This hotel is brand new and absolutely wonderful. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable. Every detail was thought of--tons of light, large mirrors, large TVs (including English speaking channels), closet space. And it's beautifully decorated. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. It is walking distance to the Tower of Belem and the monastery (~30 min).

I stayed at this new Hyatt during the the month of November. The design is beautiful with light wood and soothing colors. I was given an upgrade and the room was well designed. I had a small kitchen and a terrace. The gym is well equipped and the location is accessible to the rest of the city. The service at the restaurant and for minor requests was slow. I often came to the front desk to ask for help on housekeeping or room service since no one answered the phone. It was very challenging getting basic services or questions answered. I rate the hotel because the staff was very kind and the property is well done but more training is definitely needed.

Really enjoyable stay. Great location, nice views. Staff was friendly, the room was amazing with loads of space, great amenities and nice decor. The bathroom was also great. Had a very good sleep. Plenty of breakfast options and everything tasted great. Would recommend!

This hotel is beyond beautiful and in a wonderful location. The staff is impeccable, helpful and always greeting you with a smile. The food is amazing! The hotel is very clean and inviting. Bed was super comfortable. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We will definitely stay here upon our return to Lisbon.

Following the cancellation of our return flight to London at 1AM, we were left stranded in Lisbon for two nights. After calling various other hotels we managed to book a room for two nights at the Hyatt. We felt incredibly lucky as it’s a brand new hotel, effectively still being constructed in some areas. It’s a beautiful hotel, all the amenities you would expect. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and spacious with stunning bathrooms. We appreciated that the hotel wasn’t finished so didn’t mind the occasional noise. The hotel is located slightly further out of the main city, but close to some of the interesting areas around the waterfront. We used scooters to get around but taxis are easily obtained around the area. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of both hot and cold food that you would expect. We were very grateful to have been able to spend our unexpected additional time in this hotel, thank you

Nós se hospedaram uma noite e foram atualizados para a suíte que foi incrível após uma longa semana de viagem. Pisos de madeira, chuveiro com efeito de chuva, toalhas mais macias foram alguns destaques. Tínhamos muita bagagem e a equipe do hotel nos encontrou do lado de fora para trazê-los para o nosso quarto. O serviço é impecável de todos os funcionários, principalmente Lilyana. Não tivemos a chance de experimentar o café da manhã e a academia/spa/piscina ainda estamos em construção, então algumas das comodidades ainda não estão disponíveis em setembro de 2022.

Hotel completamente nuevo a partir de 2022, con un conserje amable, habitaciones generosamente espaciadas y buenas comodidades. Cerca de las atracciones de Belem, el único inconveniente es que cuesta unos 10 euros en Uber hasta el centro de la ciudad.

Nos alojamos una noche y nos pasaron a la suite, que fue increíble después de una larga semana de viaje. Los pisos de madera, la ducha tipo lluvia, las toallas más suaves fueron algunos de los aspectos más destacados. Teníamos mucho equipaje y el personal del hotel nos recibió afuera para llevarlos a nuestra habitación. El servicio es impecable por parte de todo el personal, particularmente Lilyana. No tuvimos la oportunidad de probar el desayuno y el gimnasio/spa/piscina todavía estamos en construcción, por lo que algunas de las comodidades aún no están disponibles a partir de septiembre de 2022.

We stayed one night and were upgraded to the suite room which was incredible after a long week of traveling. Hardwood floors, rainfall shower, softest towels were a few highlights. We had a lot of luggage and the hotel staff met us outside to bring them into our room. Service is impeccable from all staff, particularly Lilyana. We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast and the gym/spa/pool we’re still under construction so some of the amenities are not available yet as of September 2022.

Sem dúvida, o hotel mais barulhento em que já fiquei.Os quartos não têm isolamento acústico e o hotel fica ao lado de uma rota de ônibus, uma linha de trem movimentada e sob uma rota de voo!As paredes interiores são igualmente barulhentas e como um sono leve, fui acordado constantemente.Os banheiros eram bons.

