Regardless of how busy a night the staff had with the various functions and drunkards they were hosting, his service was nothing shy of outstanding. Couple that with the more homely feel than the previously mentioned, more 'synthetic/clinical' feeling budget hotels, I'd definitely stay here again if traveling this far south were necessary. Quarto maior/cama mais confortável e pessoal mais consciente.Exatamente o que eu precisava quando o trabalho me fazia passar um fim de semana em Swindon.Harvey no andar de baixo no bar e restaurante, no entanto, foi absolutamente fantástico, um membro da equipe soberbamente gentil. Independentemente de quão ocupada foi a noite que a equipe teve com as várias funções e bêbados que estavam hospedando, seu serviço foi excepcional. Junte isso com a sensação mais caseira do que os hotéis econômicos mencionados anteriormente, mais 'sintéticos / clínicos', eu definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente se viajar tão ao sul fosse necessário.

Stayed on the 5th of November in Room 520. Staff were polite in entering room looked clean and tidy bin not worried but wasn't a bug issue. Went out to socialise with friend's for the evening got back very late had a wash pulled back the sheets and there was bloody ordefecation on the bed sheets . Slept on thesingle bedcover for the nightfor the night. Emailed thecompany wuth a fully detailed account of the matter. Took photos to back this up.and filled the customer review and still no response Very dissapointed

Ideally situated in Swindon as it's very central and close to the train station. Room was really nice, well equipped and clean. The one issue for me was the shower - it took ages to get any warm water through it and it had quite a noisy water tank in a cupboard behind, which I could hear throughout the night. Idealmente situado em Swindon, pois é muito central e perto da estação ferroviária. Quarto era muito bom, bem equipado e limpo. O único problema para mim era o chuveiro - demorava séculos para obter água quente e havia um tanque de água bastante barulhento em um armário atrás, que eu podia ouvir durante a noite.

Lovely hotel at a very reasonable price. In Swindon centre so easy to access anything locally. Rooms very nice and clean. I was very impressed with the water pressure in the bathroom! Checked out too early to sample breakfast. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area! Adorável hotel a um preço muito razoável. We stayed overnight, courtesy of the Swindon Wildcats ice hockey, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our 7th floor room was very clean and comfortable. We ate our evening meal in the bar area and had a good choice of menu. Although busy, we thought that Steve behind the bar was brilliant. Breakfast in the restaurant was buffet style and of good quality. Thank you. Ficamos uma noite, cortesia do hóquei no gelo Swindon Wildcats, e gostamos muito. O nosso quarto no 7º andar era muito limpo e confortável. Nós comemos nossa refeição noturna na área do bar e tivemos uma boa escolha de menu. Embora ocupado, pensamos que Steve atrás do bar era brilhante. Café-da-manhã no restaurante foi em estilo buffet e de boa qualidade. Obrigada.

The room was comfortable, the staff were all really pleasant, attentive and polite. Especially the two younger (a nice lady with dark hair and gentleman with a blonde ponytail) staff at the bar. It's a shame I forget their names because they really made the stay pleasant. Conveniently located to town with a nice up market feel to it.This would be a 5 star, but one staff member JORDAN. Ruined it for me. Rude. Argumentative. Not sure what her problem was with me but there we have it. She was the first person I came in contact with at the hotel, and I thought the whole stay was going to be awful because of her. Luckily the rest of the staff are really kind and pleasant. JORDAN - next time you want to lie about something wrong you did. Please try your best to make the excuse believable. Even you staff members thought your excuse didn't make sense.Anyways If you are lucky enough to avoid Jordan, then I'd highly recommend this place! Bom hotel com ótimo café da manhãO hotel é muito bom e os quartos (exceto o banheiro) eram bons e limpos. O banheiro é datado como na maioria dos hotéis ingleses.O café da manhã era muito bom e havia muitas possibilidades de escolha.Um grande ponto negativo foi o jantar. Nós estávamos lá como parte de uma excursão em grupo e tivemos três pratos para escolher. Nada disso tinha um gosto bom. Que pena. Caso contrário, a estadia teria sido muito boa

I was given the adapted room. Which whilst not an issue it's when your sink is round your knees. And no complimentary chocolates or drinks for their guest! Number of faults with room. All reported for maintenance to fix after I departed. I was only there one night. Breakfast had a good choice and self service which makes it very efficient again. Check out nice and easy.Overall not much to Moan about did the job for an overnight business trip. Então o hotel estava OK. Não em uma grande parte da cidade. Muito ocupado. Right I have to say the that the Jurys Inn is probably the better of the 'chain' hotels but their breakfast is mediocre at best. The sausages tasted a bit cheap and if you wanted you bacon on the slightly cooked side, forget it. Now the rooms are nice but the toilet paper is not. Cheap it certainly is. It felt like I was sandpapering my bottom so a triple layer cushioned paper would be better please.

El hotel es magnífico.Como referencia calidad-precio.Dispone de un buen aparcamiento.La recepción el personal muy amable.La habitación es muy amplia muy hermosa vista .el baño y la habitación es impecable de limpio.Desayuno es bufete y tiene absolutamente de todo.Sin lugar a duda una elecion muy acertada.

Cómodo y limpio. La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba bien. La comida está aceptable, nada destacable. Está cerca del centro de la ciudad y hay muchos lugares en donde comprar.
