Customer service is bad. Staff need more training on how to interact with customer in my opinion. For example, we were at the brunch and they can’t explain how the menu works.

First the staff go above and beyond. They truly deserve 5 stars. The decor is tasteful and the facilities clean and well maintained. The fitness suite has new equipment and lots of it. It all works and is clean.
The restaurant is cozy which is unexpected with modern decor however the seating is layed out strangely. The food is very good.
Breakfast is the usual buffet of quality food and beverages.
A very good stay.

Clean rooms to high specification, however:
1. Ordered room service at 11:30pm and they had a very limited menu and what was sent up was cold
2. I requested a late checkout but was woken up 3 times by room service early in the morning, they even came into my room!

Absolutely fantastic. The staff is amazing. The hotel is awesome. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Provides us extra bed even though it wasn’t included in our reservation. Highly recommend it

I didn't book the room there but my company rent conference room. We ordered additional services from time to time, for example, fruits, cookies, to make the temperature higher,etc and the reaction was very slow. Other thing is the size of the portion... We ordered cookies for 3 people for 21€ , and received just 2 rows of tiny thin cookies. One big advantage is the polite manager Lorenzo whom we contacted regarding invoices via email, he was very helpful.

Best beds in Lisbon. Staff are great. Can be expensive depending on the day but one of the best hotels in Lisbon despite the slight out of the way location from the tourist sights but Uber is cheap. There's a small gym and a bar and restaurant. It's frequented by important guests and politicians. The general manager is very helpful. Kitchen can be hit or miss on room service.

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Lisbon for the first time and we LOVED the hotel. We were especially impressed with Filipa who worked in the club room. She made sure that our visit was special. This hotel is in a great location and is really a wonderful place to stay.

Had a very average stay at the intercontinental Lisbon.
The breakfast is all cold and generally flavourless.
Some staff are friendly, many are not.
Shower pressure is poor.
Location is mediocre. Things are walkable but nothing is close.
Local phone call was charged at a completely unreasonable rate.
Overall I would not recommend. I think you can do much better elsewhere.

Everything here was amazing and I couldn’t find a single fault. We recently stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were big and the bed was really comfortable. The lounge had amazing food and the service was excellent. The shower was amazing too. I would definitely come here again.
