Muito confortável, com staff muito simpático. A localização é excelente, mesmo em frente à estação central. O pequeno almoço é bom e variado e o Wi-Fi funciona muito bem.
Hotel tranquilo, muito bem localizado, mesmo ao lado da Estação Central de Antuérpia. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis.

Stayed for our anniversary celebrations. Location was good near to station and restaurants and bars and 20 mins to the main square. Room was good size and stylish. Breakfast was very good. Found all staff very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks!
Fantástico hotel! Incrivelmente bom serviço, belos quartos, belo lobby e maravilhosamente perto da estação. O café da manhã é imperdível! Não tivemos melhor em um hotel nos últimos anos. Não só era muito extenso. Mas foi o topo de boas-vindas, o serviço no restaurante de qualidade superior e a comida maravilhosamente fresca. Além do buffet regular, ainda havia oportunidades para obter pratos frescos… bem, não poderia ser melhor. Infelizmente eu não poderia dar uma 6ª estrela para o restaurante, mas eles mereciam.Dormimos no primeiro andar, na frente do hotel, porque havíamos solicitado um quarto para deficientes, para que você possa ouvir um pouco da estação. Mas felizmente isso não foi perturbador. Todos em todos, gostaríamos de voltar aqui novamente!
We stayed in an apartment at Astrid hotel. The apartment is spacious with excellent sleeping for family of four. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Sauna was also👌 We will definitely stay there if we cross by Antwerpen again.
Just want to say, one of the best hotels I've ever used. Fast check in, amazing staff, super clean, great location, super massive breakfast. The room was massive with a lil balcony, the shower was super modern and clean. My bed was huge and super comfortable. Can't recommend enough. Also Niels (I think that's what his name was) - is an asset to the staff. As well as Fabio.
Booked this hotel for the proximity to the train station and its well equipped gym.When I arrived, there were only three free weights on the rack(one 14kg and 2- 8kgs).The rest of the weights were missing.I inquired and they initially told me that they were limiting the number of weights which made no sense.I later was told that the others were stolen.I had to walk over to a sister property to use the gym which was tiny but at least had a full stock of feee weights.Do not book if you want free weights or do weight training.

