Pessoal simpático e boa localização junto à avenida. Os quartos são bastante pequenos e antigos e o chuveiro não tem cortina de vidro. Em geral ok para dormir, mas é isso.

Personal amable y buena ubicación al lado del bulevar. Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas y viejas y la ducha no tiene cortina de vidrio. En general, está bien para dormir, pero eso es todo.

Friendly staff and good location next to the boulevard. The rooms are quite small and old and the shower has no glass/curtain. Overall ok to sleep but that is it.

Hotel antiguo renovado solo en las puertas, baño sucio compramos chanclas para poder tomar una ducha, aire acondicionado viejo ruidoso, las toallas en el baño son cómodas para papel de lija, y muchos más negativos .......... ...

Antigo hotel reformado apenas nas portas, banheiro sujo compramos chinelos para que possamos tomar um banho, ar condicionado antigo barulhento, as toalhas no banheiro são confortáveis para lixar, e muitos mais negativos .......... ...

Alfombras enmohecidas, mantas en el hedor como para el baño .... junto a la ducha inexistente sobresalían unos cables. Toma y al hedor ya existente se le agregó la boha de su lavado. Los que van a pernoctar. hoteles de la ciudad que respeten claramente al cliente. El tipo que lo ha convertido en un depredador para los que no lo conocen ...

Tapetes mofados, mantas no fedor como no banheiro .... ao lado do chuveiro inexistente alguns cabos se projetavam.O pessoal de comportamento péssimo e o tipo na recepção trocam de tomada e ao fedor já existente foi adicionado a boha da sua lavagem. I have had fond memories of the Oceanis Hotel for many a year now, having met my first wife there, and enjoying the comforts of a very quaint and cosy room which provided me a very fine opportunity to pursue my up and coming writing career, of which I am a poet by trade, having been influenced by the local culture, and making my mark on the local literary scene, Thessaloniki being the place where it all began for me, and living in the Oceanis Hotel from time to time, my thoughts forever in that time and place, and thankful for having had such a wonderful experience in that particular period of my life. Long Live the Ancient Dreams!

Very poor hotel. It was totally disaster staying there. Every thing was very old and out of date. Rooms ,toilette was not clean as we expected. Toilette was without window and without aspiration system. It smells very dirty all the time. Sheets and pillow case not changed. The reception does not speak English language only 5 or 6 words.The price was very expensive for what this so-called hotel.Breakfast was very very poor and we have to pay 5 Euro per person so we preferred to had breakfast outside. No parking. We were trying to find any space for parking in the street near hotel.We are trying to forget as soon as possible this bad experience.

Tiny little hotel with a nice view. Breakfast was tasty and the room was clean. Just the shower was small and had no curtain. I would choose it again. Also a good location for a lot of night entertainment. But it is not loud in he evening.

We shared a double room with a balcony. It's not a luxury hotel, true, but also not as is presented here in other reviews. For its two stars, the hotel manages well and scores. The room wasn't big, but not so small as not to fit two persons. It was very clean, the bedsheets washed and crispy ironed. Bathroom is equipped with shower, clean, but could use a shower curtain. Room has TV and air-conditioning. The minus point is in its location. It is in the city, but not in the center. There is a frequent bus, but calculate around half an hour trip to the center.
