Pontos fortes certamente a posição, estratégica para dizer o mínimo, e os serviços oferecidos. O potencial é muito elevado porque o cenário é um boutique hotel com muitos serviços úteis (bicicletas gratuitas, toalhas de praia gratuitas, um excelente pequeno-almoço, serviço de estacionamento, ...). Infelizmente encontramos falta de organização, e talvez de preparo do pessoal: muito jovem e gentil e com grande potencial, mas se deparou com os problemas que surgiram (ar condicionado não funciona, chuveiro que inundou a sala, ... e outras bobagens que podem acontecer em qualquer lugar) as respostas foram vagas, inconclusivas e pouco profissionais. Certamente o cobiçoso não ajudou. A galera e o hotel têm um grande potencial, espero que eles aproveitem ao máximo!

Fortalezas sin duda la posición, estratégica por decir lo mínimo, y los servicios que ofrece. El potencial es realmente alto porque el escenario es un hotel boutique con muchos servicios útiles (bicicletas gratis, toallas de playa gratis, un excelente desayuno, servicio de estacionamiento, ...). Lamentablemente nos encontramos con una falta de organización, y quizás preparación del personal: muy joven y amable y con un gran potencial, pero ante los problemas que surgieron (el aire acondicionado no funciona, la ducha que inundó la habitación, ... y otras tonterías que pueden suceda en cualquier lugar) las respuestas fueron vagas, poco concluyentes y poco profesionales. Seguramente el covid no ayudó. Los chicos y el hotel tienen un gran potencial, ¡espero que puedan aprovecharlo al máximo!

Strengths certainly the position, strategic to say the least, and the services offered. The potential is really high because the setting is a boutique hotel with many useful services (free bicycles, free beach towels, an excellent breakfast, parking service, ...). Unfortunately we found a lack of organization, and perhaps preparation of the staff: very young and kind and with great potential, but faced with problems that arose (air conditioning not working, shower that flooded the room, ... and others nonsense that can happen anywhere) the answers were vague, inconclusive and unprofessional. Surely the covid didn't help. The guys and the hotel have great potential, I hope they can make the most of it!

2 stars only because staff was super welcoming and helpful, but all the rest was a total failure, unfortunately. The room was dirty and extremely dusty, without shower gel at the bathroom, with towels not looking fresh neither. Not to mention about lack of any options for breakfast, if you are not into sweets than there is nothing you can have.
To be honest I have no clue how this hotel got 4*, might be considered for a night but not for making holidays.