They entered my room when there was a do not disturb sign on the door and I specifically requested that I do not want cleaning in my room because I brought all my sheets and pillowcases from home due to the pandemic. They changed the sheets and changed my whole arrangement.My sheets were thrown away on the bed!Wait!As if this is not enough THEY THREW AWAY (I do not want to use the word “steal” as of yet) THE SHOPPING BAGS WITH ALL MY SHOPPING! I am 64 years old; Very rarely I have stayed at some bad hotels. This is by far THE WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed. It does not even deserve one star…
If you are looking for a great hotel to stay in Antwerp, this is it! Very nice bedrooms (standard). Great choice of breakfast with an amazing view of the square and very friendly and helpfull staff.
Surprisingly quiet despite the station across the street. Very clean and above average maintenance. Beautiful lobby with plants and flowers. Conveniently located with a slightly awkward parking garage (narrow entrance, needs validation from front desk each time out, sometimes there are room rates that include parking).
Had a great stay here room was large and well set out. Was a nice surprise having a balcony which came in hand to dry some laundry as it was a mad hot day. Breakfast is good with a wide selection to choose from buffet style. Had issues to connect PlayStation to to as remote won’t let u change source. But a quick call to hotel and someone came and sorted that issue, even though it was 1am. Level of hospitality is what I can expect from Radisson. Situated near everything great central hotel. Highly recommend
This the rare sort of hotel that encourages you to be your best self. Only negative is the gym is very limited and has nothing for back exercises. A pull up bar of some sort would be a godsend. There are no nearby gyms as an alternative so this can alienate fitness-oriented guests like myself. In fact, I chose this hotel assuming the gym would be better! Regardless, it still deserves a solid 5-star rating.
Perfect location. A 2 min walk from the station and a 20 min walk to the main square. During the walk you will pass plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel was great. Very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and so was the bed. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Very fresh including fresh pancakes.
Sin quejas en ningún sentido, solo nos hubiera gustado que alguien de recepción hablase en castellano. Pero no debe haber mucho español en Amberes.
Cheguei no hotel as 17:00 e não consegui fazer o check in, os quartos ainda não estavam prontos??!!!! Desculpe??? Então eu pago 250€ por 1 noite e só posso fazer o check-in à noite e depois tenho que fazer o check-out às 11:00. Cancelou a reserva no local e decidiu voltar para casa à noite. Serviço ridículo eles também não se importavam, não queriam conhecer nada e é por isso que tivemos algo assim, bem, não vamos gastar nosso dinheiro com isso. Nunca mais um hotel NH. Não foi possível encontrar uma desculpa, o estacionamento também estava cheio, embora eles anunciem seu próprio estacionamento em seu site. Por favor, mencione também que existem apenas 10 lugares de estacionamento em comparação com 180 quartos e que é necessária reserva antecipada. Não entendo o que é tão difícil em fornecer informações corretas em seu site, porque também escolhemos especificamente este hotel por causa de seu próprio estacionamento. A equipe é muito ruim também
Very warm welcome. We got helped with finding a parking lot in the crowded and narrow garage and our luggage from a very kind member of staff. From there, it went south though. Fridge was not working when we arrived at the room. Had to ask several times for a satisfying response. Room (premium category) was spacious and clean. However, the advertised/expected seating arrangement (sofa and lounge chair) was not there and we just got one lounge chair for three persons. After asking we got another chair that was a simple meeting chair (please check attached photo). In addition, we only got two sets of towels although we were three persons. Overall a very dissatisfying experience. We will certainly not come back.
Overall nice! But having REAL scrambled eggs at breakfast- instead of the egg soup made of powder should not be too much to ask at a 4-star hotel! Hopefully this changes in the future!
Fuimos al NH espontáneamente y nos encantó. Nos atendieron muy rápido y muy profesionalmente a pesar de mi mal inglés nos entendimos bien y el chico de recepción nos lo explicó todo con mucha paciencia y tranquilidad. Gracias! :) Después del un muy rico desayuno, hablamos con Javier (Mánager)que nos explicó cómo podíamos movernos por Amberes y llegar a los sitios de interés. Se tomó mucho tiempo y desde luego se le nota la pasión de satisfacer al cliente. Una estancia inmejorable justo al lado de la maravillosa Estación de Trenes de Amberes, ubicación fantástica para acceder a todos los rincones de la ciudad. Ambiente elegante y contemporáneo. Gran acogida en el check in, amabilidad, trato super correcto y simpatía. Recibes un trato profesional y al mismo tiempo cercano dando además solución a todas nuestras preguntas. Desayuno MARAVILLOSO a destacar, todo fresco y repuesto inmediatamente. Habitación elegante y cama muy cómoda. Me llamó la atención la calidad de las sábanas... Atención muy personalizada al cliente por parte del Manager Javier siempre atento a todas tus necesidades. Buen equipo de trabajo, bien dirigido, se nota! Como en casa. Gracias a todos y volveremos sin duda!!
We spent one night at the hotel and was a very nice experience. The room was perfectly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff has been the best part, all of them are very kind, specially Javier. We cannot forget the breakfast, everything was delicious. We'll repeat the experience!

Lindo hotel com um quarto muito agradável. Tivemos um quarto no 8º andar com um terraço privado. O quarto é bem e praticamente mobiliado com detalhes agradáveis (foto da estação no chuveiro, por exemplo). O hotel ainda não é velho e mostra, tudo está limpo e sem danos. A localização é ótima, você pode caminhar por toda parte, embora as imediações do hotel não sejam muito aconchegantes. O café da manhã é bom. Os funcionários são simpáticos e muito prestativos. Foi terrivelmente ocupado em uma noite de sábado e muitos restaurantes estavam cheios. O gerente nos ajudou e fez uma reserva para nós no restaurante Orymaz, que também foi muito bom. Realmente recomendo este hotel!

