No answer. I even placed the sign outside my door for housekeeping. Nothing happened. I ran out of towels and toilet tissue and had to call the front desk to bring it. I was told housekeeping would stop by this morning, and yet it is afternoon. Everyone seems to move like a turtle here, and it's upsetting. Terrible service. Very unprofessional. Never again.

Os quartos eram limpos e atualizados. Perdemos o café da manhã por alguns minutos. Mas a moça de plantão da recepção foi muito gentil em abrir a sala e pegar alguns sucos e bagels para não passar fome. Esse é um serviço de primeira qualidade.

Rooms were clean and up to date. We missed breakfast by a few minutes. But the young lady on duty at the front desk was very kind to open the room and grab some juices and bagels so we wouldn't go hungry.That is top notch service.

Definitely will stay again! Everything was perfect. Minus the rooms being a little dark. Definitely could use more lighting in them
**but fair warning if you are against people wearing masks when it’s “mandatory” to wear them don’t stay here then! The whole weekend didn’t see one front desk person wear their mask. I frankly don’t care at this point, but just warning. Also when there signs posted everywhere found it humorous**

Devo dizer que a condução até este hotel, por fora e por dentro parece novo e tem uma ótima decoração. Com isso dito, as duas jovens senhoras na recepção mal conseguiram se levantar da cadeira para nos cumprimentar. Não houve sorriso, nenhum reconhecimento de que entramos, e nenhum deles explicou as comodidades ou o café da manhã para nós. Além disso, minha esposa levou as malas para o quarto no andar de cima e a chave do quarto não funcionou. Mais uma vez, o olhar de atitude ou frustração comigo por incomodá-los com minha chave não funcionou; foi irreal. Quando finalmente entramos no quarto, o banheiro estava sujo, cabelos no chuveiro, no chão, sujeira e poeira na lateral da penteadeira, e o banheiro estava horrível. Felizmente, minha esposa viaja com lenços Clorox, alvejante, luvas e trapos; então ela mesma o limpou. As paredes tinham algo nojento e o chão estava cheio de arroz velho. O layout de 2 TVs e a área do sofá em frente à área da cama era bom, mas o quarto estava imundo. Não nos importamos em ligar para reclamar para as duas jovens que mal queriam sair da cadeira para nos ajudar; teria sido inútil. Com COVID circulando, foi extremamente decepcionante receber um quarto tão desagradável. Isso só mostra que as aparências enganam. Como proprietários de Wyndham, ficamos desapontados e envergonhados por pertencermos a uma organização que permite que seus padrões de limpeza caiam tanto, sem falar na falta de atendimento ao cliente. Este hotel está localizado bem em frente ao Katy Mills Mall. Se você não se importa em ficar na terra, este é o seu lugar. Mas, em minha opinião, eu recomendaria ir a um dos outros 12 hotéis nesta faixa que provavelmente têm padrões de limpeza muito melhores e representantes de recepção mais amigáveis.

I must say driving up to this hotel, on the outside and inside it looks new and has great decor. With that being said, the two young ladies at the front desk barely got out of their chair to greet us. There was no smile, no acknowledgement that we walked in, and neither of them explained the amenities or breakfast to us. On top of that, my wife took the bags upstairs to the room and the room key didn’t work at all. Once again, the look of attitude or frustration with me for bothering them with my key not working; was unreal. When we finally got into the room, the bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, on the floor, dirt and dust on the side of the vanity, and the toilet was horrible. Thankfully my wife travels with Clorox wipes, bleach, gloves and rags; so she cleaned it herself. The walls had something nasty on them and the floor had old rice all over it. The layout of 2 tv’s and the couch area opposite the bed area was nice but the room was filthy. We didn’t bother calling down to complain to the two young ladies who barely wanted to get out of their chair to help us; it would have been pointless. With COVID going around it was extremely disappointing to receive a room so nasty. It just goes to show you that looks can be deceiving. As Wyndham owners we were disappointed and ashamed to be apart of an organization that allows their cleaning standards to fall this low and not to mention the lack of customer service. This hotel is located right in front of Katy Mills Mall. If you don’t mind staying in dirt, this is your place. But in my opinion, I would recommend going to one of the other 12 hotels on this strip that probably have much better cleaning standards and friendlier front desk representatives.

Normalmente, sou muito exigente quanto às minhas estadias no hotel, devido ao trabalho no setor hoteleiro. Eu, pessoalmente, tive uma explosão em Katy Texas e esta foi de longe a melhor experiência que tive com a estadia em um hotel! A recepção teve a melhor hospitalidade que eu já vi em muito tempo! Brandon fez questão de responder a quaisquer perguntas que eu tivesse sobre Katy, também facilitou a extensão da minha estadia. Brandon e Tony foram uma ajuda incrível para garantir que tudo estava ótimo com a minha estadia, mesmo que não se importasse de ficar descendo as escadas e conversando um pouco quando estava entediado. Steven foi uma grande ajuda quando esqueci minha chave e precisava de uma nova! Esses três agentes da recepção definitivamente tornaram minha estadia notável! Eles definitivamente precisam de mais estrelas do que 5 !!

Normalmente soy muy exigente con mis estancias en hoteles, debido a que trabajo en la industria hotelera. Personalmente, me lo pasé genial en Katy Texas y esta fue, con mucho, la mejor experiencia que he tenido al alojarme en un hotel. La recepción tenía la mejor hospitalidad que he visto en mucho tiempo. Brandon se aseguró de responder cualquier pregunta que tuviera sobre Katy, también hizo que fuera muy fácil extender mi estadía. Brandon y Tony fueron de gran ayuda para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien con mi estadía, incluso no les importó que me quedara bajando las escaleras y hablando por unos pocos cuando estaba aburrido. ¡Steven fue de gran ayuda cuando olvidé mi llave y necesitaba una nueva! Estos tres agentes de recepción definitivamente hicieron que mi estancia fuera notable. ¡Definitivamente necesitan más estrellas que 5!

Normally I am very picky about my hotel stays, due to working in the hotel industry. I personally had a blast in Katy Texas and this was by far the best experience I have had with staying at a hotel! The front desk had the best hospitality I have seen in a very long time! Brandon made sure to answer any questions i had about Katy, also made it so easy extending my stay. Brandon and Tony were amazing help with making sure everything was great with my stay, even didn’t mind me staying down stairs and talking for a few when I was bored. Steven was a great help when I forgot my key and needed a new one! These three front desk agents definitely made my stay remarkable! They definitely need more stars then 5!!
