We stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. To begin with the resort had a separate waiting lounge at the airport till the time the speed boat arrived to pick us up. We loved how everybody in the staff welcomed us with champagne when we got down. Our butler Simah was so helpful and he had made all reservations for us in advance. He also helped me plan a surprise for my husband which was executed wonderfully.We stayed at the water villa with the private pool which was completely worth the extra money. We used the private pool daily. The room was spacious and even the dressing area was amazing.The best thing about Ozen life Maadhoo is the food. My husband and I are vegetarians and initially we thought that food options could be limited, but there wasn’t a single day when we didn’t enjoy the food. Alcohol quality was also very premium and top notch. Plan in advance to enjoy all the restaurants during your stay especially M6m the underwater restaurant (during lunch hour). We saw so many sharks in M6m. I especially loved the gin bar.There are so many spots on the island which my husband and I enjoyed - the area near the RAW bar, the Ozen swing along the beach, the infinity pool.The staff here is incredible, friendly and hardworking.Everything at the resort is perfect. We chose the all inclusive plan and there weren’t any hidden costs at all. We had an absolutely amazing time here. No regrets.Special shout-out to Simah, Sheeshkanth, Pranjal, Tyagi Karanveer and Pooja for making us comfortable.
Estas são as Maldivas que eu passei por Corona. Fiquei satisfeito com as instalações, a lagoa e o serviço. Poder ir diretamente de Malé para uma lancha sem pegar um hidroavião era uma grande vantagem.
Viajamos para Ozen Life com nossos dois filhos pequenos, hospedados em uma villa familiar Terra com uma linda piscina na praia, sem dúvida esse foi o ponto alto de nossas férias, as crianças podendo brincar na praia e na piscina todos os dias com as ondas ao fundo e a brisa a manter-nos relativamente frescos era o ideal.Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, amáveis e atenciosos durante a nossa estadia, especialmente o nosso mordomo Forty e os funcionários que nos conduziram em buggies que as crianças muito apreciaram. Ficando uma semana, eu me perguntava se haveria o suficiente para nos manter ocupados, mas o cruzeiro ao pôr do sol, os vouchers para pesca e spa significavam que havia uma atividade a cada dia. A comida era boa em todos os restaurantes, mas o destaque, tanto em termos de sabor como de experiência, era o restaurante subaquático que era simplesmente excelente.Os tratamentos de spa foram excelentes e destaque recomendado.O quarto foi mantido impecavelmente limpo pelo nosso excelente atendente. Era confortável e especioso para a nossa família, com todas as comodidades necessárias. O mini-bar gratuito foi mantido cheio e tudo o que precisávamos foi fornecido rapidamente.Houve espaço para melhorias, sim, eu destacaria:- a experiência de chegada, a equipe foi excelente, mas o lounge era apertado e nada como o lounge fornecido durante uma viagem anterior às Maldivas. Vamos começar com o fato de que se você voltar para as Maldivas é apenas para este hotel. Wow hotel Excelente comida a alto nível Variedade e deliciosa que inclui pratos de todos os estilos. Uau, nossa, que lugar perfeito ... Um paraíso de sonho e férias em família .... Um hotel de alto padrão em todas as áreas. Um hotel perfeito e especial com tudo incluído cuida de tudo para você do início ao fim. Cuidado dedicado, pessoal e especial desde o momento da saída do aeroporto até ao regresso ao aeroporto. Um lugar de tirar o fôlego e impressionante em sua beleza, com vistas incríveis em todas as direções. Depois de deixar o campo imediatamente pegue sua bagagem e malas e traslado para seu lounge no campo, e de lá depois de alguns mimos levá-lo ao seu barco impressionante para o hotel, cruzeiro de 45 minutos, na chegada recebê-lo com uma recepção impressionante e levá-lo ao seu quarto escolhido, escolhemos um quarto sobre a água com piscina Um quarto de sonho mesmo. Nós também fomos levados para um cruzeiro de pesca e cruzeiro de observação de golfinhos. Uma das coisas mais importantes para mim é que todo o lugar (toda a ilha) não tinha mosquito, mosca ou qualquer outra coisa que incomode a natureza e os hotéis de luxo. 1. I was very satisfied with the beautiful scenery and excellent accommodation2. Each room has its own charm, but personally, I really liked Wind Villas with Pool. Water cooling was available right in front of the room, and the private pool was very well used.3. All the staff are friendly. In particular, my butler, Barri, and VAISHI, who was in charge of the room, were the best. They provided the best service during our stay in Ozen Madhu.
