I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location and offers excellent access to the city's popular attractions. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any queries or requests.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was terrific, offering various options to cater to everyone's taste. The food quality was top-notch, and the service was prompt and efficient.
Overall, my experience at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the heart of the city.

The lobby is beautiful, a lovely place to sit and relax. The downside is, the bar wasn't open in the lobby and I had to go into the adjoining bar for a drink.
Rooms are lovely, very comfortable. I love the chair and the bed. Robes are a nice touch, as are the toiletries and the cooler in the room.
Most staff were excellent, aside from one person who cut me short. Check in and out was quick and easy. Sadly the breakfast wasn't as good as my previous visits, the bacon and Sausages were over cooked, and the eggs tasteless. It's a pricey breakfast so I was quite disappointed at the standard this time.
The spa is nice, but there is no shallow end so if you intend on going in the pool, you must swim. The parking is a bit of an issue, there's not many spaces so it's usually full, and it's £27 per night. I parked at the Q Park at Brindley Place which isn't far away, and it was a little bit cheaper.
Overall, everything was nice, but the standard has definitely dropped a little since my last visit unfortunately.

We had booked a double King and our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The view from our hotel room was exquisite with the Library of Birmingham and the Christmas rides being lit up in front of it.
The hotel is located in a prime location and highly accessible from the public transport. The staff is friendly and cooperative and their service was always quick.
I would definitely choose to stay at Hyatt next time I am in Birmingham.

Right in the heart of the city. which means, Easy to access public transportations and the main attraction are Just in a walkable distance. The view is spectacular, the interiors and the ambience is astonishing. The hospitality is very good and the food taste really good. I love the secret garden restaurant. It has a bar restaurant as well which is accessible till early morning. I can say that it is one of the best Hyatt hotels I have stayed or visited.

This is by far the best hotel in Birmingham!
The views are awesome, the service is first class from check in to concierge…
Room super clean and that was important for us bringing our 4 year old.
Special mention to Adriana who was absolutely amazing and made our stay special, thank you.

Very nice hotel in central Birmingham... possibly the only decent one!? Not quite perfect, but good guest rooms and facilities, as well as function rooms and common spaces. Excellent team, doing all they can to help with anything and everything.

Extremely nice place. It was enjoyable 4 days.
Hotel is well located, room was comfortable with beautiful sunrise and nice view on the town.
Comfortable bed. Breakfast is fulfilling, only minus were queueing for breakfast for half an hour.
Pool is a good addition to the comfort, spacious, but unfortunately one of the visits was spoiled by extremely high chlorine! Eyes were burning, was impossible to use.
Overall me and my kid enjoyed Hyatt Birmingham .
By the way , the price was very , very reasonable!!!

The Hyatt is a fantastic hotel, adding a bit of extra glamour to my stay right in the centre of Birmingham. The decor is stylish, opulent and I always love a piano bar! The staff were attentive and helpful during my time here and I'd have no problem at all in recommending this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is quite strange as it's both 'up-market' as it calls itself and as average as a travel lodge depending on what you're experiencing at the time.
Pros: So close to the ICC. You couldn't be closer unless you slept in there which I think they frown upon. The breakfast is pretty decent with a wide selection of items and some 'made to order' items too. The bathroom toiletries were nice.
Cons: The cleanliness needs some work in the rooms - stains on the sheets and debris left over from the last guest on the carpet. The bed was a good size but not overly comfortable. All of the fixtures in the bedroom were very dated. The hairdryer was as powerful as another person blowing on your hair.
All in all if being close to the ICC is important then I would stay here again. If not, for the same price there are nicer hotels in the area - or just as nice for less.

As a regular guest, I have to say that the service quality (Spa, lounge, bar) steadily decreased... Considering the price not worth it anymore. too bad

Nothing to add, very good. Well-trained staff. None.
