Hotel con estacionamiento alejado del ruido de la ciudad, personal amable y atento. Además posee un rico menú muy variado y sabrosa cada una de sus preparaciones y a un muy precio. La piscina tiene una hermosa vista al mar y buenas habitaciones.

Very rude, not sensitive and completely out of line staff!!! they were really unwilling to help and made me and my very sick companion stay very uncomfortable. I will never go back and definitely, do not recommend this hotel for people who are looking for peace and chill vacation away from everything.

Just back from NH Iquique. What a lovely medium sized hotel, lovely view from the front of the hotel and pool. Excellent breakfast and good lunches and dinners. By Chilean standards, service is EXCELLENT. A small but adequate gym. Not central so you need a car to go to the Centre. Great rooms and bathrooms with walk in showers. The service in the restaurant really deserves special mention, a small but efficient staff with quick and friendly service. And good food. The waiter was so attentive he passed a glass of water to somebody who was coughing (without being asked for it). Reasonable value for money too.

Location was great. The grounds were nice with a great view of the ocean. We aren't the type to lay around on a beach, and if you are it might not be a good choice. Website says 10 min walk to beach, but it is probably double that. Would have given them 5 stars if they had kept the water level full and cleaned the jacuzzi better; and if the daily breakfast buffet wasn't so RIDICULOUSLY expensive.

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was helpful and several spoke English well. The pool and view were delightful. Location is convenient for shopping. The best beach in Iquique is not within walking distance.
