Hotel de excelência, Staff em geral muito profissional e sempre pronto a ajudar especialmente na Recepção Tatiana, Eliana e Julia fizeram com que a nossa estadia fosse memorável. Limpeza e pequeno almoço 5 estrelas. Spa muito bonito e com vista para o jardim, Staff muito atencioso e preocupado com as necessidades de cada cliente. Uma experiência a repetir! Recomendo

Um hotel com as comodidades condizentes com a discrição de Hotel 5⭐. A piscina é fantástica, os quartos são generosos, e o estacionamento permite boa acessibilidade à zona de quartos. Wi-Fi com problemas de alcance aos quartos a poente. Não sendo o melhor Wyndham em que já estive, e atendendo a que a relação qualidade-preço não é a melhor, comparativamente a outros do mesmo grupo, decidi atribuir somente 4⭐

Un hotel con las comodidades acordes a la discreción del Hotel 5⭐. La piscina es fantástica, las habitaciones son generosas y el estacionamiento permite un buen acceso a la zona de dormitorios. Wi-Fi con problemas de acceso a las habitaciones del oeste. No siendo el mejor Wyndham en el que he estado, y dado que la relación calidad-precio no es la mejor en comparación con otros del mismo grupo, decidí dar solo 4⭐

Booked this hotel, sadly had to cancel. They hold a refundable payment (refundable if cancelled within a certain time period). I cancelled well within the time period. Unfortunately, one month later, the refund that was promised on a number of occasions is still nowhere to be seen. They DO NOT keep their word. Booking.com confirmed they would be processing the repayment on two occasions. I am yet to receive any refund. If you are thinking of booking this hotel and have the slightest inkling you may have to cancel because of govt. changes, save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

Love our stay at this resort. People working there super nice. They had a la cart breakfast due the covid 19. First and second day was ok they wait. But the third day we almost waited 40minutes for our breakfast. They need to have more people working if you want to provide a la cart breakfast. Service was ok free parking beautiful place

Outstanding hotel. The suites are so clean, comfortable beds and well presented. We’ve visited several times now and we just can’t fault this beautiful hotel. The restaurant food is delicious. Everyone is just so helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back again.
