Uma estadia muito agradável com os quartos sempre bem conservados. O pessoal é muito simpático e cortês. Sem esquecer que há uma relação preço / desempenho bastante razoável para Berlim. Gostei muito de estar aqui durante a minha viagem de negócios e gosto de voltar sempre.

I am really fussy when it comes to hotels, but this place ticked all the right boxes. The rooms are funky, super clean and the beds are soooo comfortable. Noise-wise, apart from doors slamming (typical in all hotels due to fire regulations), the place is pretty quiet. The tea and coffee in the room was a real bonus, and the cleaning lady was so sweet. It is close to the bus, and the U-bahn is around 15 minutes on foot. Definitely a place I will return to next time I am in Berlin.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We booked the hotel in march 2020, but due to the Corona virus everything got cancelled. Understandably of course. We received an email that we were granted a gift voucher which we could use in the future. Also very kind, but then... I never received anything. No gift voucher, nothing. And when I emailed them about it I received nothing in return. I will say, not once, but in the past 18 months I have been sending about a dozen emails. To basicly every contactinformation out there. Nobody answers anything, ever! This is not how you treat your cliënts, it is absolutely ridiculous. Have the respect to answer back instead of ignoring them until they are just fed up with it and you do not have to hand out a gift card to somebody who already paid in the first place!

As an ex Berliner I chose to stay in a different area then I used to live or normally would have chosen. And I was happy surprised. Great value for your money. Lots of places to wander or bike. Enough places around to eat and buy groceries. Easy access to public transport. The area is very green and discoverable. Tiergarten is close by on a nice walking distance.As for the rooms: Rooms are clean. Enough room. Good desk and chair to work. Contains a safe.Unfortunately no fridge to keep your groceries cold. Bathroom has clean towels and hygenie set with some ear cleaners. There is hand/shower/body wash. Toiletries like body lotion, conditioner and shower cap are missing from the assortment.I was situated in the top floor. The air was rather dry and the only way it was bareable was to turn on the AC. I get sick from AC so it was not an ideal situation for me.Staff: Staff was friendly and helpful

Great place located close to a lot of public transport options, which makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff is super nice and helpful, and any problems with the room were resolved quickly and without any unnecessary formalities. Would 100% recommend, especially for such a great price!

Hotel bom, quente e bem aconchegante. Atendentes super prestativos e dominam bem o inglês. Café da manhã estupendo, variedades de iogurte, com bacon, ovos, salsicha, pães variados, café, suco, leite, dentre outras coisas. Valor razoável para um café bem reforçado. Duas observações apenas: 1. Faltou shampoo para o corpo e 2. cama me judiou um pouco. Na primeira noite acordei todo moído. Mas depois resolveram.

Muy buen hotel, bien ubicado. Solo que tuvimos un problema con el barman que fue muy desagradable, Le pedimos de favor que nos guardará en el frigorífico la comida de nuestro bebé que sólo era un Tupper pequeñito y se negó de forma poco amable, por lo demás muy bien. Excelente el calienta aguas y el té y café de cortesía en la habitación

Buen hotel, habitaciones amplias y limpias. Lo único malo son las cabeceras demasiado finas y queno usen sábanas solo un nórdico para taparte que acabas perdiendo.

Es un hotel con las habitaciones correctas y limpias. No me ha gustado que no tienen bar donde tomar algo por la noche, tienes que buscar opciones en la calle y las hay. Está bastante alejado de todo, incluso de transporte público. A su favor está que ofrecen manzanas gratis y bollos, en su contra los bollos no están protegidos...(moscas).

Es un 4 estrellas. Todo limpio y ordenado. Te dejan calentador de agua, café y té en saquitos, tazas.. Muy cómodo. Alejado del centro pero próximo al tren que te conecta con todo. Volvería!

Muy buen hotel con buena ubicación ya que tienes dos paradas de buses a menos de 700 metros. El buffet de desayuno genial y la habitación muy bien. El internet a veces iba lento pero no se ha cortado nunca. Todo muy limpio y muy buen ambiente.

Relación calidad precio muy buena. El personal de recepción muy amable y atenta. (Llegamos antes de la hora prevista y nos dejaron subir antes a la habitación, fueron atentos en todo momento, aparte de destacar la amabalidad desde el primer momento). Muy satisfecho con el servicio. 10/10
