When I addressed the issue they told me that the maintenance is not working during weekends hance I need to wait untill Monday.

Good hotel, with good breakfast! If you forgot anything, the hotel is literally having everything you need! Good walking distance to the city. A good place for when you just stay for exploring the city, views from the room are not always the best! But overall a very good hotel!

Luxuosamente mobiliados, as instalações e suprimentos dos quartos são muito completos, mesmo com uma máquina de café com cápsulas. Embora não seja no centro da cidade, existem metrôs e paradas de ônibus nas proximidades, e o ponto de ônibus para a cidade de ck também fica próximo.

Esta foi uma escolha espontânea e não tínhamos ideia do que esperar. Foi uma boa 30-45 min do aeroporto, por isso, se você está procurando algo próximo, isto pode não ser. No entanto, foi mais perto do metro local, onde você pode ir para a cidade em 20 min. A equipe na recepção foi realmente amistosa, e os quartos foram espaçosos. Havia um esquema de cores muito estranho acontecendo, mais uma vez o valor pelo dinheiro estava na linha. O lobby do andar de baixo foi um excelente espaço para passar as suas noites, se você estava comendo, mas apenas no caminho, você também tem uma variedade de restaurantes diferentes e um grande shopping center. Geral gostaria de dizer que seria uma ótima escolha para viajantes frequentes para a cidade, mas também oferece uma atmosfera tranqüila à noite. Opção Decente!

Nos gustó mucho el hotel. Está un poco retirado del centro pero eso le hace más tranquilo. Está muy cerca del metro y no se tarda nada en llegar al centro. Además hay personal que habla español y eso es un plus.

En general hotel es bueno. Solo tengo dos reclamos. Primera es aire acondicionado que se prende solo asi que siempre en habitación fui bastante frío y segunda secador para pelo no corresponde a hotel de 4 estrellas, más corresponde a un motel.

El trato recibido tras un incidente, muy malo. Ser justo no es tratar a todo el mundo igual sino adecuarse a las circunstancias de las personas. Todo el mundo fue invitado a cenar para compensar un incidente. Sin embargo, los huéspedes que habíamos pagado la cena no recibimos ningún tipo de compensación. Además, no contestan los correos en los que les pregunto por esta cuestión. LAMENTABLE

This was a spontaneous choice and we had no idea what to expect. It was a good 30-45 min from the airport, so if your looking for something close, this may not be it. It was however closer to the local metro, where you could head into the city in 20 min. The staff at reception were really friendly, and the rooms were spacious. There was a very weird colour scheme going on, yet again the value for money was in line. The downstairs lobby was a great space to spend your evenings if you were eating in, but just down the road you also have a range of different restaurants and a big mall. Overall I would say this would be a great choice for frequent travellers to the city, yet it also provides a peaceful atmosphere in the evenings. Decent Option!

Great hotel not far from the next subway station (5-10 minutes of waking). Hotel is clean and modern. There is great and fast free wifi available and even a garage for the guest to park the car safely. Only problem is even if the room includes sauna you have to pay extra for it. That's a bit of a pitty. Nevertheless you get a free donut and a free tea or hot chocolate!

I love the rooms, the breakfast and most of all the friendly staff! The room was nice and clean. The bed is good and is equiped with a set of pillows: thick or thin, big or small, one will suit your taste for sure! The bathroom has a rea bath, not just a shower - i love that too! You are welcomed with a complementary drink at arrival and a discount coupon for the bar. Reception is very friendly, fun and talkative if you have time and very fast if you are in a hurry. The breakfast is great, nice selection, fresh.
