Boa localização, ótimo custo benefício. A limpeza não é muito boa e não oferece papel higiênico ou material de limpeza. Pelo menos tem mercado há cerca de 2,5 km de distância para compras.
Nós ficamos em um apartamento limpo e em bom estado. A mobília parecia recentemente renovada. Um agradecimento especial à recepcionista muito agradável que foi muito atenciosa, prestativa e atenta às nossas necessidades.
Apartamento para quem não é muito pretensioso. Sofá-cama um pouco desconfortável. Pequena cozinha e panelas pobres. A presença da piscina e a localização são os pontos fortes. O carro pode ser estacionado em segurança na estrada fora da residência.

Nós nos hospedamos no Residence Il Poggio por 9 noites (observação: o nome da acomodação foi renomeado como Residence Capo Falcone). Pelo que pudemos ver, são duas fileiras de casas, cada uma com um andar superior e um térreo. Estávamos na última fila e, infelizmente, só tínhamos um pequeno canto da vista da baía. O apartamento estava decorado de forma muito descuidada, o sofá era muito velho e o tecido estava rasgado, a velha TV de tubo nem funcionava. Havia um beliche sem escada para o nosso pequenino, quando pedimos uma escada, deram-nos uma, infelizmente não era utilizável e era muito perigosa. Em geral, se você não tem escrúpulos, a acomodação estava limpa. Há um chuveiro, mas não dá para mexer no chuveiro, ele está preso na parede, o que é um pouco inconveniente quando você pensa em toda a areia da praia. Há também um bidê que foi ótimo. A mulher que cuidou de nós também foi muito simpática. Não há roupa de cama nem lençóis, como é comum na Itália, que se compra no local por 15 euros por pessoa. Os colchões eram um pouco nojentos, nós apenas colocamos os lençóis sobre eles. Além disso, os colchões eram muito flexíveis, por isso, quando meu marido apareceu à noite, pulei direto para cima. A área da cozinha é bem espartana, mas a geladeira era grande e com um freezer extra. Infelizmente, os pratos provavelmente não foram lavados adequadamente pelos hóspedes anteriores e, portanto, muito gordurosos. Primeiro tive que fazer uma pequena limpeza completa. Não é muito atraente. Em todo caso, não havia facas boas nem nada, trouxemos conosco. Deixamos também pelo menos um suprimento básico de vinagre, azeite, sal e pimenta, infelizmente também não havia nada. A piscina, na qual a nossa pequenina gostava de brincar, era positiva, e de lá também se tem uma bela vista da baía. Sabíamos que não havia ar condicionado, infelizmente não há portas de madeira com fendas que você possa fechar à noite, através das quais ainda sopra um pouco de vento, mas as segundas portas são bem fechadas, o que significa que você suará muito ou corre o risco de alguém ficar de pé na frente da cama à noite. Aliás, não havia nem fãs, o que foi uma pena porque foi anunciado no site. Em suma, não recomendaria uma estadia, prefiro pagar 200 a 400 euros a mais e sentir-me bem.

Nos alojamos en Residence Il Poggio por 9 noches (nota: el nombre del alojamiento ha sido rebautizado como Residence Capo Falcone). Por lo que pudimos decir, hay dos hileras de casas, cada una con una planta superior y una planta baja. Estábamos en la última fila y, desafortunadamente, solo teníamos una pequeña esquina de la vista de la bahía. Apartamentos sem secador de cabelo, TV vergonhosamente tubo de raios catódicos (tubo de raios catódicos, em 2020? Sem palavras) .Apartamento sem ar condicionado e aos 23 anos, no final de julho na casa havia 36 °. A solução proposta era um ventilador (quebrado) e circular o ar mantendo as portas e janelas abertas. Sim, você acertou. A porta de entrada e a porta do terraço se abrem .... Para ser trancada com uma alavanca, que qualquer um pode abrir do lado de fora. Resultado? Noites brancas para o calor, crianças incontroláveis. Nunca mais. Espero que eles não tirem esse comentário. Apartamento sin aire acondicionado y a las 23, a finales de julio en la casa había 36 °. La solución propuesta era un ventilador (roto) y hacer circular el aire manteniendo abiertas las puertas y ventanas. Si, lo tienes bien. La puerta de entrada y la puerta de la terraza se abren ... Para cerrarse con una palanca, que cualquiera podría abrir desde el exterior. ¿Resultado? Noches blancas para el calor, niños inmanejables. Nunca más. Espero que no se lleven esta crítica. Residence Il Poggio is located opposite the Piana Island and the Asinara national park, at the end of the coastal road to Cape Falcone. The apartments are located in different compartments and can be on the ground floor or the first floor. All functionally furnished with a covered veranda or terrace with wonderful views. The distance from the now famous beaches of the resort at a walking distance of 600m. Residence Il Poggio is distant from Alghero Fertilia of about 48km, airport and port of Olbia at 150km and 30km to Porto Torres ferry terminal.
