O hotel é muito limpo. O atendimento é excelente, sempre acolhedor. Esta não é a primeira vez que fico neste hotel, mas é a primeira vez que o revendo.Entrando no elevador e caminhando em direção ao quarto, tudo é muito limpo. Eu fiquei em um quarto king com um sofá-cama. O quarto é muito limpo. É impecável desde o banheiro, passando pelo sofá-cama, até a cama.Também carreguei fotos do café da manhã no quarto. O café da manhã é bom para ser gratuito. Tem uma variedade de cereais, aveia, pães, café, suco de maçã, leite, água e até água quente para chás.No geral, é um hotel limpo e agradável onde eu ficaria novamente.

El Hotel esta muy limpio. El servicio al cliente es excelente, siempre acogedor. Esta no es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel, pero es la primera vez que lo reviso.Subir al ascensor y caminar hacia la habitación, todo está muy limpio. Me alojé en una habitación king con un sofá cama. La habitacion esta muy limpia. Es impecable desde el baño, hasta el sofá cama, hasta la cama.También subí fotos del desayuno en la habitación. El desayuno es bueno para que sea gratis. Tiene una variedad de cereales, avena, panes, café, jugo de manzana, leche, agua e incluso agua caliente para infusiones.En general, es un hotel limpio y agradable donde me alojaría de nuevo.

The hotel is very clean. Customer service is excellent, always welcoming. This is not the first time I stay at this hotel, but it is my first time reviewing it.
Getting on the elevator and walking towards the room, everything is very clean. I stayed at a king room with a sofa bed. The room is very clean. It is impecable from the bathroom, to the sofa bed, to the bed.
I also uploaded pictures of the breakfast in the room. The breakfast is good for it to be free. It has a variety of cereal, oatmeal, breads, coffee, apple juice, milk, water, and even hot water for teas.
Overall it is a nice clean hotel where I would be staying again.

Arrived late after working and traveling all day. The other people in the floor were very noisy, I over looked that.
But bugs in the bed I cannot!!
They had fleas EVERYWHERE!!
The girl at the desk was rude, said I had to pay for a night if I was leaving. Called corporate and they “investigated” and said “it’s just fleas!!!” JUST FLEAS!!!!
I had to throw out some belongings and purchase more clothes.
There were 100s of them jumping all over me!!
DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room had a few issues - burned out nightstand light, phone handset battery wouldn't charge, a loose tile in bathroom.
4 or 5 restaurants literally in the parking lot - mexican, sushi, BBQ, Chili's...

Este lugar é ótimo para uma escapadela de fim de semana. Os quartos duplos são fantásticos e espaçosos. O café da manhã é para viagem, mas isso é esperado por causa do Covid-19. Eu definitivamente recomendaria este lugar. E eu estarei de volta.

Este lugar es ideal para una escapada de fin de semana. Las habitaciones dobles son impresionantes y espaciosas. El desayuno es para llevar, pero eso se espera debido a Covid-19. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar. Y volveré.

Hyatt Place Cy-Fair is a poorly managed property under the supervision of General Manager Carolyn Nastasi. Their staff lacks understanding of basic customer service and are utterly disrespectful. You will be treated badly here, as evident by other reviews as well. Houston has plenty of Hyatt hotels and I will highly recommend that you spend your money at a business who will value you as a customer.

This place is great for a weekend getaway. The double rooms are awesome and spacious. Breakfast is grab and go but that's expected because of Covid-19. I would definitely recommend this place. And i will be back.

Nós estávamos aqui para as férias de primavera e, como de costume, o lugar HYATT está sempre no ponto com serviço e satisfação. Hyatt é excelente para negócios ou lazer. Esta localização tem muitos locais para comer nas proximidades. O check-in foi fácil, Nice lobby moderno com decoração aconchegante, impressionante se você convidar palpite. Os quartos eram arejados e limpos. Tivemos uma rainha dupla com sofá, excelentes preços, ficamos por 2 dias, em seguida, prorrogado 1 dia. adoro o chuveiro limpo, boa vista, café da manhã foi um bom lanche, pessoal do hotel, Jessica foi a mais gentil, profissional e tivemos uma ótima conversa, e ela foi útil, assim como o serviço de limpeza. O próximo cara nem nos cumprimentou ou disse olá, não precisa trabalhar na frente. Nice sala de ginástica, piscina descoberta. Hotel seguro e protegido. Eu amo a marca Hyatt. I ❤ A marca Hyatt

Estuvimos aquí durante las vacaciones de primavera y, como de costumbre, el lugar HYATT está constantemente en el punto con el servicio y la satisfacción. Hyatt es excelente para negocios o placer. ESTA ubicación tiene muchos lugares para comer cerca. El proceso de registro fue fácil, agradable vestíbulo de moda con una decoración acogedora, impresionante si invitas a adivinar. Las habitaciones eran frescas y limpias. Teníamos una reina doble con sofá, excelentes precios, nos alojamos por 2 días y luego extendimos 1 día. Me encanta la ducha limpia, buena vista, el desayuno era un buen refrigerio, el personal del hotel, Jessica era la más amable, profesional y tuvimos una gran conversación, y ella fue servicial, al igual que el servicio de limpieza. We were here for Spring Break and as usual, the HYATT place is Consistently on point with Service and Satisfaction. Hyatt is Excellent for business or Pleasure. THIS Location has lots of eating places nearby. Check in was easy, Nice Trendy lobby with cozy Decor, impressive if you invite guess. Rooms were fresh and Clean. We had a Double Queen with sofa, Excellent prices, stayed for 2 days then extended 1 day. love the clean Shower, Good view, breakfast was a good snack, hotel Staff, Jessica was the kindest, Professional and we had great conversation, and she was helpful, so was maid service. Next guy didn't even greet us or say hello, needs not to work up front. Nice workout room, outdoor pool. Secure and safe feeling Hotel. I love the Hyatt Brand. I ❤ The Hyatt Brand