We travelled to Ozen Life with our two small children, staying in a family Earth Villa with a beautiful pool right on the beach, undoubtedly this was the highlight of our holiday, the children being able to play on the beach and in the pool each day with the waves in the background and the breeze keeping us relatively cool was ideal. Staff were very friendly, kind and caring throughout our stay, especially our butler Forty and the staff who drove us around on buggies which the children really appreciated. Staying a week I wondered whether there would be enough to keep us occupied but the inclusive sunset cruise, fishing and spa vouchers meant that there was an activity each day. Food was good in all of the restaurants but the standout, both in terms of taste and experience, was the underwater restaurant which was simply outstanding. The spa treatments were outstanding and highlight recommended. The room was kept spotlessly clean by our excellent room attendant. It was comfortable and specious for our family with all the required amenities. The free mini-bar was kept filled and anything we needed was quickly provided. Was there room for improvement, yes, I would highlight: - the arrival experience, the staff were excellent but the lounge was cramped and nothing like the lounge provided during a previous trip to the Maldives. Fortunately we didn’t have to wait long for the speedboat transfer otherwise this would have been uncomfortable. - the villa only had an outside shower in the main bathroom, which will not be comfortable for everyone. - service in the main restaurant was very friendly, but the staff seemed disorganized and/or not properly trained. Many just stood around talking to other staff without being attentive to guest needs, For example they would clear the table but not bring new cutlery. Orders would often take a long time to arrive or in some cases not arrive. This was not 5 star and was a little disappointing. More training is needed because I don’t think this is due to a lack of effort or will to provide great service. All in all this was a fantastic stay, family friendly luxury in an idilic location which I would strongly recommend.
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it beat all expectations! The staff are incredible, so friendly and hardworking. They go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. The best hotel I have ever stayed at, from top to bottom, absolutely amazing. The staff are extremely kind and friendly, from the cleaners all the way to the resort manager. Everything at this resort is perfect. 5 stars is a understatement.
Eu gostaria de colocar 10 estrelas se puder! Gostaria de agradecer a todos os funcionários de lá. Principalmente o Shark, ele cuidou muito bem de mim e do meu marido, então nos divertimos muito !! Seus serviços superiores começam no aeroporto de Malé, eles têm uma sala própria, podemos esperar até a chegada da lancha. Assim que chegamos na ilha, parece um paraíso! Eu estava preocupada com o tempo antes de ir para lá porque a previsão dizia que choveu toda a semana que ficamos, mas acabou, super ensolarado, talvez apenas 10min de chuva durante a estadia. Tudo foi perfeito!! Vimos tantos tipos diferentes de peixes (vimos tubarões e mantas sob a vila sobre a água, foi divertido. Todas as comidas eram boas, bebidas como o champanhe Moe também estavam incluídas, o que é muito bom, a qualidade das bebidas era maior do que em outros lugares com tudo incluído. Nós tentamos um spa lá também, nós tentamos uma massagem de areia das Maldivas. Foi bom. Muito relaxado.Eu definitivamente gostaria de voltar! Altamente recomendado.
I would like to put 10 stars if I can! I would like to thank to all staff there. Especially Shark, he did very good taking care of me and my husband so we enjoyed a lot!! Their superior services starts from Male airport, they have a own lounge we can wait until the speed boat comes. As soon as we got in the island, it is like a heaven! I was worried about weather before going there because forecast said all rain the week we stayed but turned out, super sunny, maybe only 10min rain during stay. Everything was perfect!! We saw so many different kind of fishes( we saw sharks and mantas under the overwater villa, it was fun. All foods were good, drink like Moe champagne also included, which is very nice, drinks quality were greater than other all-inclusive places. We tried a spa there also, We tried a Maldive sand massage. It was good. Very relaxed. I definitely would like to come back! Highly recommend.

Our first trip with an infant and we really enjoyed it. Great environment, professional and nice people, clean and the food was great.The main highlight of the trip was the our butler Mira, she really took care of us. Very caring and had a personal touch. Mira made us feel at ease and assisted us with whatever we needed. Thank You Mira and to everyone at Ozen for the wonderful stay.
Uma das propriedades luxuosas da Atmosphere. Villa térrea bonita e espaçosa com grande banheiro e espaço ao ar livre. O foco é grande em alimentos e bebidas. Muita variedade e opções de comida para todas as faixas etárias. Cozinheiros e servidores foram todos muito corteses e gentis com suas necessidades. Ficamos lá por uma semana, mas a equipe foi tão simpática que acho que fizemos alguns amigos lá. Todos os restaurantes servem comida excelente, mas o Palms é bom para todos os tipos de comida.
