Ambiente acolhedor, limpo e com ótimo atendimento. Próximo do centro super tranquilo ir caminhando! Quarto com aquecedor que fez a diferença na noite. Foi uma ótima experiência com certeza volto.

Serve muito mais do que o seu propósito... como já seria de esperar pessoal muito simpático (o que já é habitual aqui na Cidade), e arrisco dizer que tem o melhor preço alguma vez visto, e atenção dispoem ainda de Wireless,Pc's com Internet, Cozinha, WC's com duches de agua quente, tudo de GRAÇA! Altamente Recomendável para quem quer basicamente um local para passar a noite

Espaço limpo, cozinha equipada, o quarto partilhada era bastante silencioso. Para quem quer economizar e não se importa em partilhar espaço, está ótimo :)

Classifico com 1 estrela pois a organização e a comunicação dos trabalhadores é relativamente má. Não sabe como lidar/falar com os clientes. Fomos "obrigados" a pagar mais quando chegamos. Um colega nosso foi obrigado a mudar de quarto, enfim cada dia que iamos era algum problema. De resto, tenho a dizer as instalações eram razoáveis.

- Funcionários rudes e com pouca formação; - Mudança de quarto sem aviso prévio após estar hospedado há mais de 24 horas;Os pontos positivos do Hostel desfazem-se devido aos erros crassos que os funcionários cometeram. Após o pagamento e uma noite de sono, o meu grupo estava de saída para um passeio quando um dos funcionários nos abordou de forma abrupta afirmando que faltava um montante X€ a pagar. Que surpresa inesperada. Deixou o grupo todo de mau humor mas lá resolvemos o assunto. A culpa não teria sido do mesmo mas sim da pessoa que nos recebeu. Supostamente teria pouca experiência,sendo esta a desculpa. Questiono-me como é que deixam um "estagiário" inexperiente sozinho e sem meios de apoio. Algo que deixou-me indignado foi a mudança de quarto (O meu era separado do resto do grupo pois supostamente "não havia" mais camas). Por acaso não estava no local quando tal se sucedeu. Passara a noite em Braga. Um elemento do grupo que vivenciou, contou-me. Este foi "obrigado" a retirar os meus pertences só que desconhecia o facto que a maior parte das coisas estavam no cacife fornecido e quem tinha as chaves era eu. Ele tirou apenas o que estava á vista e felizmente não deixou nada para trás. Cheguei ao Hostel por volta do 12h já com o conhecimento do que se teria passado. Abordei um dos funcionários para retirar o resto dos meus pertences sem querer chatear-me com a situação da mudança; RECUSOU! Já teriam metido um grupo que se privara do quarto! (Rídiculo) Quase que me coloquei de joelhos, estive perto de chamar a polícia mas mesmo relutantes cederam e novamente resolvemos a situação.Resumindo, tenho lido comentários muito positivos acerca do Hostel e infelizmente não pude classificar com uma nota positiva pois eu e o meu grupo fomos tratados de forma negligente. Obrigado por terem lido e espero que não tenham passado ou passem pelo mesmo.

Fantástico! Bastante limpo e arrumado, tanto os quartos como a casa de banho, a cozinha com tudo o que era necessário, todos simpáticos com os hóspedes! Gostei bastante! Tem um pingo doce a 5min a pé, e é relativamente perto de todos os sítios que queríamos ir! Se voltar ao porto decididamente irei ficar aqui!

This one star review is for the 2 female staff. Especially the extra loud one with short hair who talks really loud, leaves her bags lying around the lounge area floor, or thrown on the sofas so we can't use them, leaves her cups and plates around and ignores the guests. The other lady is really loud too. They just hang around the lounge area talking loudly and none of the guests can use the lounge area to relax. They treat it like their own house and ignore the real guests and we cannot relax in the space we pay for. To both of you also turn your dam phones down and stop sitting around the guest space watching video clips on your phone with the volume high. This is our home to!!!!!! Go to your own home if your job is done for the day. It doesn't take three staff to do the job after everyone is checked in.
I wouldn't come here again because there would be nowhere to relax and get peace and quiet.
Place is nice, just the lady staff need a reality and attitude and awareness check. Guests first!!! This.is a business not your house.

Maravilloso. He estado una noche solamente y repetiré sin duda. La ubicación está bien porque Oporto no es una ciudad muy grande. Las habitaciones son de 4 o de 6, creo, en cada una hay un baño privado y un balcón con vistas. En cada planta hay dos baños más por si el privado está ocupado. Se respeta la norma de no hacer ruido por la noche, es bastante tranquilo. Al lado de la cama hay un enchufe para cargar el móvil o lo que necesites, los trabajadores son muy majos y es facilísimo hacer amigos! Hay que dejar un depósito de 5€ por las llaves de la habitación y 2€/noche del impuesto municipal. Lo recomiendo mucho si viajáis solos o con amigos, es genial!

Overall our stay was so good! Only thing to mention was that the garbage wasn’t cleaned after previous guests and kitchen was also so messy! I guess it was due to guests as well but maybe it needs a bit more attention. We had the whole room to ourselves, a nice balcony and private bathroom. It was super comfy.
The building is so beautiful, with wooden floors, rustic and antique, aesthetically pleasing and it makes you feel as a part of oporto. The two staff I met were super friendly, nice and helpful ♥️

El edificio es viejo sin embargo esta en buen estado, es limpio, puedes cocinar y el staff es muy amable y te ayudan en todo, es fácil llegar y cerca encuentras varios cafes y supermercados

Me hospede en una habitación mixta de 8 camas que tenía baño y a su vez en el pasillo había otros dos más. La limpieza estaba OK, la cocina super equipada y unos espacios comunes bien acogedores. La atención de Thiago fue excelente. Siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo.

Its loud and old there. I was shared the room with very drunk guy which alwats leaves the balcony door open. The dekkerbed is too low there and shower isn't convenient in the room. The location is very good in center of town with extremely cheap price and super friendly receptionist ladies!I feel they could match better people in the room concerening security issue. But again, its cheap and its hostel so it qas the risk I was willing to take anyway!

I have spent 3 nights with friends in hostel O2. We really enjoed our time being there. Good location (close to city center and supermarket), friendly people and service personal( the girl on the reception - Anne, met us very friendly :) ). We were hanging out in the hall close to kitchen with international communities. Highly recommend all of you to spend some time there.

Edificio muy viejo. Pero sin perjuicio de ello, está descuidado. El piso rechina demasiado cuando alguien se acerca a la habitación, por lo que no se hace muy cómodo dormir tranquilo. Deberían renovar los colchones y las almohadas que ya están finitas

Personal y lugar muy agradable y acogedor. Por el precio, se obtiene mucho más de lo que se espera. Es un lugar para pasar varios días. Las habitaciones son las típicas de un albergue y la zona de estar es muy buena. El edificio es antiguo por lo que hay que tener cuidado pero crea un ambiente de compañerismo y familiaridad

Great price and facilities as well as a cool garden. Great tips from the host and free lockers with keys. Really close to an Aldi for late food runs and a nice walk into the city, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Really beautiful hostel, rustic and lush greenery sets a really quaint aesthetics. Get to know the staff, every single one is really friendly and keen on helping you make your Porto experience special. Hostel attracts a really friendly crowd of people who are generally respectful. Don't hesitate to spend all day enjoying the air in the garden outside. Facilities are really clean and there's enough bathrooms - hard to come by apparently.
