We booked into this hotel for a 3 night stay. The staff were so welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. The room was surprisingly very big, clean and the bathroom was clean as well. The overall stay was great, confirming what other reviews have mentioned about the cleanliness on the halls: it could be improved, but the bedroom and bathroom were spotless clean when we came in. The reception area was clean and nice, the pool (inside) has no sitting area (and is not the cleanest either), we didn't get to see the roof top pool unfortunately. The breakfast, for the 14€ per person per night (it was 2 of us, 3 nights), I was expecting it to be larger than what it was, with more variety and made me a bit upset to see I have that much and got so little for the money.
Other than that, great hotel to stay in for a couple of days.

When something is not ready, can’t be open.
I visit this place for 3 nights they over cost me 160,150,140E.
No breakfast because i was lucky i heard there that is no options for this…
Very noice in the rooms and they wake me up all the mornings when i change the room it was the same.
No friendly staff i ask questions and they was rood and no way to assist me, even with the washing machine the housekeepers when i ask t assist me they was ready to kill me!
Only the reception was friendly (you are lucky).
Rest of the people are ghosts.
If the apartments are not ready why you open the place for the people?
You will destroy your name for nothing.

Run away from this hotel, it’s not even finished. It has a lot of cons. Rooms are not finished, breakfast does not have a lot of choices and it will cost you 14€ 🥶. There is no housekeeping and they say they are on the promenade but they are actually in front of the airport at the end of the promenade. The area is not great at all you will see it once arrived. Sadly we cannot post pictures otherwise you wouldn’t even think about going to this hotel. OMG a pure waste of money.
The Italian lady from the lobby is very kind, she deserve to be employee of the month.

Avoid hotel till its finished:
Pros: Very good rooms - comfortable beds and good bathrooms.
Cons: Unfinished Hotel No daily housekeeping (cant understand why). They say we are Apart Hotel and not Hotel so no housekeeping everyday. I've stayed in many serviced apartments (apart hotels) and they have daily housekeeping. And when its simply an apartment (like not a serviced apartment what you generally book on Airbnb then one can there's no daily housekeeping). And may be this was the reason why our rooms were not even ready at 3pm when we checked in as they were being cleaned!!! No Internet in rooms (unfinished hotel) No phone in the room (unfinished hotel). Unfinished bathroom (we have 2 rooms and the bathtub /shower of the other room does not have a divider/partition like ours) They charge for every facility (parking, drinking water), but conveniently dont provide basic facilities / services that they have already charged for (like wifi). Smoke alarm going off all the time. Thrice during our stay incl 1230am - People rushed off down - night duty staff in oblivion of the alarm. When it went off in the morning staff they just laughed it off as hotel not fully ready. Would recommend to avoid the hotel till it is completely finished.
