Fiquei hospedada por 13 dias neste hotel no mes de Julho/17,e saí muito satisfeita. O hotel é muito elegante e confortável, o atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom. São todos gentis e atenciosos. Destaco o Excelente atendimento do Sr.Hugo, Concierge, o qual nos ajudou muito durante a estadia, nos orientando com perfeição. A localização é ótima, com varios restaurantes, lojas e metrô muito próximos. A única reclamação que tive, foi com relação ao serviço de limpeza dos apartamentos, este sem dúvida precisa ser melhorado!

hotel moderno com instalações novas, o que é um diferencial em se tratando de NY, com ótima localização, próxima a estações de metrô, lanchonetes, padarias, restaurantes e outras facilidades. A staff do hotel foi muito receptiva e até nos permitiu dar entrada no quarto com uma hora de antecedência, visto que chegamos mais cedo devido ao nosso vôo. E talvez por eu ser membro do Club Meliã eu recebi um upgrade no meu quarto, para um quarto com vista ao Empire State Building.Entretanto tivemos alguns inconvenientes em relação ao nosso quarto. viajei eu e mais dois amigos, e quando fiz a reserva pelo telefone na central de atendimento da Meliã foi me garantido um quarto com 3 camas separadas, ao chegarmos lá, o quarto que tinham me reservado era um com duas camas de casal queen, e se quiséssemos o quarto com 3 camas deveriamos fazer um upgrade o que geraria custos. Além disso outro desconforto era que a parede do box do chuveiro com o quarto era de vidro fosco, não entendi bem a proposta dessa parede, mas ficamos um pouco desconfortáveis em relação a isso.Apesar desse mal entendido em relação ao quarto, eu recomendo o hotel aos viajantes, voltaria a me hospedar nele

Hotel muito bonito internamente, gostei bastante da limpeza, arrumação, amenidades que são inclusas na estadia, infelizmente eu não pude ter uma experiência no restaurante próprio deles por escolha minha, mas vendo-o é bonito e um espaço aconchegante... Ao término da minha estadia consegui um late check-out, o que me deixou bastante feliz pois meu vôo seria mais tardeObs: amei o roupão que é um estilo de moletom, segue as fotos abaixo!!

Este é um ótimo hotel em uma ótima localização. No entanto, alguns minutos após o check-in, vi cachos horríveis de cabelo na parede do chuveiro, e o estado do chuveiro deixou muito a desejar. Além disso, como um revisor disse anteriormente, a cama “queen” NÃO é uma cama queen-size, mas sim uma cama grande.

This was a nice hotel in a great location. However, a few minutes after checking in, I saw horrifying clusters of hair on the shower wall, and the state of the shower left much to be desired.Also, as one reviewer had previously said, the “queen” bed is NOT a queen bed, but more like a full size.

The next day I needed to upgrade the room to accommodate my friend joining us. Christina made that seemless. We also didn’t have to worry about anything as all Of our packed belongings were moved to the larger suite as we were out having lunch.
As for the room, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious enough. Our city view was amazing !
Shoutout to Christina, Cassie, Alex, and Kit. I will definitely stay here again.

I highly. recommend INNside New York NoMad, it is perfectly located, clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The front desk held my luggage until my room was ready. I had a balcony room and it was worth the money. My room was clean and I opted for daily housecleaning. Due to covid, you may have to ask for certain amenities, like slippers, robes, blow-dryer, iron + ironing board, etc. My room had a small fridge which was perfect to store beverages in. Also, you can request complimentary water bottles, which is a plus. I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker in the room; the coffee mugs were cute too. The rainfall shower was very nice, but if you don't want to get your hair wet, you don't have to use the rainfall shower. They have liquid soap and 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner. I didn't use their shampoo/conditioner as I brought my own. Soap smelled nice as did the hand lotion in the bathroom. The AC in the room works really well. I prefer a cold room and I had it on the lowest setting. I only used the black out curtain once because I preferred waking up to the city views. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn't use the gym, but the gym provides amazing views of the city. A nice little perk was the view of the One World Trade Center as you wait for the elevators to come up to your floor. The view never got old and elevators are fast and uniquely decorated. The Wilson is the adjoining restaurant. They were friendly there too. I went for brunch and it was packed. Reservations are highly recommended and they will seat you when all of your party has arrived. Special shout to everyone who helped us: Hugo (how do you remember everyone's name?! that's amazing), Christina, Cassie, Adeel, Getachew, Kit, and so many others. Highly recommended.

This hotel is deceptive!! They say your getting a queen size bed, but there really a full size. My pillows and sheets were dirty. I had to have house keeping change the bedding on both beds. There really expensive and they charge a resort fee that is half the cost of the room. They have a bar and dining inside but it closes before midnight. Next time I'm in New York will not be staying there!!!

Nós já esteve aqui duas vezes agora e é de longe o hotel mais bonito e limpo em que ficamos em Nova York. A equipe da recepção é INCRÍVEL !! Todos os funcionários da recepção são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, eles se esforçam para atender os clientes. Os quartos são sempre muito limpos e as pessoas da limpeza são ótimas. Todo o hotel é muito limpo. Os bares são super descolados, com ótimas bebidas e bartenders simpáticos. A decoração do lobby, dos bares e dos quartos é muito bacana e moderna. Os quartos do hotel também são silenciosos, o que pode ser difícil de encontrar na cidade. Eu recomendo este hotel incrível!

Very hip and relatively affordable. Lots of younger people staying there. No complaints except for glass wall in shower, which is always weird. The reservation system is difficult to navigate and it’s very difficult to get anywhere by phone. Melia is not a hotel group I’m familiar with and it was a little hard arranging everything. But the hotel and hotel staff were great.

We have stayed here twice now and it is by far the nicest and cleanest hotel we have stayed at in NYC. The front desk staff is AMAZING!! All of the front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they go out of their way for the customers. The rooms are always very clean and the cleaning people are great. The entire hotel is very clean. The bars are super cool with great drinks and friendly bartenders. The decor in the lobby, bars and rooms are really cool and modern. The hotel rooms are also quiet which can be hard to find in the city. I highly recommend this amazing hotel!

Las habitaciones city view puede ser engañosa si se espera ver un Skyline, el piso más alto es el 21 (me hospedo en el 17) y la vista es a la misma altura de los edificios alrededor

Hotel que destaca por su fantástica ubicación, muy bien conectado por la línea 1 de metro. A 10 minutos andando a Times Square y muy cerca de la séptima avenida llena de comercios. La habitación muy cómoda y bastante amplia con cama xl y vistas espectaculares dependiendo de la habitación que te toque. El desayuno era normalito, sin mucha variedad pero no hace falta mas. El personal amable y educado. Una pega es que te hacen un cargo de 40 dolares al día en concepto de servicios al llegar al hotel cuando debería estar incluido en la tarifa para no llevarte la sorpresa al llegar si no te has leído la letra pequeña en la reserva.
