The hotel was very clean, the service was very friendly & helpful. Best perk was we had shuttle service to and from Mohegan sun, Al the driver was awesome! We will definitely come back.

Há mofo no teto do banheiro. Além disso, sem geladeira no quarto para manter refrigerante ou água gelada, tivemos que continuar descendo as escadas para colocar gelo em um balde que não fica frio por muito tempo. A equipe foi bom, pelo menos.

There is mold in the bathroom ceiling.Plus no refrigerator in the room to keep soda or water cold we had to keep going downstairs for ice to put in a bucket which doesn’t stay cold long.Staff was nice at least.

Awesome experience! Friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. We had and all around great stay. Housekeeping staff goes above and beyond to keep the appearance of this hotel extra clean. I'd say it's the best Inn around this area at an affordable price.

Este é um grande valor, dada a 2 minutos de carro de Mohegan. O lugar é limpo, mas definitivamente datado. Precisa de uma modernização completa. Dito isso, além do calor peculiar, estava bem. Este es un gran valor dado el viaje de 2 minutos a Mohegan. El lugar está limpio pero definitivamente anticuado. Necesita una profunda modernización. Dicho eso, aparte del calor peculiar, estaba bien. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos registró y en nuestra habitación en 5 minutos. Sin quejas. La mascarilla Wu Tang también fue un buen toque por parte del recepcionista.

This is a great value given the 2 minute drive to Mohegan. The place is clean but most definitely dated. It needs a thorough modernization. That being said other than quirky heat it was fine. Front desk staff was super friendly and got us checked in and into our room in 5 minutes. No complaints. Wu Tang face mask was also a nice touch by the front desk clerk.

Very clean room and common areas Room was exceptionally small, had everything I needed, but I honestly had a larger room while on a cruise. Location is not great if you are spending time in Mystic; would be good for casino-goers.

Nice place, one of the only places around that will take 18 year olds. Nice quality rooms and kind staff. Kids running around the halls at 11pm but that isn't the hotels fault.

Not very happy experience during breakfast. We had questions about using the waffle machine. The lady who's cleaning the kitchen area refused to answer our questions. Instead, chatting on phone and laughing.

The hotel it self was very good We used this hotel had a shuttle to Mohegan Sun and we were attending the Neil The problem we were told by the staff that the shuttle had broken down. They made an agreement with Rose City Taxi and they would have 5 cabs to bring us to Mohegan and then return us to the hotel. In reality there were only 2 cabs, could only take a max of 4 people at a time. One of the drivers told us the cab company only has 3 cabs so there was no way to have 5 cabs. The cabbies did the best they could but the wait was long and frustrating. The hotel staff lied to us and we didn't appreciate that. shuttle break down and the way they solved the problem.

Very good location. Right off Highway with shuttle to casino. The staff were very helpful. We asked for an extra pillow and blanket with no problem. At breakfast, Group decided to eat across street at McDonalds due to no Bacon or eggs available. Think they ran out of some stuff.

Ok stay. Nothing very special. Very close to Mohegan Sun. Single Queen bed room was very small. Needs some updating.
Walls seem very thin. Difficult getting to sleep hearing other conversations and noise.

Room was a bit small but was fine for us staying only two nights. Shuttle service was helpful and it is very close to Mohegan Sun. Breakfast was limited but nor bad. Staff was friendly and shuttle service was great. Hotel was close to casino and supermarket. Room was small for the price I paid.
