Stayed in December 2021. The good: Excellent guest services, clean rooms, snow white bed sheets and more. Will definitely stay here the next time. Breakfast menu has wide variety with high quality. I liked the fruits being served in different containers. Next to Disney spring, a property that feels like in a park and surrounded by a lake. Staff is very nice and helpful. Dinner from "4 Flamingos" was very tasty and will go there again with the family for a dinner even when I'm staying elsewhere (at a house).
I always give credit when credit is due. Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is top notch and has always been my favorite Hyatt. From the Rock Climbing Wall to the Lake you can kayak in, the heated pools and spa's. This place is amazing. I normally don't like "Hotel Food" as it tastes like "Hotel Food" tastes, bland. Not the Lake House - hands down the best food we've had in a long time. As a Hyatt member I am always treated with respect and all requests are handled quickly and appropriately. I always feel welcomed and enjoy my visit each time. Thank you Hyatt for making us feel like family even on the busiest of nights. We will be coming back again soon! :)
I spent the day at this resort visiting a friend. We had breakfast, which luckily was included in his room rate, because for 2 people, our total at the buffet was over $70! I was SHOCKED. It was very good, but not that good. I will say that for the price on an average night, the grounds of this resort were simply remarkable. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious, but nothing too fancy. Why get a fancy suite when you have such a beautiful resort to play in and discover? The pool is themed like a cave. It is truly the most magnificent hotel pool I have ever seen. I absolutely recommend this property for the whole family. You can spend a whole week just exploring all the different amenities at this resort, and you will never get bored. I will warn you, though, make sure you bring a hefty wad of extra cash- this resort will definitely suck you dry in incidentals if you're not careful. Get ready to enjoy rock climbing, hot tubs, water slides, swimming, canoeing/kayaking, walking trails, bike rentals, a full service spa, a poolside bar/restaurant, sunbathing on the private beach, hammocks, state of the art gym, the indoor restaurant/bar, buffet breakfast, room service, gift shops, Starbucks/bakery, a pet Parrot, valet parking, and more!
I think I will have to come back to appreciate all of the amenities this hotel. It is a lovely hotel. It seems like a very nice pool. It was a bit crowded for my comfort during this pandemic, so I choose not to swim. My children enjoyed the parrot in the lobby named Merlot. My children also went swimming and thought it was a lot of fun. If you have young children make sure they have "floaties" because it's a bit deeper than we expected. I felt like the food items for sale in The Market (on property Starbucks coffee shop and small grocery store) was extremely over priced. But, if you have a hungry child then it is convenient. The hotel room we had was clean and comfortable. There was enough lighting and the bellman, Tim, was kind enough to show us a few things about our room that we didn't realize were there: complementary water bottles, how to use the TV, how to lock the sliding glass door that leads to the balcony to make it child proof (that was very reassuring considering how high up we were staying). The beds were comfortable and came with 3 options of pillows (soft, medium or hard). I don't love how most hotels make you use the pump shampoo/conditioner/body wash attached to the wall, but many hotels have switched to this and I'm sure does save money, but it isn't always full. We were only staying one night, so I just live without things. We also opted to eat our meal off property because of the expense of eating on property. All in all, I think it was nice and the staff was friendly and my children had fun and that's what counts!

Fabuloso!!! Um dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei, experiência muito boa desde o checkin ao checkout! Quarto amplo e confortável, cama confortável,banheiro ótimo, linda vista do lago da propriedade! Ótimas opções de lazer, academia muito bem equipada, piscina muito boa com algumas cachoeiras, lago para esportes aquáticos,bicicletas e a propriedade é muito grande que se pode pedalar e correr pela mesma!!! Ah e o café da manhã, um pouco caro, mas muito muito bom, como minha família acordava tarde já era como um cafe/almoço que vai até as 11h30.

