All the staff members I came across at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was by far the most welcoming and pleasant of the NH hotels I stayed at in Colombia.
The hotel is located in a wealthy part in the south of the city. There are some shopping malls around, but most sights are quite far away (although taxis and Uber are very affordable). It has a nice pool and plenty of seats and loungers to enjoy the sunshine. The gym isn't well equipped.
The rooms are large and the beds really comfortable. The decor is dated. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water at all times.
Breakfast has a good selection and an egg station for made to order egg dishes.

Excelentes instalações, tanto para quem o usa para reuniões, capacitações, assim como, em férias.. com piscina, sauna turca, café da manhã super completo. Adorei frutas e sucos regionais, tudo de bom para turistas. Além de excelente localização: shopping/mall, casa de câmbio e supermercado por perto. Fácil acesso para se deslocar até região de Cauca, onde em breve 2018 será inaugurada a Casa de Adoração Bahá'í em Norte de Cauca, aberto a todos. Super Aprovado.

Mal servicio, la habitación el aire era más el ruido que lo que enfría, la TV no funcionaba, y solicitamos servicio y no arreglaron, además se quedó un reloj y no lo devolvieron (esto seguro personal, no culpo el hotel, pero si deben poner mas atención al personal, fue un reloj costoso). La verdad si quedamos muy decepcionados

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at NH Cali Royal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their food was amazing. Cleaning in our rooms could’ve been better but other than that everything else was great and we will definitely be staying here when we visit Cali.

Las instalaciones son antiguas el servicio es súper lento no están pendientes del usuario. Los precios son super altos para la calidad y el estado del lugar, una cerveza 17.000 pesos... Que te lleven el desayuno a las habitación 40.000 por persona me parece un descaro. En ningún nh de Bogotá manejan eso ni siquiera en el Hilton o en el clikclak que son hoteles 5 estrellas .

Fuí a desayunar hoy, fue un desayuno tipo buffet con todo los protocolos de bioseguridad que se requieren,el desayuno delicioso y recomendado, el restaurante es al aire libre y muy bonito, y el hotel en general esmuy bonito, pero lo que más llama la atención es la amabilidad de las personas que nos atendieron hoy durante el desayuno. Una linda experiencia! Seguro volveré pronto. ☀️👍

The hotel was very accommodating. Our bed was super hard the first day, when we chatted with customer service and they brought a softener for the mattress which worked just fine. Our wifi was very low since we were in the last room, they brought a device to give us wifi. No matter what the issue was, they were amazing. The food in the restaurant was unbelievable, it tasted delicious. The breakfast buffet wasn't self-serve for obvious reasons but the food and the waiters were amazing.

Great accommodating staff! Very attentive to needs. Rooms are outdated, but not expensive place to stay. Nice pool view from the junior suite.
Breakfast was just fruit, they can make eggs however you want! Fruit was fresh to say the least!
Room service was a plus , I asked for something that wasn’t on the menu and they made it fresh.
Overall ALL STAFF WERE very nice and provided great customer service.
