Very nice and courteous staff. They always offered alternatives for my needs, whether it was the bellmen, the concierge and the front desk. Tall female concierge booked us a nice sand tour. The gentlemen in the concierge and front desk were attentive too. And the front desk asian looking (supervisor i think) was nice as well. Location is great, 3 blocks aways from the mall and metro station.

Hello. I wanted to leave a review about the hotel and service. The hotel is very nice and everything is clean. I have never rested like this before. We liked everything very much. And most of all the service. My husband and I ate there yesterday.Aizirek served us. Beautiful and cute girl :)) She was very polite and energetic. She knew her job so well and gave very good service. We liked it very much, we will be back :))))

Since 2018 that I book in this hotel for me it is the best hotel in Doha. Excellent customers service, the receptionists are very professional, very friendly and welcoming. the rooms are excellent always clean maid service is perfect. the breakfast buffet is very good. I have always had very good experiences. But unfortunately the prices have increased so I can no longer book with them.

Their food options are very specific for people quaranting and only ask you once between Indian n continental. Your all three meals of the day will be same. Food served is cold

I went to the ForKnife brunch on a Friday a couple of months ago, and it is the best brunch I’ve been to in my time here in Doha. The food was amazing (both in taste and selection!), location is brilliant, the restaurant itself is very modern, and the staff were fantastic in their service during my meal. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is staying in Doha. Thank you!

I had to stay for 2 days of my Quarantine which was very pleasant. Indian Food was really good as compared with other hotels. All other services was very quick and everyday they call to ask if I need anything. Housekeeping was upto mark specially window glasses were clean to enjoy the view.

1. Long time waiting during check-in and the key card is not yet ready. 2. Menu for the meals was not automatically given. Menu was requested through phone call. The menu did not arrive after one hour, another phone call was made and that is only the time the menu arrived. 3. Choices of food in the menu are the same in breakfast and choices in lunch and dinner are just being shuffled. 4. Late delivery in breakfast, lunch and dinner

Very disappointed after a recent stay at the Movenpick West Bay Doha. This is a 3-star hotel at best. The concierge was completely unhelpful in giving restaurant recommendations (literally could not name one suggestion) and did not know where to get a COVID test at for our return flight to the US. Our shower leaked out of a hole in the wall and created a large puddle every time the shower was on. Our door did not lock, and after approaching the front desk and being told that they would send someone up right away, the door was not fixed by the time we departed the next day. Finally, we could smell cigarette smoke in our room through the air vents, despite having booked a non-smoking room - a very unpleasant smell to be woken up by in the middle of the night. We were very disappointed with this experience. The rating of this hotel should be downgraded - it was neither 5-star in service or accommodation.

Fui al Mövenpick Hotel West Bay Doha por viaje de negocios y la verdad es que la estancia fue muy agradable.Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y tenían todo lujo de detalles. Se puede ver TVE Internacional en la TV de la habitación y la cama es comodísima.Desde mi habitación tenía unas espectaculares vistas al mar y a los edificios de enfrente.

Las habitaciones son modernas, amplias y con muy buenas vistas; wi fi gratis en todo el hotel. El staff es servicial y muy amable. De gran ayuda. Muy recomendable
