We’ve stayed here before and it still doesn’t disappoint. It’s a great location for walking around town. The Staff at the hotel are so nice and helpful. Lovely comfortable room; spacious with plenty of storage space and excellent sound-proofing. Breakfast at the hotel was really good with lots of choice. We will certainly use this hotel again if we stay in Lisbon in the future.

Hotel has amazing staff: the reception organized us a very nice surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and the breakfast personnel was always super friendly and welcoming. The location is also great, right in the center, but it wasn't too noisy. The rooftop pool and bar had amazing views, we definitely recommend! Thank you so much for everything, we loved our stay!

Slightly expensive and the rooms are a tiny bit dated, but the service was amazing and among the best I've had around the world. The entrance is a bit odd - just inside a mall - and some of the lower rooms might not have much of a view but our room had a great view of the city and out to the river too. We had a suite, which was spacious and in pretty good condition overall. Generally very quiet too. Good WiFi. Rooftop pool, bar, and sundeck are small but really nice. Location is good, and is a fifteen min walk to the heart of the city. However it is well located with much of the city walking distance away and only a 20-30 min ride (max EUR 15) by cab from the airport.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and quiet The pool and rooftop bar are a real plus. Breakfast was excellent and there were at least 6 options for gluten-free pastries. For the quality of this hotel, the price can't be beat.

Excellent service. I appreciate the friendliness and hospitality of Mr. Cruz and Ms. Paula at the breakfast. I'm surprised that they remembered us (and what the food we had the day before). They make us feel comfortable and look forward to the breakfast time every morning. Have to give 5 stars for them.
The room floor use laminate which is great for those with allergy. The noise insolation is not very good so you can hear closing door noise for next room/people speaking outside.
The a/c and fridge are very loud. If you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. If not, this is a great place to stay.

Ideally located boutique hotel on Ave Liberdade; competes well against the 4 and 5 star properties across the street. Gucci and other lux stories as well as excellent restaurants are just next door. Parking available in the Tivoli Plaza where the hotel is co-located, and room service is available. I was upgraded to a very spacious suite, and there’s a nice view from the rooftop pool, tho it wasn’t open during the off season. Staff are professional and friendly, and they made efforts to accommodate my need to extend my stay without too much disruption. I recommend it as a solid accommodation, especially for the business traveler.

La ubicación perfecta, justo enfrente parada de metro y autobuses. Muy bien comunicado. Los recepcionistas,increíblemente atentos y simpáticos. Las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas y completamente insonorizadas. Parking concertado y al precio que está el aparcamiento en la calle y en el resto de los hoteles me pareció hasta barato. El desayuno completísimo y los trabajadores que están allí en el comedor no pueden ser más amables ,simpáticos y atentos. Es como estar en familia. Enhorabuena a todo el servicio del hotel son maravillosos. Gracias por hacernos la visita a Lisboa tan cómoda. Muito obrigado.

Ficamos 7 noites no hotel. Os pontos altos são a localização, em uma avenida bonita, com lojas de grife, próximo do centro, cerca de 15 minutos a pé,próximo de restaurantes, e o conforto dos quartos, bem equipados, com bom espaço e muito bom banheiro. O pessoal da recepção e concierge são muito atenciosos. A única pequena restrição que faço é em relação à entrada do hotel, meia escondida, que quando a gente chega não dá a impressão do hotel ser bom como é. Senti também a falta de uma sala de fitness. Concluindo, recomendo este hotel, que é totalmente condizente com um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Parabéns a toda a equipe, desde a recepção, camareiras e até o restaurante... todos muito elegantes e simpatizantes. O café da manhã é sublime, minimalistas aos detalhes, apresentação, os pães todos (dezenas de tipos) crocantes e frescos, faz se ovos de acordo com o seu pedido, e muito rápidos. Sucos variados, detox, etc... quartos muito bem equipa com ótimo chuveiro, bidê, iluminação, secador de cabelo potente, kits de higiene pessoal; Quarto com cama king muito boa, máquina de cápsula de café, frigobar, Tv grande de LCD, janelas grandes, aquecedor central que funciona... tudo muito bom mesmo... ah... e maçã verde, balinha na recepção pra qdo bater uma fominha... Academia pequena mas suficiente e de ótima qualidade... tudo funciona e muito bem... com água fresca disponível todo o tempo e maçã verde também ... adorei o hotel, perfeito!!! 👍👏🏻👏🏻

Estou muito satisfeito com a minha estadia no NH Liberdade. A minha estadia foram de 15 dias em que senti-mecomo se estivesse na minha propria casa, tem uma otima localizacao, varios servicos disponiveis desde lazer a trabalho. o pessoal da recepcao, profissionais, atenciosos, e muito simpaticos, ajudaram-nos com as duvidas que tinhamos. O pequeno almoco com grande variedade de produtos e muito bom, os empregados sempre disponiveis e cuidadosos. O quarto limpinho e uma vista super agradavel, para alem da piscina que se aproveitou com esses dias de calor. Hospedei-me neste hotel durante 5 dias, tendo muita facilidade para aceder ao centro das cidades. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom, com produtos de qualidade e uma equipa muito atenciosa e fantastica. Tem um terraço com uma vista incrivel e uma boa piscina. Os quartos são super confortaveis e muito espaçosos. Adorei esta estadia e recomendo este hotel.

