Hotel moderno, luxuoso, vista otima desde a 1th avenue e arredores. Atendimento excelente. Cafe da manha ótimo. Algumas opções de quarto é possível compartilhar (há2 camas de casal) objetivando uma estadia mais barata.

El hotel tiene una magnifica ubicacion frente a Naciones Unidas con vistas maravillosas de NY. El personal es muy atento con un estilo de cinco estrellas internacional. He sugerido que apliquen un programa especial de Hlton Honors para socios mayores de 80 años y puedan dar a esos socios, que permanecen mas tiempo en la habitación, aquellas que tienen mejor vista de Nueva York cuando la persona esta acostada o sentada en un sillon. Los mayores de 80 años son excelentes para el marketing del hotel porque hablan mucho sobre sus experiencias de viaje con su propia familia, amigos y vecinos. De hecho queremos regresar al Hotel con nuestras nietas. Todas conocen bien New York, a pesar que vivimos en Argentina, pero ese hotel es una manera diferente de disfrutar y solo hace falta poner New York New York cantada por Frank Sinatra para sentirse en el mejor lugar del mundo. I’ve rated this hotel 5 stars for the ease of driving to it, the customer service at the front desk, and the friendliness of the housekeeping members that I interacted with. This was my second stay here, and I love it. It’s only a couple of blocks to grand central, and a couple blocks past that is Times Square. My room was clean with excellent views of the city, the UN, and East river. I hope to be back soon!

Overall we enjoyed our 6-night stay here. The view was spectacular and the employees were all very helpful and nice. The only downsides were the room wasn't very clean when we checked in (we talked to the front desk and the cleanliness issues were resolved) and we didn't have a mini fridge in our room. We requested one our first night there and we never got it. Other than that things were smooth sailing and we wouldn't mind staying here again if we're going to be spending a lot of time in Manhattan. It's in a pretty good location so you can walk to a lot of places. Plenty of dining and bar options within a 10 minute walk.

If you are traveling on the UN business there is no better place to stay. The UN headquarters are literally across the road from you. The rates are reasonable provided you book well in advance. Higher floor views are absolutely breathtaking thanks to floor to celling panoramic windows. Nice Coffee served on the first floor. Service is attentive and polite. If you arrive during especially popular UN events you can expect lines on check in/out. Air conditioning system is powerful. Too powerful to my taste, though (had to stay under the blanket not to catch cold). Depends on the room - if it’s not blowing in your face it’s all good.

Great location! Great stay! The services were just as I expected for this location. The staff was polite, professional, and accommodating. We had no issues with the room. The space was clean and all amenities were as expected. Everyone we encountered was professional. If I had one suggestion it would be that the front desk staff provide the list of dining options available in the area. Other than that - it was a great stay and we will definitely be back.

A good value, especially if you have Hilton points. Waterfront views are nice, 5-10 min walk to Grand Central, and they have fridges and coffee makers in the rooms (many NYC hotels do not have these). The door man was very friendly and helpful with motorcycle parking advice. It’s a bit dated inside and has some peeling paint. The rooms have high tech bidet toilets but they removed the controllers

What a shame to pass the smoke detector sounded for smoking in the room, nobody explained it to me when renting it, they also did not have a notice on the walls and the worker humiliated me in front of a visitor who came just at that moment until they locked my room with my belongings indoors que verguenza pase el detector de humo sono por fumar en el cuarto nadie me lo esplico al rentarlo tampoco no tienen un aviso en las paredes y el trabajador me humillo frente a una visita que venia justo en ese momento hasta me trancaron el cuarto con mis pertencias a dentro
