Nossa experiência no Lisbon Five Stars Combro 77 foi bastante agradável. O apartamento nos acolheu muito bem - considerando que somos: casal, criança de 6 anos e um bebê. Chegamos antes do horário combinado e fizemos contato só quando já estávamos à porta, quem nos atendeu foi o Bruno. Ele atravessou a cidade em tempo recorde para nos receber; foi super atencioso e prestativo - excelente recepção!!! O apartamento não pega sol no inverno e o aquecimento é só por estufas, esse seria um ponto a destacar. A região é muito interessante - ruelas e becos bem pitorescos, além de muito bem localizada - próximo ao metrô e ao comboio que leva a Cascais.

It was the most horrible booking, I've ever had. I made booking at the booking.com. We came at 21.30 to the reception, as it was written in the reservation. Nobody met us, we called all phone numbers,that were mentioned. There was no response. Then the security guys started to call them for 30 min and finally we got the answer. I didn't receive any emails regarding keys before our arrival, and it turned out that I should have paid in advance. 150 euro has been blocked as a deposit. It hasn't been written anywhere. So, lady told me the code and where to take keys, btw the apartment was in another location. The link for payment didn't work. I was told to come on the next day to pay. We came, but there was nobody. And FYI their office is somewhere in the building, but there is nobody at the reception and I have no idea why tourists with luggage should come to the reception, see there nobody and then go to the apartment. So, I came to the reception later, accidentally I met lady whom to pay. Also she told me that my money will be unblocked during checkout. But my booking in booking.com has been cancelled by them. I paid the full amount for staying, but officially my booking was cancelled. I came there again, called them, ask to come to discuss the reason of cancellation, but my request was denied. After 40 min the manager came, during that time I was writing emails to all possible mailboxes. As a compensation for inconvenience they gave as transfer to the airport for free. My booking still cancelled.
To sum up: this is the worst service I've ever had.
Location of the apartment was good, cleanliness was acceptable. I put 2 stars for location and their try to make smth good.

Dê a volta neste lugar. Este hotel não custa nada por seu serviço. Fomos salvos de não pernoitar na rua apenas pelo fato de, após 30 minutos de ligações, o guarda ter encontrado um homem que nos disse o que fazer. Deus, como eu estava com raiva. É quase meia-noite, está chovendo, estamos lá fora. Mais graças ao segurança, a recepção é de tirar o fôlego. Eu não recomendo de forma alguma, completa e completamente.

Absolutamente terrível. Não fique aqui. Não consegui entrar no apartamento porque a fechadura não funcionava. Tentei entrar em contato com a empresa getaway.com com quem fiz a reserva e nenhuma resposta. Uma viagem muito estressante e traumática

Scam! I have booked this location, yet been sent to a sister location and promised an upgrade. I didn't like it, the internet wasn't even working, and left the property after the first night. They now refuse to pay back even if they promised I would get a refund. Very bad services, would not recommend.

Excelente, tem tudo que precisamos: cozinha com microondas ,forno, chaleira elétrica, torradeira, máquina de expresso,lava louça, lavadora e secadora, cama confortável com lençol , edredom, travesseiros. Ainda realizam trocas de toalhas de banho a cada 3 dias. Localização excelente e atendimento da Catarina nota 10.

Muy acogedor. Práctico, ordenado y espacioso. Nos sentimos muy cómodos después de estar todo el día visitando Lisboa y alrededores. Lo mejor de todo es la luz y la ubicación que tiene donde es posible desplazarse andando por la ciudad.

Dogs were barking outside ALL THE TIME. We tried to sleep with hearing protection and headphones, closed the windows but we still could hear them. After the first night without sleep we texted the owner but didn’t get an answer. Next night same thing- NO SLEEP, so we messaged again. Before the last night they answered that no other rooms are available. That’s it. Never again

I stayed here for a few days and as it was so good I extended my stay,The apartment is very clean and new. It is fully kited out. But the best thing about it is its location. It is located walking distance from all the good things in Lisbon. 2 minutes walk to the best tram, 10 minute walk to the water front, 5 minutes from the best party area and 10 minutes walk from all the top shopping centers . I didn’t get on transport after the second day and just walked.There are many good restaurants 30 seconds away from the apartment too.Plus points- Great location - Amazing apartment - Fully kitted out - Plenty room for storage - Spacious - Clean - Washing machine and dishwasher - Walking distance from supermarket - Minutes away from attractionsLow points- It is very expensive. But you get what you pay for.Recommendations:- Get the best room.

La ubicación de los apartamentos es muy buena. Están en edificios rehabilitados y la distribución es muy cómoda, y la zona tranquila pese a estar cerca de todo el mogollón. La única pega es que al entrar en el apartamento, tienes la sensación de que ha estado alguien antes, me explico. Habia pelusas en el suelo. Olores en las habitaciones y en el baño. En el transcurso de nuestra estancia, limpiaron baños y cambiaron toallas y no olía igual que el día de entrada.

¡Un hogar muy acogedor en Lisboa! Muy céntrico (el tranvía 28 pasa por la puerta, con parada en la esquina) Está reformado con mucho gusto y encuentras todo lo necesario (enseres y electrodomésticos de cocina, plancha, lavadora/secadora, secador...)Cerca hay locales y tiendas donde encontrar un buen desayuno. Los anfitriones son muy serviciales, pero respetan mucho el espacio e intimidad de sus huéspedes. Sin duda un alojamiento para repetir!

I loved this experience and the apartments are very clean. The location is perfect and the apartment is very tranquile. Check in was very easy and the host is fantastic, they helped us get around Lisbon with local tips. Rare fact that the building, despite being vintage has a lift!!!AMAZINGHIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Nice apart hotel well located very efficiently built. Dishwasher and washing machine all available. Nice spot to go get also groceries from nearby. Close to most places in the city and easy access to tram.

Great location, clean interior, helpful staff.... It would have been better they provide more kitchen supplies but not a big deal. Definitely come back to them next time I'm in Lisbon.