Amazing hotel! Super friendly staff, expecially the front of the hotel staff! Our second time in Lisbon/Portugal. Lisbon was the last part of our trip, which is like the first time, although we only spent 2 days this time compared to 5 days last time. I usually book my hotels before starting the trip but because of the pandemic, it was a different way this trip, and because of that trip was more flexible I could move days here and there for the different parts of the trip, originally was suppose to stay in Lisbon for 3-4 days but shortened it to 2 days, and just the day before we arrive we decided on NH, and it was a great choice!I am pretty glad I booked this hotel. It was a last minute choice, almost booked an Airbnb but decide on this one. Very friendly staff! From the check-in through the checkout, all was smooth and seamless. The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful, she knew were parking our car temporarily in front of the hotel, and we needed to move it or in our case we needed bring it back to the rental place since this was the last stop of or trip!The location was in Liberdade which is a good walk to all the different parts of Lisbon! The room was ok, it was kind of outdated, at least the decor but it was good, all you need is there. We did not do the breakfast, we actually stayed in anotehr NH in our trip and we did breakfast there, NH breakfasts are always reliable, but for this part we wanted to do breakfast in local restaurants. The checkout was good as well! They held our luggage while we do our last roaming around Lisbon, eating last minute Pateis de Natas and bring some home to Toronto! And then when we came back, they called a taxi for us, and even dragged our luggages to the taxi since we needed to go the washroom before leaving! Again, we got a very great welcome and goodbye from NH staff, which I think is the most important part of a hotel stay!

It is our second visit here and we do love the hotel and the service ! The check-in was easy, friendly and uncomplicated. We had a nice chat and got good recommendation from Andreia. We got a beautiful and very clean room on the 10th floor. There is everything what you except from NH ! The breakfast was as always a pleasure and we did not miss anything. The service from Rui Cruz was amazing and I loved it watching him serving everybody. To complete everything Margarida checked us out more than heartwarming. Everybody was just great !Thank you for the great time !

The Hotel is in walking distance from down town, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. The rooftop pool very relaxing and lovely view. Looked a lot bigger on the photos, but was very cosy.

Stunning rooftop views with cocktail bar and pool, extra attentive staff, close to the city centre and only a 15 min drive from the airport. The room was also modern and comfortable with a good overhead shower with good pressure. We travelled through Portugal, Spain and Gibraltar for 2 weeks, all the while staying at 4 star hotels, and this was by far the highlight.
Thanks again to the hotel staff for surprising us with a birthday care package and making our stay even more memorable! Alyssa and Jared.

After paying more than €250 for two nights for a “Terrace suite”, our tiny balcony faced into an industrial courtyard with four walls and zero view. The room was soulless. Some art, and architectural feature or even a plant would have helped. The staff, while clearly trained on security and COVID processes could do with some training on civility and service. Extremely disappointing.

Business hotel with little love. The free hotel wifi is just enough for emails and messages (come on guys, it's 2021!), breakfast is just mediocre (you cannot drink the coffee) and the rooms are simply furnished without love - they did not even have enough money for a single picture on the wall in a suite. There is dozens of boutique hotels for the same price in the area or spend a little more and go to one of the top hotels.

O Hotel está muito bem organizado com as novas medidas anti-Covid, o serviço de pequeno-almoço como as refeições são servidas em formato Room-service e são rápidos a entregar no quarto. O quarto é super confortavel, limpo e têm umas exceletes areas. O Hotel está no centro da cidade e temos o metro mesmo à porta do hotel.

Fue una de nuestras paradas en nuestro viaje de novios a Portugal. Pedimos una habitación con vistas,y desde la amplia terraza de nuestra habitación teníamos una maravillosa panorámica de la zona céntrica de Lisboa,el Arco del Triunfo,la Catedral....La ubicación es perfecta.Todo muy limpio. Y el personal muy atento y encantador,sobre todo una chica en recepción,Yasmine,que se desvivio siempre en informarme y orientarme sobre la ciudad,y siempre con una sonrisa y amabilidad maravillosa.Volveremos.
