La Petra Hotel

Initially built for a merchant's family in 1870, the beautiful building which houses the hotel has been marvellously restored to its former splendour. Superbly positioned by the port in Yeni Foca on Turkey's Aegean coast, it is just 500 m away from the beach. The traditional interior of the property features stone walls and the elegantly decorated rooms are furnished with a quaint mix of modern conveniences and antique details. All of the units are air-conditioned and feature en-suite bathrooms, some even open to beautiful views over the sea. For little pampering the venue offers a Turkish bath and a sauna. The restaurant is located by the quayside where guests can enjoy a romantic meal of freshly caught fish and some delicate wines.
