Pessoas atenciosas. Localização ótima. A estrutura é que deixa a desejar. Fiquei num quarto do terceiro andar (sem elevador, escada ingrime) que tinha carpete, porta do banheiro sem puxador interno, sem lugar para pendurar a única toalha disponibilizada para casal. Complicado. Fora essa questão estrutural... Bom.

The location and personel are the best that this hotel has, Kevin was really kind and gentle with us, he gave us a lot of tips and information about the city.Regarding to the room, we paid 550 euros for 3 nights and the room was definitely not according to this cost, it was old, small and smelled like humidity. The worst aspect was the bathroom, really uncomfortable.I'll be willing to comeback but for no more than 100 euros per day.

We stayed in an apartment with my family (2 adults, 2 kids). It was perfectly clean inside. The staff at reception desk was friendly. Narrow and steep stairs may be a problem for some. You can hear neighbors' footsteps in the morning.

So apparently three people staying in a high school boy's attic room is cool. The bathroom was just fine. Narrow staircase was a little sketchy. They also gave us one room key for three grown adults. Pretty much saying we had to all leave and return together. Which if you have ever been on a night out on the town, it doesnt work that way. Rooms were very clean though.

The small apartment has plenty of space for a family of four.Room was clean and all staff were helpful.The breakfast is continental meaning croissants, bread and coffee and tea - also small yogurt.No laundry as listed in some booking places.Location is near St. Catherines Square and Metro, and only 10 minutes from Grand Place..Recommended.

Small rooms, but average for Europe. Pictures are much more attractive than in real life. Good location in proximity to restaurants and attractions, but accessible only by narrow roads that may not feel as safe at night (almost alleys). The cobblestone is a little annoying for wheeling your luggage. Subway access, very handy.

The people that run the hotel are extremely friendly, showed us the best walking route to see everything. Their recommendations were on point. The breakfast was amazing. This place exceeded my expectations. By far the best stay I've had in Europe.
