo saben manejar.
