I agree with other review writers, it is definitively a 3 star hotel...shower curtain (!) and ancient shower appliance, tobacco smell in the lobby, ancient carpets in corridors and rooms. Cleanliness was ok.

Perfectly located in the center, nearly next to famous line 28. Pool at the top of the hotel with magnificent view.
Rooms are dated but still good.

The location is great (right in the city centre), but it's not a 4-stars hotel. The carpet in the hallway smells like something old that needs to be cleaned/changed, the bathroom is old-style, all in all, it needs a full renovation in order to really deserve the stars.

Smells of cigarettes in the halls and stairways. Hardest most uncomfortable pillows. Rooms not cleaned properly. Rude and indifferent front desk staff. Lights on timers even in the emergency stairs (fire hazard, not sure how this is legal). After cleaning left with one towel and no hand towels. Terrible all round. Roof top is nice but not worth the stay, many better roof top bars/pools.

Já frequento este hotel há anos... a localização é excelente, mas os equipamentos dos quartos e banheiros não sofreram qualquer modernização, são antigos, algumas peças faltantes, poucas tomadas, alguns equipamentos não funcionam (amigos tiveram que trocar de quarto por causa do ar condicionado). Continuo recomendando pela localização e atendimento cortês dos funcionários... mas já está mais do que na hora de dar um upgrade...

Facto Historico: Este Hotel antes era um teatro Chamado EDEN (assim o nome do hotel) Fechou se e agora temo este hotel, plus na nooite tinha visto muitos soldados a marcharem na rua com blindados (Carro de guerra) Carros de GNR e ate uns Tanques, Fiqui tipo… WTH meu que e isso, depois percebi que era o dia antes da primeira guerra mundial terminar e fazia 100 anos disso

Location is what's selling this hotel. Can't recommend for longer stays. Don't expect kitchen to be well equipped. Nice view from roof. Not worth the price I paid, around 120€ a night...

Cerca de todo, muy bien ubicado. Limpieza y tranquilidad. Buen trato y amabilidad. La pequeña pega es el parking que está muy cerca, pero cuesta 23€. (A modo sugerencia, podría tener un pequeño descuento para los alojados) Excelente servicio y con terraza y piscina.

Nos dieron una habitación en la cual la televisión no tenía antena, pedimos una cama matrimonial y dijeron que no había, al final nos cambiaron de habitación por otra donde funcionaba la tele. Por lo demás hotel céntrico y con una bonita piscina

The hotel was clean and close to everything. The water 💦 pressure in the shower 🚿 was amazing and the water 🚿 was hot.
Nice rooftop patio with pool 🏊♂️.
The rooms had 2 small beds, smaller than a twin size bed. But I made it work.
Also inside the room was a refrigerator, 2 stove eyes, and a microwave in the kitchenette. Looking out the window 🪟, was an office desk for working.

É uma aldrabice todo oque mostram na publicidade e mentira foi a piscina cause que ficai sufocada com todo aquele vapor não tem muito espaço para guardar a roupa a piscina se colocar o pé no chão o chão afunda depois eu ficai com fome pedi uma coisa para comer já não tinhao nada para comer tive de mandar vir uma pizza ficai desepcionada

As instalações são muito antigas e nada modernas, o quarto também tinha demasiadas marcas de uso, aliás roupeiro avariado. Os apartamentos são muito muito pequenos. Sem estacionamento.Muito caro para o preço. Só a localização é boa.

Muito impessoal. Pedimos um quarto com cama de casal, chegámos ao quarto e tinhamos duas camas. Pedimos um frapé, não trataram e não resolveram depois. Pontos positivos: a piscina e a vista sobre Lisboa são fantásticas.
