Aparte de que el personal era educado y la habitación estaba ubicada cerca de los lugares a los que íbamos, fue una estadía muy desagradable. La cama era incómoda, no tenían ropa de cama para el sofá cama y especifiqué que se usaría. ¡La habitación estaba ABSOLUTAMENTE sucia! Había cabello por toda mi cama cuando retiré la cubierta. El baño era espantoso, lavabo, inodoro y ducha. ¡También tuve que fregar el suelo con una toalla porque mis zapatillas Nike se estaban pegando! Limpié la habitación durante una buena media hora o más. No se aspiró la moqueta ni se fregó el baño. Pasaremos de volver aquí nunca más. El dinero que gastamos, esperaría que hayan limpiado antes de que llegáramos en lugar de arreglar la cama y sacar la basura.

Hotel sob nova administração. Nós experimentamos uma excelente hospitalidade durante a nossa estadia. O próprio proprietário se certificou de que tudo estava bem com a nossa estadia. Eu recomendo este lugar se você estiver na área.

Quarto Suite era muito ilusório e muito limpo. hotel muito acessível perto do meu local de trabalho. Propriedade limpa, check inn foi ótimo. Eles administram café 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, não muitos lugares fazem isso. Café da manhã quente 🥞 foi ótimo.

Fora a equipe ser educada e o quarto estar localizado perto dos lugares que estávamos indo, foi uma estadia muito desagradável. A cama era desconfortável, eles não tinham roupa de cama para o sofá-cama e eu especifiquei que seria usado. O quarto estava absolutamente imundo! Havia cabelo por toda a minha cama quando puxei a coberta para trás. O banheiro era terrível, pia, vaso sanitário e chuveiro. Eu também tive que esfregar o chão com uma toalha porque meus slides da Nike estavam grudados nela!! Limpei o quarto por uma boa meia hora ou mais. O tapete não foi aspirado nem o banheiro foi esfregado. Vamos passar a voltar aqui novamente. O dinheiro que gastamos, eu esperaria que eles limpassem antes de chegarmos, em vez de arrumar a cama e tirar o lixo.

Minha família e eu apreciamos a nossa estadia no Microtel esta semana. Depois que nossos planos originais foram cancelados, encontramos o Microtel e conseguimos garantir um quarto em curto prazo durante um fim de semana agitado. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en Microtel esta semana. Después de que se cancelaron nuestros planes originales, encontramos a Microtel y pudimos asegurar una habitación con poca antelación durante un fin de semana lleno de acontecimientos. El personal era muy agradable para trabajar y complaciente. Nos recibieron con una sonrisa en cada reunión durante nuestra estadía. ¡Y el desayuno cada mañana fue una ventaja! Suite room was very specious and Very clean. very affordable hotel near my work place. Clean property, check inn was great. They run coffee 24/7 not many places do that. Hot breakfast 🥞 was great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Microtel this week. After our original plans were cancelled we found Microtel and was able to secure a room on short notice during a eventful weekend. The staff were very pleasant to work with and accommodating. We were met with smiles at every meeting during our stay. And the breakfast each morning was a bonus! I usually look for that in an amenity but on short notice I didn't think about it. I was excited when the staff mentioned it.

Outside of the staff being polite and the room being located close to the places we were going, it was a very unpleasant stay. The bed was uncomfortable, they didn't have any bedding for the pull out couch and I specified that it would be used. The room was ABSOLUTELY filthy! There was hair all over my bed when I pulled the cover back. The bathroom was appalling, sink, toilet and shower. I also had to mop the floor with a towel because my Nike slides were sticking to it!! I cleaned the room for a good half an hour or more. The carpet wasn't vacuumed nor was the bathroom mopped. We'll pass on going back here ever again. The money that we spent, I would expect for them to have cleaned prior to us arriving as opposed to fixing the bed and taking the trash out.

I would not recommend this hotel. I used my partners card to hold the hotel room. The card declined, so I paid with cash. They have yet to refund my partner. The manager was also very rude and did not help him get a refund, even though the employee who assisted us stated he would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. We stayed there on December 3-5th 2021, and have yet received a refund.
