The room is clean. Toilet new and also clean. Linen also new. Everything is okay. Will check in some other time. Convenient place to stay.

I was there with my family during the new year. The quality of the rooms is highly questionable, paints peeling off, water marks all over room, broken shower, it was nightmare. And the staff at the reception was rude, unprofessional and no good.

Clean, modern and upmarket hotel with surprisingly affordable room rates. The check in follows strict procedure so you may wish to be patient or wait for the crowd to clear at 2pm.
I was upgraded to a larger room which I was more than happy to accept while exchanging friendly gossip at front desk (probably because someone else insisted to complain about hers..

After check in everything was comfortable and immaculate.
You will notice many of the features in the hotel are well engineered which is a great thing because it allows focus on the key product points of a hotel at this price range. Huge spacious rooms, plush pillows and the best showers in all of KL!

We had a pleasant stay from 8-12 Dec clean rooms spacious with a nice and friendly ambience it is more for families and if you're looking for shopping and foods this will be the best area for everything its highly recommended for fabrics crawlers.

I would say that the hotel room is alright but a bit more towards the bad side. We only had 1 towel and when we requested for the other towel, we got a towel that you can feel that it was just washed and wasn't dried properly. Also, there aren't any toilet mats which basically made the floors wet after a shower. I would say that the previous time I went here, in 2020, was much better. Location wise, it is very good as you can go to many places from the hotel. Service was good. If not for the cleanliness of the rooms, I would have experienced a relatively good stay.
