Hotel muito bonito e organizado. Staff educada e quartos de primeira linha. Bem localizado com otima comida e acomodações. O preço e um pouco alto, mas justo pelo padrão do hotel.

This hotel has BED BUGS! We should have read the reviews before staying there for a week, other guests had the same issue. It’s supposed to be a nice hotel and it was horrible. The rooms are stuffy (a/c didn’t work), and the staff did nothing to fix this. We told them about the A/C 3 times and it got us nowhere. Overall, horrible.

This hotel has bed bugs in at least two of their rooms and they would not refund us when we left early. A terrible experience for any hotel, especially such a highly rated and starred one. They are not beyond stars, but far below them.

Minha esposa e eu nos hospedamos no hotel ontem à noite. Nós fomos acordados por estrondos altos e construções. Quando liguei para a recepção para reclamar, fui informado de que eles estão realizando uma construção pré-planejada no hotel. Quando perguntei por que não fomos avisados sobre isso e por que não estava no site do hotel, a pessoa com quem falei disse que não tinha ideia. Agora somos forçados a fazer o check-out e encontrar um novo hotel! NÃO FIQUE AQUI

My wife and I checked into the hotel last evening. We were just awoken by loud banging and construction. When I called the front desk to complain, I was advised they are performing pre-planned construction on the hotel. When I asked why we weren’t advised of that, and why it wasn’t on the hotel’s website, the person I spoke with said he had no idea. Now we are forced check out and find a new hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE

We stayed here for 5 days celebrating our anniversary. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. For the quality and service, you cant beat the price. The suite was large and spacious. We went to the Neu Bistro, located within the hotel and dined privately. We met the mastermind behind the menu, Fransisco's food is exquisite. He had such a lovely personality, thank you for making our dinner special. Andres, the GM was incredibly polite and hospitable. He accommodated everything we asked for and beyond. Pablo was informative and knowledgable about local activities, sight seeing and overall helpful when we requested information on thearea. Thank you all for making our vacation exceptional.

Pésimo servicio en la cena de fin de año, 40 minutos hasta que me den la mesa que estaba reservada y pagada, había dicho hasta la hora en la que llegaría. Una ves asignada la mesa 15 minutos más hasta que la preparen porque nos sentaron si estar ni preparada la mesa, hasta que sirvan el pan pasaron otros 8 a 10 minutos más. El primer plato que nos sirvieron fue elpostre, ni siquiera se dieron cuenta que aún no nos servían ni la entrada. La verdad ni tratando de ver algo positivo puedo decir algo, lamentable, fue una pésima experiencia que nunca creí que podía pasar en un hotel supuestamente de buena categoría y servicio. Espero mejoren, la verdad no lo recomiendo.
