O quarto para 4 pessoas é bom considerando o baixo preço da diária. O hotel é antigo, porém arrumadinho. Não tive problemas com alergia. O climatizador (ar condicionado e aquecedor) funciona, porem é um pouco barulhento.

Esta primeira vez que deixo um comentário ruim sobre este hotel… Já estive em diferentes locais do país no Texas e em outros estados e todos eles foram muito bons. Eu queria ficar neste hotel depois da minha cirurgia porque moro no 3º andar e não posso subir…. Quando chegamos ao hotel, pedi-lhes o check-in antecipado e primeiro eles se recusaram e depois disseram que ok completaria a limpeza agora. O quarto que solicitamos durante a reserva on-line era um quarto duplo deluxe com cama de casal, eles nos deram um quarto com cama de casal. O quarto em si não estava limpo, havia poeira que dizia que nunca foi limpo e eu não conseguia dormir devido à alergia que começou por causa da poeira. Eu pedi travesseiro extra e temos travesseiros sujos!!!!! Por isso decidimos sair do hotel e ir para outro e não ficamos mais que uma noite. Na hora de sair descobrimos que o elevador não está funcionando e tive que usar as escadas para descer… e foi muito difícil para mim devido à minha cirurgia no joelho. Esta será a primeira e última vez que ficarei neste local e talvez não use nenhum dos hotéis La Quanta no futuro.

This first time I leave bad review about this hotel… I’ve been in different locations around the nation in Texas and other states and all of them were very good. I wanted to stay in this hotel after my surgery because I live in 3rd floor and can’t go upstairs…. When we arrive to the hotel I asked them for early check in and first they refused and then they said ok will complete the cleaning now. The room we requested during the online reservation was deluxe double room double bed, they gave us one room double bed. The room itself wasn’t clean there was dust that tells it never cleaned up and I couldn’t sleep due to the allergy that started because of the dust. I asked for extra pillow and we got dirty pillows !!!!! Therefore we decided to leave the hotel and go to another one and we didn’t stay more than one night. At the time of leaving we found out the elevator is not working and I had to use the stairs to go down… and it was very difficult to me due to my knee surgery.
This will be first and last time to stay in this location and I might not use any of La Quanta hotels in future.

O chuveiro era especialmente limpo e houve algumas atualizações para tornar o quarto mais bonito. Agora, para o mal ... Primeiro, a pressão da água era TERRÍVEL no chuveiro, eu não tinha certeza de que tiraria o condicionador do meu cabelo, mas felizmente o condicionador fornecido era terrível, então não precisei me preocupar com isso. Não temos certeza se a toalha do meu marido estava limpa ou não (tinha manchas amarelas e marrons), havia apenas uma barra de sabão e estava no banheiro, então não havia sabão para a pia, o quarto era muito menor do que as fotos fizeram parecer. Quando o AC liga, parecia tanto um avião, meu filho de dois anos ficava dizendo Avião??? Onde avião?? Também tivemos muita dificuldade em fazer a tv funcionar. Não há direções, apenas um controle remoto. Finalmente, afastamos a cômoda da parede e vimos que o plugue estava tão solto que eu tive que basicamente equilibrá-lo perfeitamente para que funcionasse. Então você teve que mudar as entradas para chegar ao cabo HDMI correto. Além disso, o chão não estava nivelado, então as gavetas da cômoda abriam aleatoriamente. Definitivamente, cheiramos maconha no corredor quando voltamos por volta das 9h. Enquanto o hotel aceita cães, havia tão pouca grama dentro da cerca que não havia muita área para um cachorro fazer seus negócios. Há uma grande área de grama fora da cerca do hotel, mas não é um lugar que eu teria ido depois de escurecer. E por último, mas mais importante, por volta das 22h30 meu marido desceu as escadas para passear com o cachorro. O funcionário do hotel perguntou ao meu marido se estávamos em um determinado quarto. Ele disse a ele que era o nosso quarto e o funcionário perguntou se tínhamos encontrado alguma coisa nas gavetas. Meu marido disse que não. Também sabíamos com certeza que as gavetas estavam vazias, pois os pisos irregulares faziam com que todas as gavetas se abrissem aleatoriamente, então tínhamos visto em todas elas. O funcionário então perguntou ao meu marido se ele poderia vir e procurar por si mesmo. Aparentemente, os hóspedes que ficaram no nosso quarto na noite anterior disseram que tinham deixado alguma coisa. Meu marido disse que não, pois nossos dois filhos pequenos já estavam dormindo. Ele então perguntou se os hóspedes anteriores poderiam subir e verificar quando chegassem ao hotel. Meu marido novamente disse que não, já que as crianças estavam dormindo. Pensávamos que era isso. No entanto, de repente, às 23h40, ouvimos uma batida silenciosa. Ouvimos novamente um pouco mais forte. Meu marido e cachorro abriram a porta. Era um funcionário diferente do hotel com 4 jovens adolescentes. Ele perguntou ao meu marido se ele poderia entrar e procurar o item que supostamente foi deixado em nosso quarto. Meu marido novamente (ficando frustrado agora) disse que não. Um dos adolescentes perguntou ao meu marido se ele verificaria novamente. (Ainda não tínhamos ideia do que era o item, mas eu estava assumindo que deveria ser algo de grande valor, já que o funcionário do hotel achou que era importante o suficiente para nos ACORDAR para procurá-lo). A essa altura, eu estava tão frustrada que fui até a porta e pedi à jovem que entrasse e se olhasse, mas não acordasse meus filhos. Ela entrou bem tranquila e respeitosa e procurou o item (que descobri depois que era um CARREGADOR DE TELEFONE 🤬🤬🤬🤬). A garota rapidamente relatou a seus amigos que o item não estava lá. O funcionário se desculpou pela situação. Meu marido e eu estávamos CONFUSO que isso realmente aconteceu. Na manhã seguinte, falei com o gerente e ele nos deu US $ 50 em pontos Wyndam (reservamos pela Expedia e ele supostamente não poderia nos dar um reembolso real, mas ligarei para a Expedia para confirmar isso). Sobre tudo isso não é um lugar que eu ficaria novamente, se em qualquer outro lugar está disponível.