One of the luxurious property by Atmosphere. Nice and spacious earth Villa with big bathroom and outdoor space. Focus is big time on food and drinks. Lots of variety and options of food for all age group. Cooks and servers were all very courteous and kind to your requirements. We stayed there for a week but staff was so friendly that I feel we made some friends there. All restaurants serve great food but Palms is good for all type of food.

La comida de calidad, la atencion de los camareros y personal inmejorables, los cockteles buenisimos, los vinos de lujo, la piscina infinity preciosa, los bungalows del 10, la musica del dj muy buena asi como el hilo musical de los restaurante que era musica de relax, etc Y, su restaurante submarino M6M de otro mundo con una comida que se merece una estrella michelin. Totalmente recomendable.

Nosotros viajamos bastante a islas pacificas, Caribeñas, Mx, pero este resort ha tenido el mejor servicio, limpieza y calidad de comida!! Estuvimos en la villa 204, desde housekeeping staff, kitchen chefs en restaurantes fuerom muy amables, en especial los chefs Indians que preparan desayuno y almuerzo! Si quieres probar los mejores gin tonics pregunta por el Beverage Manager que el te los prepara los mejores del mundo!
Le pondríamos hasta 10 estrellas en la valoración. El sitio perfecto para pasar unos días de relax. Tanto el staff que nos atendió, como la calidad de la gastronomía, la limpieza de las instalaciones y las actividades fueron perfectas. Sin duda un sitio para volver.

Our stay here was amazing. I can’t say enough good things. We’ve been to other tropical islands and resorts but OZEN and the Maldives were leaps above the others. The staff is very international, we loved talking to them and hearing their stories. Our scuba guide was Japanese, our waitress was Kenyan, the chef was Chinese, so forth. The island is perfectly sized so you’re never too far away from the centrally located restaurants and water activities. We took romantic strolls and bike rides along the freshly manicured sand (lol) every morning. We did the all-inclusive on the recommendation of a friend who’d been twice. The food was phenomenal, every restaurant was excellent and the buffet rivaled some of the nicest ones we’ve seen in Vegas or SE Asia. The rooms are restocked twice with alcohol and snacks. The liquor is top shelf and we learned so much at the gin tasting, which was served by an award-winning bartender from the Philippines. We stayed in an earth villa, and we loved the direct beach access. For the number of guests at the resort, we didn’t see many of them on the beach and it felt very private at all times. They have tons of free activities, like dolphin watching, recreational fishing, morning yoga, snorkeling, etc and so you have your options to be active or lounge. When we left, we realized we forgot to mail some souvenir postcards to friends and family. We wrote a note to our attendant Forty (who was also so awesome and checked in on us throughout our stay) on the speedboat trip back to the airport asking him to send it. We weren’t sure they’d make it since everything has to be shipped by speedboat or floatplane there. Less than a month later, we got notice that the postcards were received! A tip is to take note of names for anyone who you wish to tip and you can choose to add it to your statement when you check out. We had a list of 20 names of people we wanted to recognize because our stay was that great.
My wife and I went here on our honeymoon in August 2019 and we had the most incredible time. We stayed in a Wind Villa with Pool for 4 nights, the accommodation was fantastic - Villa was well equipped and finished. The food and entertainment were excellent, we ate at all the restaurants and the food was delicious. Highlight was definitely M6M underwater restaurant, but everything was perfect. The drink choices were plentiful and a special shout out to Gin Is In which is a great spot which is tucked away so don't miss out! The highlight of the trip was without a doubt the level of service that was offered to us. Every single member of staff was incredible, so hospitable and nothing was ever a burden. We would like to personally thank Natey our butler, Rashmi our room attendant and Joanna who served us at dinner service on several occasions who went above and beyond. Couldn't fault anything and we definitely hope to return in the near future. Thanks to all the staff at Ozen for making our honeymoon so special.
OZEN is an amazing place with views to die for, providing for a luxurious stay filled with both excitement and serenity. The entire staff is so extraordinarily kind and helpful, always smiling - they go out of their way to make you feel like royalty ❤ We could never have even dreamed of having a more wonderful honeymoon than what we experienced there!
An award winning luxury resort located in South Male' Atoll, just 40 minutes speedboat trip from the airport. On my last stay I stayed with my family in an Earth Villa. The villa is huge a main bedroom and an additional room for the kids. Swimming pool is huge and vegetation covers all around the room giving full privacy. Beach is excellent and the endless lagoon is perfect for a swim. Number of restaurants are available and M6M underwater restaurant is one of the best features. . The resort's service revolves around core philosophy ‘The Joy of Giving’ and guest satisfaction as the top priority. Staffs are friendly and service is excellent. Probably the best all-inclusive resort in Maldives.
Views, food, service with a smile and good conversation. Paradise. Cocktails need work but they were open to suggestion.
