Great hotel with very helpful staff. I stayed during my 5 days to Quito and enjoyed my stay. It’s few blocks walk away to a popular area with bars and restaurants. To Historic district it’s best to take a taxi. The weather is unpredictable in May and when raining, I used the SPA facilities. They have good therapist and variety of therapeutic offering including Tibetan and Ayurvedic massages 👍 The hotel also offers taxi services and the prices are not bad as compared to the regular UBER or Yellow cabs, considering the convenience.

This was a great hotel and we enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great location, right in the middle of all action. So close to a very happening Andino Shopping Mall and very good shopping, restaurants and night life. Special shoutout to Dayra, Pedro and Daniel for all your help and friendly chats. All the security and housekeeping staff was very kind and friendly too. We were able to get cabs to get into the city and its very economical to travel in taxis. The staff suggested places to see and places for shopping and experiencing culture. They were very kind and professional. Room was spacious and clean and housekeeping was very efficient. We highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed with NH Brand around the world and they never disappoint.

This was our surprise Christmas Holidays trip (Dec 2021) and it was nothing less than fantastic!! We stayed at NH Bogota Boheme Royal, a beautiful hotel, in Zona Rosa (Zona T) with happening restaurants, cafe's, shopping, malls and nightlife! The staff at NH was excellent, very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. They did everything to make our stay very comfortable from making sure we had the room of our choice, required bedding (as we had 2 small kids), concierge service, recommending places to visit and experience the culture. They were also able to arrange a Covid test appt within the hotel instead of having us go to the Lab and wait in lines. We would like to extend our gratitude to Dayra, Pedro, Daniel and the extended staff at NH for helping make our holiday a beautiful experience during the Christmas season. They were pleasant to speak to and always had a welcoming smile. We hope to return back and we will especially visit more of South America in our upcoming trips! Words can’t describe my experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The location is superb and had everything close to it. Don’t worry about the noise of nearby bars, nightclubs, or cars honking the in your room, it’s non-existent. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Neste hotel existe uma diferença dos apartamentos final 8 dos demais. O final 8 é menor e seu banheiro é menor do que o necessário, ao usar o vaso sanitário a papeleira (papel higiênico) avança por cima de sua coxa, não consigo imaginar uma pessoa gorda usando o vaso sanitário. No mais o hotel é muito bom, bem localizado com tudo bem perto, pessoal atencioso bem limpo.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la zona T. Muy buen servicio, sin embargo creo que podría mejorar la conectividad ya que el internet es muy inestable y por otro lado, el ducto extractor en el baño llega a ser un poco ruidoso. En general muy buena experiencia en cuanto a limpieza, comodidad y atención.

Entrada bloqueada. The entrance to this hotel is blocked by a road construction for more than a block from both sides. My pregnant wife and I had to drag our luggages on top of really bad street and wooden boards to get here. The room was very small and the view was horrible. We arrived at 8pm and there was no manager to handle my situation. The staff offered me an upgrade to put me in the other NH hotel which was further 2 blocks away from my point of interest which was the Andino Shopping center. The location is perfect, but with the entrance blocked, this hotel is only good for backpackers. Definitely not worth the price, and breakfast is not included.

The main problem with the hotel is the noise with the Andres DC club next to it. It is super noisy until 2am (room 405) I would not come again because of that.
Rooms are clean but the ventilation is bad and it smells humidity. Toilets are way too close to the walls.
Breakfast is good and staff very polite and nice.

Great price & location. Staff is attentive, and make sure you include the breakfast at check-in, it’s a big meal that will leave you satisfied until late in the afternoon!
