É incrível que haja comentários, quanto mais comentários ruins, para uma propriedade que NUNCA FOI ABERTA AO PÚBLICO. Este hotel está em construção há alguns anos e foi duramente atingido quando o COVID começou. Não acredite em tudo que você lê. Este lugar não está aberto e nunca foi aberto.

Es sorprendente que haya críticas, y mucho menos críticas negativas para una propiedad que NUNCA HA SIDO ABIERTA AL PÚBLICO. Este hotel ha estado en construcción durante algunos años y se vio muy afectado cuando comenzó COVID. No creas todo lo que lees. Este lugar no está abierto y nunca ha estado abierto.

It's amazing that there are any reviews, let alone bad reviews for a property that HAS NEVER BEEN OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. This hotel has been under construction for a few years and got hit hard when COVID started. Don't believe everything you read. This place is not open and has never been open.

Quando cheguei lá, o primeiro quarto que fui ao banheiro não dava descarga, então eles me mudaram para o quarto durante eu fiquei 2 noites e dificilmente estive no quarto nessas 2 noites, pois estávamos comemorando o segundo aniversário de meus filhos depois de fazermos check-out. meu cartão é cobrado $ 50 2x Eu liguei para eles e perguntei por que meu cartão foi cobrado isso eles disseram que o toalheiro estava completamente arrancado da parede, não foi assim que eu deixei eu expliquei a eles e pergunto se posso ver o que eles tô falando sobre eles disseram que sim o gerente me levou até o nosso quarto e disse que o toalheiro foi arrancado da parede e jogado no chão ao lado do banheiro Eu disse a ele que não saímos assim não sei sobre o que ele está falando, ele explicou que a faxineira disse que foi assim que ela encontrou. Então desço para o saguão porque quero falar com a gerente das faxineiras que relatou enquanto esperava por elas. A faxineira saiu e eu perguntei a ela com licença, senhora, como estava o toalheiro quando você limpou o quarto? Ela explicou que parecia que alguém estava tentando puxar o toalheiro da parede Eu disse que não mexemos no toalheiro que havia toalhas no porta-toalhas quando saímos e ela explicou, oh sim, o toalheiro ainda estava instalado e lá havia toalhas nele, então eu volto para o gerente e digo que agora estou ouvindo duas histórias diferentes e depois há a minha .. Eu não mexi com o toalheiro. Não mexemos no toalheiro. Ele apenas me encara sem expressão. Então fico chateada e digo que ele não está mostrando que se importa nem um pouco ou mesmo tentando me ajudar a descobrir algo. Ele diz que vou te dar um número para ligar então eu saio chateado que eles ainda cobram meu cartão Eu ligo para o número e eles iniciam um “caso” do qual eu ainda não ouvi nada e eles dizem que cabe àquele local decidir o que eles vão fazer, tento ligar para a empresa e eles me mandam de volta ao hotel e o gm está de férias, então não há absolutamente ninguém para me ajudar. Eu NÃO recomendo ficar aqui, eles vão cobrar por seu hotel desmoronar e culpar você !!!

Como diabos um hotel pode se chamar de pet friendly se cobrar US $ 100 por noite e uma taxa adicional de limpeza profunda adicional de US $ 100? !!! Ultrajante, ultrajoso. Não é um hotel que aceita animais de estimação. Tenho status vitalício no Marriott e status quase vitalício no Hilton, por isso me considero muito experiente em hotéis. Esta é a pior política de animais de estimação que já vi até agora.

Cuando llegué por primera vez, la primera habitación en la que entré al inodoro no funcionaba, así que me trasladaron a la habitación donde me quedé 2 noches y casi no estaba en la habitación estas 2 noches, ya que estábamos celebrando el segundo cumpleaños de mi hijo después de la salida. mi tarjeta tiene un cargo de $ 50 2x.Llamé y les pregunté por qué se cargó mi tarjeta, dijeron que el toallero estaba completamente arrancado de la pared, no es así como lo dejé.Luego les expliqué y luego les pregunto si puedo ir a ver lo que ellos Estoy hablando de que dijeron que sí, el gerente me llevó a nuestra habitación y dijo que el toallero estaba arrancado de la pared y que estaba tirado en el piso junto al inodoro. Luego me enojo y le digo que no se muestra como si le importara ni un poquito o incluso tratando de ayudarme a resolver algo. Dice que te daré un número para llamar, así que me marcho molesto, todavía cargan mi tarjeta. Llamo al número y comienzan un "caso" del que todavía no he escuchado nada y dicen que depende de esa ubicación para decidir. qué van a hacer, entonces trato de llamar a la empresa y me envían de regreso a su hotel y el gerente general está de vacaciones, así que no hay absolutamente nadie que me ayude. NO recomiendo que te quedes aquí, te cobrarán por el desmoronamiento del hotel y te culparán.

Tengo un estatus de por vida con Marriott y casi un estatus de por vida con Hilton, por lo que me consideraría muy experimentado con los hoteles. When I first got there the first room I went into the toilet would not flush so they moved me to the room over I stayed 2 nights and was hardly in the room these 2 nights as We were celebrating my sons 2nd birthday after we checkout I see my card is charged $50 2x I called them and asked why was my card charged this they said the towel rack was completely ripped out the wall, this is not how I left it I explained to them I then ask if I can go see what they’re talking about they said yes the manager took me up to our room and said the towel rack was ripped out of the wall and laying on the floor next to the toilet I told him we did not leave it like that I don’t know what he’s talking about he explained the cleaner lady said that’s how she found it I then go down to the lobby because I want to talk to the cleaner ladies manager whom reported it while waiting for them the lady cleaning the room comes out and I asked her excuse me ma’am how was the towel rack when you cleaned the room when she explained it looked like someone was trying to pull the towel rack out of the wall I said we did not mess with the towel rack there were towels on the rack when we left then she explained oh yes the towel rack was still up and there were towels on it so I turn to the manager and say now I’m being told 2 different stories and then there’s mine.. I didn’t mess with the towel rack. We didn’t mess with the towel rack. He just stares at me blankly. Then I get upset and tell him he’s not showing like he cares even a little bit or even trying to help me figure something out. He says I’ll give you a number to call so I leave upset they still charge my card I call the number and they starts a “case” which I still haven’t heard anything on and they say it’s up to that location to decide what they’re going to do I then try to call corporate and they send me right back to their hotel and the gm is on vacation so there’s absolutely no one to help me. I DO NOT recommend staying here they’ll charge you for their hotel falling apart and blame you!!!

How on earth can a hotel call itself pet friendly if it charges $100 per night and an *additional* deep clean fee of $100?!!! Outrageous. Not a pet friendly hotel. I have lifetime status with Marriott and nearly lifetime status with Hilton, so I’d consider myself very experienced with hotels. This is the worst pet policy I’ve seen so far.
