É muito bom, atendimento perfeito! Hotel limpo, xeirozo e maravilhoso. Os Portugueses da recepção são bastante educados, o contra é que não da para cozinhar no quarto e não tem frigorífico no quarto mas tem um microondas na recepção

Estrutura dos quartos é diferente das quais nós, brasileiros, estamos acostumados. É confortável, divertida e acochegante, independente se o dia estiver muito frio ou não. Recomendo a todos aqueles que buscam preço acessível no país e não estão prontos para se aventurar em um hostel.

Opção afastada mas muito Válida em Luxemburgo. Apenas acessível de carro ou táxi, está relativamente bem localizada próximo da rodovia e tem bom preço e boa comida.

ABSOLUTELY INNACTABLE BEHAVIOUS BY RECEPTIONIST, who shouts at customers and bangs his fist on the table.. In case of help-need, proceed quickly to the nearby Ibis Hotel or rather stay away from Ibis Budget right away...One of the worst hotels ever stayed at.. The room heavily stinks like smoke, the heating doesn’t work and it’s super small. No value for money at all (at least not for the customers…).The room doesn’t even have a toilet brush and neither the receptionist has one to hand out… instead he gets choleric and even starts shouting, banging his fist to his table when being addressed with that. What kind of behaviour is this? I headed quickly to the nearby normal Ibis Hotel where the receptionist helped quickly in a very friendly way. Meanwhile, I also filed an official complaint on thsi absolutely inacceptable behaviour.UPDATE Also after filing an official complaint, no contact back from manager.. Very dissatisfying behavious - as they even seem to support the inacceptable behaviour of the receptionist.

Un Hotel a pocos kilómetros del centro de la ciudad con un precio reducido para este país. Las instalaciones son modernas aunque podría sacarle un poco de limpieza y mantenimiento. Pero la relación calidad precio es muy aceptable. Recomendable sin duda.

We booked a 3 person room with 3 people, and only received 1 towel. When asking the staff about it, they told us they were already aware of the issue but there was nothing they could/would do.
Rooms were also filthy, dust and hair everywhere (see pictures).

Useful stop off hotel for getting to the Alps. On motorway. Quiet with window closed. Easy to park and check in. Clean.

Avoid. When we arrived soap and towels were missing in the rooms, air conditioning wasn't functioning. (In one room it didn't function at all and in the other it started dripping in the night on the floor, the staff put a towel on the floor to solve it). Staff were not service minded. Rooms were dirty. At breakfast the staff (including delivery guys and the cleaners) were eating themselves, taking in front of the customers.

No water in the morning of the first day, no hot water in the morning of the second day.
Breakfast options were only a few after 9 am.
Those Ibis budget rooms have some green led lights in the top of the bed with lights controls that are too bright for you to sleep and that you can’t turn off.
Room was quite dirty.
The Portuguese receptionist was very friendly in dealing with the water issues complains.
But, the only reason why you should stay here is if only can not afford any other choice.

Queda lejos del centro de la ciudad. La habitación está mejorada y limpia pero muy básico. El aparcamiento es gratis si encuentras hueco. Te confunde el que hayan dos hoteles ibis juntos y los clientes tendemos a ir al edificio más bonito ya que la recepción es fácil de ver. El ibis budget tiene la entrada detrás de una terraza de un bar. Buena atención en recepción.

Ibis budget management has gone too far with cost cutting. Hardboard beds with no box spring, no hot kettle, very small rooms.
Can be avoided for better options.

Cheguei ao hotel, fora quase meia hora para ser atendida, após chegar ao quarto e me acomodar (mala, banho. Estadia de 5 noites) após 5 horas de viagem desde a Suíça até Lux de carro e uma jornada de trabalho,abri os lençóis e a cama estava completamente cheia de cabelos! Fui directamente a recepção onde me deparei com nem uma solução, não trocaram o quarto e disseram que não havia ninguém disponível para trocar os lençóis. A justificativa foi que não verifiquei (a cama) nos primeiros 15 minutos. Mas é suposto uma tour pelo quarto antes de se por minimamente confortável? Simplesmente inaceitável a atitude, é completamente NOJENTO ter que dormir em cima de lençóis visivelmente utilizados anteriormente.

Un buen hotel con buen precio, único que estas en el medio de la nada y necesitas coche para moverse.Los habitaciones básicos pero limpios . Aparcamiento gratuito pero entre semana un poco complicado encontrar sitio .

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero esto ya lo sabía antes de reservar y el precio es muy económico sobre todo para ciudad como Luxemburgo. El personal es muy amable y nos atendieron muy bien. Lo peor es que el baño con las paredes muy finas y la puerta que no cierra, al igual que una ducha muy pequeña que es un cristal opaco te hacen sentir incómodo. Desde luego si no viajas con tu pareja no lo recomiendo. La habitación estaba un poco sucia y las vistas de la habitación eran un edificio en obras.