Let me start with this was an inexpensive hotel so we did not have huge hopes but this completely blew it out of the water in a bad way! The good was that the room was clean. The shower was especially clean and there were some updates to make the room look nice. Now for the bad... First off, the water pressure was TERRIBLE the shower, I was not certain I would ever get the conditioner out of my hair but thankfully the provided conditioner was terrible so I didn't have to worry about that. We are not certain if my husband's towel was clean or not (it had yellow and brown spots on it), there was only one bar of soap and it was in the bathroom, so no soap for the sink, the room was much smaller than the pictures made it look. When the AC turns on, it sounded so much like an airplane, my two year old kept saying Airplane??? Where airplane?? We also had a very hard time getting the tv to work. There are no directions, just a remote. Finally we moved the dresser away from the wall and saw that the plug was so loose that I had to basically balance it perfectly for it to work. Then you had to switch inputs to get to the correct HDMI cord. Also, the floor was not level so the drawers in the dresser would open randomly. We definitely smelled weed in the hallway when we came back around 9. While the hotel is dog friendly, there was so little grass inside the fence there was not too much area for a dog to do its business. There is a large grass area outside the hotel's fence but it is not somewhere I would have gone after dark. And lastly but most importantly, around 10:30 pm my husband went down stairs to walk the dog. The hotel employee asked my husband if we were in a certain room. He told him that was our room and the employee asked if we had found anything in the drawers. My husband said we had not. We also knew for certain that the drawers were empty since the uneven floors made all the drawers randomly come open so we had seen in all of them. The employee then asked my husband if he could come up and look for himself. Apparently the guests who stayed in our room the previous night said they had left something. My husband said no, since our two small children were already asleep. He then asked if the previous guests could come up and check when they got to the hotel. My husband again said no, since the kids were asleep. We thought that was it. However, all the sudden, at 11:40 PM, we heard a quiet knock. We heard it again slightly harder. My husband and dog opened the door. It was a different hotel employee with 4 young teenagers. He asked my husband if he could come in and look for the item that was supposedly left in our room. My husband again (getting frustrated now) said no. One of the teenagers asked my husband if he would check again. (We still had no idea what the item was but I was assuming it must be something of great value since the hotel employee thought it was important enough to WAKE US UP to look for it). By this point, I was so frustrated, I walked to the door myself and asked the young girl to come in and look herself but to not wake up my kids. She came in very quiet and respectfully and looked for the item (which I found out later was a PHONE CHARGER 🤬🤬🤬🤬). The girl quickly reported to her friends that the item was not there. The employee apologized about the situation. My husband and I were just BAFFLED that it actually happened. The next morning, I spoke with the manager and he gave us $50 worth of Wyndam points (we booked through Expedia and he supposedly could not give us an actual refund, but I will be calling Expedia to confirm that). Over all this is NOT a place I would stay again, if ANYWHERE else is available.

The receptionist was very sweet, but the key cards didn't work. I had to get 4 different key cards before one worked. The sheets were disgusting. There were multiple stains, and even when I received new sheets, those were no better. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival, and there was hair on the sheets.

My husband of 45 years passed away on 7 September,2021. I moved out of my home on October 1st. I have stayed at most hotels in Houston, Tx and across the world. The employees make the difference. The accomdations are exceptional... Breakfast is great.. Beverages 24 hrs. It feels like home. My 94 yr. oldmother has been here with me, I can't leave her for even 5 minutes. The front desk, housekeeping and maintence are exceptional. If my mom ventures out someone will bring her back to our room. We feel safe and well cared for. Nice staff! Centrally located off 610 and 290. And they have early check in and you check out at noon instead of 11:00.
The breakfast is decent and or hot tea all day long. With plenty of fast food within walking distance.
And best of all they take dogs!

Beautiful room and view. They let us check in late with our family and the kids really enjoyed it as well. So accommodating!! And not to mention the breakfast. It was sooo good. Glad to see that back in hotels. Definitely recommend.

Overall the hotel was ok. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. The pillows were about half the size of a regular one. If you don’t mind noise (this is near a freeway) then you’re good. No concerns with hot or cold water.

Estuve en febrero en este hotel. Pros: Accesible, tenía desayuno incluido. El servicio al cliente no fue atento pero tampoco fue malo. Solicitamos cambio de habitación y nos lo permitieron. Contra: el cuarto estaba sucio y los interruptores de electricidad (la luz) no funcionaban, la sabana tenía quemaduras de cigarrillo. Lo bueno fue que nos cambiaron de cuarto. Creo que deben estar más atentos a estos detalles.

La verdad fue horrible. Había pulgas en la habitación y lo que me traje de recuerdo a casa fueron sus picaduras. No hubo por parte de la recepción alguna compensación, en general muy descuidado el hotel. Nunca me quedaría aquí de nuevo.