This is a hotel with a classy feel, and the employees are all very hospitable. Breakfast here is delicious and so are the cocktails. The rooms are very clean and everything you need for a great stay has been thought of by the staff. Definitely recommend staying here. A special thank you to staff member Matthias for making my stay even better pleasant.
We had an absolutely amazing time here. We had a reservation to stay overnight in a Superior room at the Park Inn by Radisson, but when we arrived it was closed for renovations and we were directed by a notice on the door to the main Radisson building.There were friendly staff at the front desk, and they helped us with finalizing the details of our reservation. We would only check-in later that day, and stored our bag in the luggage room while we explored the city.The check-in process was smooth. We received two key cards for the room, which is quite nice, gives us each freedom in making our own ways if we want.The room was a Business Class room and was great, felt quite luxurious and spacious. Very soft comfortable bed, the best best part of the room. The view outside over the square was amazing. I also enjoyed a relaxing bath in the evening.We decided to go for the breakfast option, and I would do it again. Very large eating area with everything you could want from a breakfast buffet, with good quality food - crispy bacon, creamy scrambled eggs - fruit, juices (both bottled and fresh), different pastries, cold meats, cheeses, and delicious latte's from the coffee machines.I didn't feel anxious either about corona protocols here.It was a great one night stay in Antwerp, and I would do it again for sure. Maybe then we'll also be able to make use of the other facilities like the sauna.
Estupenda elección, siempre confiamos en NH Collection cada vez que viajamos. Proximo a la estación, el centro unos 15 min andando. Limpio, contemporaneo, el desayuno delicioso (antes de la pandemia). Iba a regresar en diciembre pero he tenido que cancelar el viaje.
Nos ha gustado mucho, el precio está bien, la ubicación es perfecta, al lado de la estación de tren, cerca para ir a los lugares turísticos o monumentos. La habitación también muy bien, muy cómoda. Tiene un secador potente que es mejor que muchos otros hoteles! Lo único que ha pasado no nos ha gustado era que no nos limpio la habitación hasta las 16:00de la tarde, salimos de la habitación sobre las 10:00 de la mañana y cuando volvimos al hotel encontrábamos que la habitación sin hacer, ha sido el único fallo.
Bien, pero no lo volveríamos a elegir por estar a 20-25 mins andando del centro. Además recomendamos pagar por tener vistas a la calle, la nuestra daba a un patio interior estrecho en el que tenías q poner las cortinas simplemente por intimidad. Estuvimos en la 703 y el baño olía fatal. La recepcionista muy amable, eso sí, y la construcción del hotel muy nueva y en general de calidad. Se agradece el detalle de tener un botella de agua gratis en la habitación y una cafetera Nespresso con sus cápsulas.

Esperaba otra cosa de un hotel de cuatro estrellas de una cadena tan prestigiosa.la TV de la habitación no funcionaba. Increíble!!! Y no se extrañaron ni hicieron nada por subsanar la avería. La habitación estaba bien pero el baño totalmente obsoleto. Había que escalar la bañera para darse una ducha que por cierto inundaba el suelo del baño. El desayuno solo correcto. No creo que vuelva

Un hotel con una gran ubicación, habitaciones variadas (unas bellas y modernas, y otras algo más antiguas). La atención es cordial, y el desayuno funciona muy bien. Es un hotel para ir por trabajo, o recorrer la ciudad, más que para disfrutar de este y relajarse.

Perfecto para pasar unos días en Amberes . Si se llega en tren , la estación está a 4 minutos andando del hotel. La habitación espectacular, nos dieron otra superior al mismo precio. En la recepción muy amables y atención personalizada. El spa bien aunque yo le subiría unos grados el jacuzzi . Todo limpio , el centro histórico andando a 15/20 minutos.
Exelente hotel habitaciones mui limpias y exelente vista hacia la central de tren aparte tiene una mui buena hubicacion el servicio de restauramt es demasiado bueno siempre hay variedad de comida otro dato importante es que se hubica serca del zoologico de la ciudad mui buen lugar para descansar
