First I would like to say the hotel is very nice, clean and accommodating. We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite.
Only giving 3 stars for this reason below.
Once you enter the lobby to check in, the people at the counter on the immediate left is for possible time share and member presentations. The actual check in is down the hall to the right. This set up in the lobby is deceiving and seems to be an attempt to force people to sign up for their member presentations.
I told the members in the front TWICE that i was not interested in their 60 minute member presentation and meet and greet, even after they flashed incentives about free hotel stays in the future and free gift cards. They did not seem to take no for an answer. 2 days into the stay i received a text message about the same thing. I blocked the number. Then, AGAIN, on the last day of the stay i received a phone call about the SAME THING. This was borderline possible harassment. Next time, when guests tell you NO, just accept the first NO! For this reason my family feels our vacation was repeatedly interrupted and we will not return to this resort. We came to this resort for a getaway and peace of mind, not to be repeatedly bothered.

O apartamento foi maravilhoso com check-in fácil. Fiquei como hóspede do meu irmão e cunhada durante toda a semana, de sábado a sábado. A configuração do condomínio era como um pequeno apartamento com todas as comodidades. Enchemos a geladeira com alguns itens de café da manhã, lanches e bebidas. Eles tinham atividades todos os dias à beira da piscina. Alguns dias e em alguns momentos a piscina estava vazia, quase a tivemos para nós. Muitas cadeiras e guarda-sóis ao redor das piscinas também. A localização do condomínio foi perfeita para chegar a toda a diversão, aos parques, às compras e aos restaurantes. Não conseguimos tudo em uma semana, teríamos ficado 2 semanas. Ótimo lugar, sem reclamações!

Amazing resort with nice pool and porch settings. Staff are pretty nice but could use more of a smile and the rooms met expectations. Would recommend!

The condo was wonderful with easy check in. Stayed as guest of my brother & sister-in-law for the whole week, Saturday to Saturday.
Condo setup was like a small apartment with all the amenities. We filled the fridge with some breakfast items, snacks & drinks.
They had activities everyday by the pool. Somedays and at some times pool was empty, nearly had it to ourselves. Plenty of chairs & umbrellas around the pools too.
The location of the condo was perfect to get to all the fun, the parks, the shopping & the restaurants. We couldn't get it all in the one week, would have stayed 2 weeks.
Great place, no complaints!

The room was clean and had nice amenities, like a coffee maker and dish soap. The TVs had Chromecast, which is great for streaming shows. We watched a movie while it was raining. The pool and hot tub was great! I loved the wristband key cards. I would return here! Some room srvice food would be nice, my only suggestion.

The rooms are newly updated and there is plenty of parking. Complimentary washer and dryer use, as well as Wi-Fi. But the laundry soap stained my clothes so I had to buy my own and re-wash. For those who like Folgers you will like the coffee offered. But for the rest of us having this be the only option, I had to buy my own. Housekeeping was slow and often wouldn't get exactly what I asked for. Walked into my room that had a broken door. Sat through the member presentation. They always promise to keep to the time but have gone over every time. This was one of the shorter ones, 40 minutes. There was a couple there that was told 1 hour and had been there for 3. I accepted the gift card option. I've replaced it twice because it didn't work. Now I have the third one and it doesn't work either. But one of the nice things about this place is the proximity to the parks without staying on property and at those prices. There is also a nice pool as well as a mini golf course and a human size checkers and chess board. But that is about it.

Stayed here for 10 days. Appears they have started renovating each unit, however the bathrooms have been overlooked and are terrible and disgusting. Also, no hot water. We brought this to their attention. They sent a maintenance guy to our room. He tested the water temperature and said it was as hot as they will allow it to be. I have a five-year-old who would shiver the whole entire time she was in the shower. Even with all the doors and windows shut, we could hear the music From the pool. It was very loud and every morning it would wake us up and it wouldn’t shut off till 11 o’clock at night. The employees at this location are very nice. And the kitchen was well stocked.

Este se tornou nosso novo local quando estamos em Orlando !!!Tivemos uma das suítes de dois quartos e esta é a nossa segunda ou terceira vez que ficamos aqui e foi recentemente reformada e as reformas são imaculadas.Há muito espaço para uma família maior poder voltar para casa depois de um dia cansativo nos parques e apenas relaxar.Também há muito o que fazer nas piscinas da propriedade, minigolfe, damas gigantes e muitos outros jogos para crianças e famílias.Durante a nossa estadia, quando reservamos originalmente, não poderíamos ficar lá o tempo todo porque não havia disponibilidade.Sobre a metade da nossa viagem, verificamos e havia mais disponibilidade que havia aberto e a equipe foi extremamente flexível para garantir que pudéssemos ficar no mesmo quarto.Bela propriedade, equipe maravilhosa e experiência maravilhosa.É aqui que ficaremos toda vez que estivermos em Orlando!!!

É um lugar muito agradável para ficar, com muitas comodidades e atividades para os hóspedes. O concierge foi muito amigável e eles estão dispostos a fazer quaisquer alterações/pedidos aconteçam de forma eficiente e rápida. Os quartos são muito limpos, é relativamente tranquilo e está em uma ótima localização; central para muitos bons restaurantes e atrações. Em um grupo de 5, não foi um problema ficar aqui e eu definitivamente recomendaria e voltaria!

My family stayed here for winter vacation. Most of our time spent at the theme parks. My stay with Worldmark hotel was not pleasant. First I got double booked with someone else stay in the same room. Then they switched me to another room with the key was not working. Not only that, they deactivated my key the day before my check out date. I called front desk to unlock the door and they said someone will come soon but my family and I waited for a good 15 minutes in the winter weather. I will not come here ever again.

Great location if attending event at the Orange County Conference Center, about a 20 minute drive.Even closer to SeaWorld.Lots of shops and restaurants nearby if desired.Cooking for ourselves in unit due to Covid.Room very clean and looks recently renovated.

It is a really nice place to stay, with plenty of amenities and activities for guests. The concierge was very friendly and they are willing to make any changes/requests happen efficiently and quickly. The rooms are very clean, it’s relatively quiet, and it’s in a great location; central to many good restaurants and attractions. In a group of 5, it was no problem staying here and I would definitely recommend it & come again!

This has become our new go to spot when we’re in Orlando!!!
We had one of the two bedroom suites and this is our second or third time staying here and it’s been newly renovated and the renovations are immaculate.
There is plenty of space for a larger family to be able to come home after an exhausting day at the parks and just relax.
There’s also a lot to do on property pools, mini golf, giant checkers, and lots of other games for kids and families.
During our stay, when we had originally booked it we weren’t gonna be able to stay there the whole time because there wasn’t availability.
About halfway through our trip we checked and there was more availability that had opened up and the staff was extremely accommodating to make sure that we could stay in the same room.
Beautiful property, wonderful staff, and wonderful experience.
This is where we will stay every time we’re in Orlando!!!
