The hot tub didn’t work. We asked for a refund. They made a decision at 11PM to accept and kicked us out at the middle of the night.
Do not go there expecting a fair service, they charge way more then hotels but can’t match the offer

The hotel is in a perfect location,next to Knez Mihajlova(20 meters) and Kalemegdan and Trg Republike.You have the opportunity for parking in a garage near the hotel.The rooms are modern arranged,every detail has been taken care of.Staff is kind and will help you in every way.I will not look for anothet hotel when I stay in Belgrade.

We had a really good time here on the end of August. We were there for the First time. It is in the strict center, in a very good location. The staff is amazing and helpful. Very clean. We will get here next year I’m sure.

¡Mi estadÃa aquà fue increÃble! Personal servicial y gran habitación, y la ubicación del hotel era perfecta. Wifi súper rápido. Smart TV moderna, perfecta y agua caliente en la ducha. lo único que era un poco molesto era la música que venÃa del pasillo. PodÃa oÃrlo demasiado durante la noche. Sin embargo, definitivamente vale la pena el dinero, y me quedarÃa aquà de nuevo.

Minha estadia aqui foi incrÃvel! Equipe prestativa e grande sala, e a localização do hotel era perfeita. Wifi super rápido. Smart TV moderna, perfeita e com água quente no chuveiro. a única coisa que era um pouco irritante era a música que vinha do corredor. Eu podia ouvir um pouco demais durante a noite. Definitivamente vale a pena o dinheiro gasto, e eu ficaria aqui novamente.

My stay here was amazing! Helpful staff and great room, and the location of the hotel was perfect. Super fast wifi. Modern smart TV, perfect and hot water in the shower. the only thing that was slightly annoying was the music coming from the corridor. I could hear it a bit too much during the night. Definitely worth the money though, and I would stay here again.

Excelente ubicación en el centro del casco antiguo. Cerca hay muchos cafés para todos los gustos. Personal amable, inglés fluido. Las habitaciones están decoradas en estilo loft. Se ven elegantes e inusuales. Además, el interior está pensado hasta el más mÃnimo detalle. No nos arrepentimos en absoluto de haber elegido este hotel en particular, y no un hotel de cadena grande.

Excelente localização no centro da cidade velha. Nas proximidades existem muitos cafés para todos os gostos. Equipe amigável, inglês fluente. Os quartos são decorados em estilo loft. Eles parecem elegantes e incomuns. Além disso, o interior é pensado ao mais Ãnfimo pormenor. Não nos arrependemos de ter escolhido este hotel em particular, e não um hotel de grande rede.