Absolutely amazing experience here. They wined and dined us! They were super accommodating to our Kosher needs and had fun activities at the resort. From sailing and paddleboarding to sitting in the hot jacuzzi, this hotel had awesome activities that were all included in the price. Never had such a kind and warm reception by all of the hotel staff which made our party feel super welcome.Would stay here again any day! We got the 10/10 hotel experience 👌

I looked this up and it was rated one of the best family friendly hotels. They definitely got this one right! From the water tricycles to the paddle boats to the double water bikes, the beach the bike rentals and my daughter's favorite the grotto with the 12 waterfalls... It was all amazing! All of the activities are complimentary with your stay and it was worth every dollar to vacation happily with my 5,7 and 9-year-old.
I highly recommend staying at this resort. The best customer service I've had in a long time, during and before our stay. The property has breathtaking exotic landscaping that was beyond the pictures displayed on their site. The pools, are also unbelievable, numerous waterfalls, a cave with walk through location, and water slides. I also enjoyed playing on their well kept Pitch and Putt course along with their Miniature Golf course. Every member of the staff we talked to was so welcoming and friendly. they were all willing to go above and beyond. A bellhop talking to us while we waited on the shuttle to Disney Springs, ran inside and brought us a map of Disney Springs that came in handy when we got there. The staff at the towel hut came out to hand us the proper clubs to play Pitch and Putt even though we were much closer to it, they were all great.

Great service nice people. Great pool. Lots of things to do close to attractions great pool with slide. Very peaceful place. Small pond they have kayaks and paddle boards to ride. Rooms were nice. If you want a great place to stay at this is a good place.

We had an absolutely amazing time! A+ for fast friendly service, cleanliness and so many options of fun things for my family to do together! Great food and drinks as well as the cabana which was a must! Thank you for an excellent time!
5 stars isn't enough. We travel often and this has been the BEST place we have stayed. The staff was so genuinely kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and absolutely gorgeous. The pools are beautiful. The food was so good...consistently. There is so much to say but one word sums it up...GO!!! We are so happy we did!!
The property is absolutely beautiful. My kids particularly enjoyed the canoeing, pools, arcade, and walking around the lake. We had lunch by the pool. Food from the grill was delicious, hot, and served up quick. The staff at the towel service counter were very friendly. Thanks to Tim out front for excellent service. We enjoyed meeting Merlot. Steve was also great. Great thanks to the maintenance men. Unfortunately we got stuck in the elevator, and then our glass balcony door came completely off the track. Maintenance was up to our room quickly to put it back on. Starbucks staff made a great effort as well, brewing a fresh pot of a special coffee I asked for. Overall we loved our time here and look forward to returning.
By far one of the best, most comprehensive and inclusive resort facilities in Orlando. In a town where everybody is competing to have the best resort, the quality here is consistently the best. Kind and friendly staff. During my most recent stay, the hotel was only employing a limited number of people yet it never felt like the experience or quality of the stay suffered.love staying here and wish I could go back. Soon. Of note are the three bellman with each over 30 plus years of service with the hotel. A testament to this particular resort & Hyatt for employing such good people.

Ideal para descansar y entretenerse, hay muchas actividades deportivas para realizar en el recinto que es muy grande y fabuloso. Piscinas con diferentes temperaturas , bicicletas para toda la familia, muros para escalar,gimnasio, laguna para andar pedaleando,Pool, bochas, lavandería, máquinas de juegos, golf, multicanchas, bus pequeño de acercamiento para aparcar vehículos, un gran espacio de recibimiento, locales para comprar lo que necesites, dos restaurantes, muy confortables y cómodos, varias salas de estar, el servicio en la piscina es muy bueno, el personal siempre atento a los requerimientos de los visitantes, limpieza y atención del hotel es estupenda. Desde la recepción en la entrada hasta la partida. Felicitaciones.
El hotel está fenomenal! Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos volver a la habitación después de hacer checkout, ya que volvimos del aeropuerto por el retraso de nuestro vuelo. Muy recomendable
El hotel es muy hermoso y tiene muchísimas atracciones, un lugar donde no vas a aburrirte.Recomiendo el restaurante cubano a pesar de que sólo sirve platos pequeños, la comida es deliciosa al igual que los tragos.
