Minha esposa e eu acabamos de voltar de nossa lua de mel há uma semana e ainda estamos aproveitando a experiência de Nayara. Este lugar é o refúgio PERFEITO para quem quer fugir. Tudo sobre nossas acomodações era absolutamente incrível, desde as piscinas infinitas aparentemente infinitas, até a comida do restaurante 5 estrelas e o DELICIOSO café da manhã grátis (sério, a melhor rabanada que já comemos), até as vistas deslumbrantes em todas as direções. Acima de tudo, no entanto, o que diferencia Nayara de todos os outros resorts que já experimentamos é o serviço. Os funcionários são os melhores que já encontramos e já estivemos em muitos lugares. A alegria genuína que a equipe tem em atendê-lo é surpreendente e humilhante, na verdade. Mal podemos esperar para voltar, assim que pudermos. Um grito especial para Frederico, Carlos e todos os muitos funcionários especiais que tornaram nossa lua de mel um verdadeiro sonho. Mal posso esperar para visitar todos vocês novamente!

My wife and i just returned from our honeymoon a week ago, and we're still riding the high from the Nayara experience. This place is the PERFECT getaway for anyone looking to escape. Everything about our accommodations were absolutely amazing, from the seemingly endless infinity pools, to the 5 star restaurant food and DELICIOUS free breakfast (seriously the best french toast we've ever had), to the breathtaking views in every direction.
Above all, however, what sets Nayara apart from all other resorts we've experienced, is the service. The staff there are the best we've ever encountered, and we've been many places. The genuine joy the staff have in serving you is astounding, and humbling, actually. We cant wait to return, as soon as we can.
Special shout out to Frederico, Carlos, and all the many special staff members that made our honeymoon a true dream come true. Cant wait to visit you all again!

Nayara Gardens foi facilmente o lugar mais bonito que já ficamos. Nós visitamos para a nossa lua de mel e só gostaria que tivéssemos ficado mais tempo. Nayara Gardens was easily the nicest place we've ever stayed. We visited for our honeymoon and only wish we would have stayed longer. The attention to detail at Nayara Gardens was magnificent and the service was beyond anything I've ever experienced. The food was incredible. The room and the view was beautiful. My husband and I stayed at Nayara Gardens for our honeymoon mid June-beginning of July. The time we spent on this resort was both of our favorite of the entire trip! It is a slice of heaven on earth. The grounds are truly magical. The employees are friendly and so helpful, the grounds are absolutely breathtaking, the restaurants serve excellent fresh food (especially breakfast), the rooms are private and comfortable, and the hot springs are incredible. If you’re on the fence, DEFINITELY recommend booking this spot!

Esta foi a melhor experiência de hotel que já tive, de longe. A partir do momento em que você entra no lobby, você é recebido de braços abertos. O serviço foi impecável, os funcionários estão sempre prontos para ajudar e garantir que você receba o melhor tratamento. As bebidas eram fantásticas no Kali Kali. Nós apreciamos um jantar de quatro pratos no Amor Loco, e foi fenomenal também! Spa, academia e fontes termais estão maravilhosamente escondidos em prédios que se misturam ao ambiente e proporcionam uma excelente caminhada. Há um passeio de observação de preguiças, uma caminhada pela natureza e ioga diária às 8h15 para mantê-lo envolvido durante a sua estadia. Eu realmente tiro meu chapéu para este estabelecimento, e espero voltar em breve o mais rápido possível.

tldr - Nayara Gardens is amazing in every way, you will enjoy your stay here!My wife and I stayed at Nayara Gardens 3 nights as part of our honeymoon trip across Costa Rica and Nayara Gardens was definitely a highlight of our trip. When we first arrived check-in was very smooth and when we got to our room there were flowers on the bed, a bottle of champagne on ice. Everything about the property is incredible and well maintained with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. There is wildlife on the property so you don't have to go far to see sloths! My wife and I saw a sloth in the woods right next to a pool and it was so cool to see. The manager sends out a survey after 1 or 2 nights to see how it was all going and if there are any issues, we had a minor issue with our room and they offered without question to move us but we declined because we had one night left, so instead of moving rooms the manager met us personally after dinner and covered one of our dinner meals - an incredibly nice thing to do and a testament to the level of service and care that Nayara Gardens puts towards their customers. We were sad to leave Nayara Gardens but glad we came! We cannot say enough good things to say about the resort it's incredible!

This was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, by far. From the moment you walk in to the lobby, you are greeted with open arms. The service was impeccable, workers are always at the ready to help and ensure you receive the finest treatment. The drinks were fantastic at Kali Kali. We enjoyed a four course dinner at Amor Loco, and it was phenomenal too! Spa, gym, and hot springs are all wonderfully tucked away into buildings that blend into the environment and make for an excellent walk. There is a sloth watching tour, a nature walk, and daily yoga at 8.15 am to keep you engaged throughout your stay. I really take my hat off to this establishment, and hope to be back soon as quickly as possible.

Que experiência incrível ficar em Nayara Gardens. A equipe vai além para cuidar de seus hóspedes. A vista é espetacular, o relaxamento total das fontes termais no seu melhor. We stayed at Nayara Gardens for our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away. The resort is beautiful (that’s an understatement), plenty of amazing food options, but really it’s the people that make it so special. Everyone from the General Manager, to receptionists, to waitstaff, housekeeping, etc was so incredibly friendly and helpful (again, an understatement). Highly, highly recommend Nayara - we will 100% be returning in the future.

What an amazing experience staying in Nayara Gardens. The staff go above and beyond to take care of their guests. The view is spectacular, hot springs total relaxation at its finest. Honestly going to be hard to return to reality after this stay. Saw many animals and birds on property including a sloth, frogs, birds, raccoons, snake. The most beautiful hotel we have ever been too. We will definitely be back!

El hotel con mas detalles que he visto. Formidable la atención, desde el bell boy hasta cocineros, ama de llaves, pasando por los chicos del pool bar, absolutamente todo el personal es increíble. Muy agradable. Impresionantes vistas del volcán y un trato inmejorable. Todo el personal ha sido superior atento y simpático.Las habitaciones muy buenas condiciones una terraza con vistas al volcán y un bañera con hidromasaje. Las piscinas del hotel una maravilla. Hay opción de hacer yoga todas las mañanas en una terraza en mitad de la selva, espectacular. Muy recomendable.