Meu parceiro e eu adoramos nossa estadia luxuosa aqui, a equipe foi calorosa e acolhedora. O hotel abriu apenas 3 dias antes da nossa estadia, então eles ainda estavam trabalhando em alguns problemas e algumas instalações ainda não estavam abertas (piscina, a saber) - mas a suíte (nós fomos atualizados de um quarto queen) era perfeito, adorável pátio, e meu parceiro gostou da academia. Ao lado de um ponto de ônibus e muitas scooters ao redor para descer a água até uma fileira de restaurantes. Pelo preço que reservamos (não muito mais do que outros hotéis de Lisboa), foi um negócio para toda a vida!

A mi pareja y a mí nos encantó nuestra lujosa estadía aquí, el personal fue cálido y acogedor. El hotel abrió solo 3 días antes de nuestra estadía, por lo que todavía estaban resolviendo algunos problemas y algunas instalaciones aún no estaban abiertas (piscina, a saber), pero la suite (nos pasaron de una habitación queen) era perfecta, encantadora patio, y mi pareja disfrutó del gimnasio. Justo al lado de una parada de autobús, y muchos scooters alrededor para ir por el agua a una fila de restaurantes. Por el precio por el que lo reservamos (no mucho más que en otros hoteles de Lisboa), ¡fue una oferta única en la vida!

Sin duda, el hotel más ruidoso en el que me he alojado.¡Las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento acústico y el hotel está al lado de una ruta de autobús, una línea de tren concurrida y debajo de una ruta de vuelo!Las paredes interiores son igualmente ruidosas y, como tenía el sueño ligero, me despertaban constantemente.Los baños estaban bien.

Hands down the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
The rooms have no sound insulation and the hotel happens to be next to a bus route, a busy train line, and under a flight path!
The interior walls are equally noisy and as a light sleeper I was awoken constantly.

My partner and I loved our luxurious stay here, the staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel opened only 3 days before our stay, so they were still working out a few kinks and a few facilities weren’t open yet (pool, namely) - but the suite (we were upgraded from a queen room) was perfect, lovely patio, and my partner enjoyed the gym. Right by a bus stop, and lots of scooters around to go down the water to a row of restaurants. For the price we booked it for (not much more than other Lisbon hotels), it was a deal of a lifetime!

Excelente servicio y comodidades. El personal del hotel nos dio una cálida bienvenida y nos dieron agua embotellada tan pronto como llegamos. Nuestras maletas fueron entregadas a nuestra habitación y nos acompañaron personalmente a nuestra habitación (se nos permitió registrarnos 5 horas antes de la hora oficial de registro). Anthonio (el encargado de la recepción) nos dio varias recomendaciones de restaurantes y organizó el entrenador personal en el gimnasio para nosotros. El hotel es nuevo y todavía está construyendo el spa y uno de sus dos restaurantes. El desayuno en el restaurante (Viseversa) bien vale los 25 euros, y el servicio fue magnífico. Siempre te tratan como a la realeza en este hotel, ¡y lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Outstanding service and amenities! We were given an extremely warm welcome by the hotel staff and given bottled waters as soon as we arrived. Our bags were delivered to our room and we were personally escorted to our room (allowed to check in 5 hours before the official check in time). Anthonio (the front desk attendant) gave us multiple restaurant recommendations and arranged the personal trainer in the gym for us. The hotel is brand new and is still constructing the spa and one of their two restaurants. The breakfast in the restaurant (Viseversa) is well worth the 25 euros, and the service was superb. You are always treated like royalty at this hotel, and I would highly recommend!

Estive em Lisboa para um casamento e fiquei numa suite cinco estrelas, que era um dos melhores quartos do hotel. Era muito confortável e tinha uma vista incrível. Estaba en Lisboa para una boda y me alojaba en una suite de cinco estrellas, que era una de las mejores habitaciones del hotel. Era muy cómodo y tenía unas vistas increíbles. Las camareras se aseguraron de que mi habitación estuviera impecable todos los días y el personal fue muy amable y también extremadamente servicial. Me impresionó todo el personal. El hotel está bien ubicado y sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí.

I was in Lisbon for a wedding and I was staying in a five star suite, which was one of the best rooms in the hotel. It was very comfortable and had amazing views.
The maids ensured my room was immaculate on a daily basis and the staff were very friendly and also extremely helpful. I was impressed by all the staff. The hotel is well located and I will certainly be staying here again.
