Os quartos são pequenos e a casa de banho minúscula. Não têmtelevisão ,inadmissível, A resposta que me deram foi que "não é preciso pois a maioria dos hóspedes são estrangeiros e a nossa televisão não se interessam ". Nós os portugueses que se lixem. A cama Boa e a limpeza 5*.

La verdad que parece muy bonita la habitación pero no había mantas, olía a humedad por ser un sótano, no habían almohadas, eran 2 cojines con apenas relleno, y la sábana bajera era una sábana que le quedaba pequeña y se salía todo el rato. Además de que no ha habido nadie en la recepción en casi 3 días que hemos estado allí, a ninguna hora. El baño estaba nuevo y no pilla mal de zona ni muy alto de precio, es lo único que se salva.

I stayed in the property Oporto Cosy Room 8 with a friend of mine.
Sadly, our experience was pretty bad. The room was very dirty and not maintained at all. There were contact lenses stuck on the bedside table,
some trash in a wooden tissue box.
Under our bed we found a lot of hair and dust from other guests, which made us wonder if someone actually changes the sheets.
The whole house smells of mold and we wondered where it came from. The bathroom smells like the inside of a drain and the shower curtains seem also like they need a good wash.
We had a pretty bad experience and feel honestly a litte scammed.

Regarding Room #1
We expected a bit better conditions.
(Reviews on Airbnb and GuestReady are not accurate.)
The place is close to one of the Metro lines.
Unfortunately it is on top of a hill where we have to walk to after the end of each day.
The check in was fine as well as the cleanliness of the room.
But everything smells or is damp from not enough ventilation.
It looks like some improvements were attempted by adding a fan.
However , the windows cannot be open at night as every car ( plus loud bikes ) and person can be heard while passing by. (We had videos but can't upload them to Google Maps' reviews.)
Information about having a room in the basement has to be added as we expected a ground or higher level floor from the photos.
Also there is no understanding of why there is tea, coffee and suger packets when arriving, while there is no kitchen, kettle or fridge to use with these welcoming gifts.
We tried to enjoy the apartment , by attempting to improve the situation through humor to a bad situation, but every morning we woke up in a damp room with clothes smelling like mold.
I really hope there is a solution to this problem as it could have been a nice experience in Porto by coming back to a relaxing room filled with every basic need.

A nao repetir! Incrivel que a Booking.com negocie com tao baixo nivel. Todos os comentários negativos sao colocados no fim e sim, totalmente horrivel. Desde total ausência de recepção, nao respondendo aos Emails. Um rolo de papel higiénico para 3 noites, 2 pessoas. Falta de toalhas q nunca foram substituidas. Sem sabonete ou Creme de Duche. Banheira desnivelada, com calcário e entupida...uma pura catástrofe! O lixo do quarto q colocamos fora, no Hall, nunca foi retirado. A porta do quarto nao fechava sem ser com a chave, a fechadura danificada. Na verdade um lugar destes nem deveria ser permitido abrir. Uma vergonha para quem fica nessa maravilhosa cidade😡😡. E pensar que o gerente é Suiço...Pena que nao fiz foto do seu nome e endereço para tambêm poder aqui mostrar. @Booking.com:retire este local do vosso catálogo.

Reasonable accommodation to stay during a visit to Porto. Within walking distance of the harbor and many other attractions. We were told that the hotel will be restored. Price quality was fine with us. The hotel has a 24h reception.

Pongo una estrella por q si no no podrÍa escribir , pero le pongo menos 5⭐️ . el hotel fantasma deberÍan ponerle no hay ningÚntipo de personal para atendertodo lo q pone en la descripciÓn es mentira , no hay ni televisiÓn. el baÑo viejo y descuidado los colchones horrorosos incÓmodos viejos las almohadas mÁs de lo mismo .conclusiÓn no recomiendo para nada ese “hotel” por decirle de alguna manera .

A minha experiência tem 4 anos, mas enquanto lá estive fui muito bem recebido e foi a minha base para descobrir o Porto. Quartos asseados e com condições. Não estando na loucura do centro, está bem no meio da cidade e permite ter a experiência da mesma.A ideia de termos bicicletas alugadas é excelente. Recordo como desci pelo casco velho e cheguei à casa da Música e Boavista, acabando a comer um peixe grelhado em Matosinhos! Pude ver e experienciar o Porto.

Básico y suficienfe. No tiene calefacción, así que le pedimos una manta a mayores para la cama y no hubo problema. Si fuera en invierno e hiciera mas frio…. lo habríamos pasado un poco mal. La decoración muy bonita.

No tienen recepcion 24H como dicen. Alegan que solo pueden estar 1h y media por el Covid-19 y por culpa de eso no pudimos dejar equipaje en cosigna. Y la habitacion que nos dieron estaba en el sotano y olia a alcantarilla. Las ventanas daban a la acera de la calle y no podias dejarlas abiertas.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Recomendable la habitacion para dos con balcón, decorada con mucho gusto. Personal muy amable y atento. La única pega el sonido del timbre. Repetiremos!

Personal muy amable que, al llegar, te explica muy bien todo lo que debes visitar, dónde comer, etc.La habitación es grande y no está mal, aunque no tiene muchos enchufes, es silencioso pero el baño es muy muy antiguo y pequeño. Tampoco hay televisión en la habitación. Está a unos 15 minutos de la Plaza de la Libertad, sitio de dónde salen muchos free tour. OJO CON LAS CUESTAS, para llegar al hotel hay que subir alguna interesante.

A mi habitación se le caía la pintura. No teníamos enchufes más que para una estufa. El baño muy viejo. Sin ventanas para ventilar, solo una a las escaleras del propio edificio. Cuando entraron a limpiar dejaron la ventana abierta y nuestra habitación disponible para ser robada por cualquiera. No repetiría... Ademas el parking se comparte con una discoteca y cuando quieres aparcar está todo lleno de coches y de borrachos!

Our room was great and staff is very friendly. Close to the city center, easy to go there as it's downhill but you have to come back uphill :) Rooms could have a bit more stuff (hair dryer, mini fridge or at least some kitchenware).

Rooms are big and spacious, bathroom rather small, still big enough to shower and stuff with my 1,90 and rather wide dimensions. Both are very clean and comfortable though. Our room had a window to the backyard and a small terrace.
It was easy to reach most of the tourist attractions on foot, and also to get back in the evening on foot. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel though.
Mattresses are a bit on the hard side, but I like that.
I take off one star because the room on the ground level where we stayed was quite eary. You could hear people walking and ringing the doorbell and so on. But you get the terrace in return and no street noise. We also didn't wake up because of that.
Overall very good value on the hotel. Would stay again.

Quiet, clean, charming, friendly...all recommended. Thiago and his team will take care of you. Not a centric location but after so much Porto wine and delicious food, you anyway need to take a walk and burn all that calories so no complains about the location :)

Most of the rooms are facing the street where continious noise coming from. Also the doors and windows are not isolating it or any heat. However the rooms are nice, the receptionists are extremely nice and helpful.

Budget accommodation: don't expect fully renovated bathrooms, lifts and other amenities. Nevertheless, the two-story building is full of charme, staff is thoughtful, beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are tidy. The hotel is not far from downtown but it sits on top of a hill and you may get lazy with the climb. Consider riding bus number 302 or uber.
